Buyer Beware! These people WILL con you out of the money you spent if you decide to return any items! I (unsuccessfully) tried to return a dress that I bought. Return policy starts out sketchy (you have to email?) and goes downhill from there. After about 10 back and forth emails in which they kept offering to refund me only a fraction of what I paid for the “Privilege of keeping the dress” (a dress that DID NOT FIT ME), I gave up when I finally realized that I was never seeing a full refund for that item.
Ended up waiting two weeks, never received the agreed upon amount (which equalled about half of what I’d paid). So ended up filing a dispute with PayPal. So glad I used PayPal! They got me the money within 24 hours. That being said, I was still out $20 of what I originally paid and stuck with a useless dress.
I can’t emphasize enough what a headache this was!
If you need another reason to avoid them, the dress fabric is cheap and uncomfortable (mine had so much static cling there’s no way I could have ever worn it), not to mention the cut was awkward.
Desired outcome: To spread the word that Cherieday offers poor quality clothes and will not refund the money you spent if you choose to return any items.
