Chicme Still waiting on refund for canceling order

I am getting so frustrated with not only waiting for my refund to be applied back to my account, but there responses are not getting me any closer to getting my money back. And the person answering me is more concerned about me giving them a good rating! Why would I rate them at all if they're of no help to me? I have already filed a complaint with the federal trade commission, and will be filing a new one each day with another authority until I receive my money back in my bank account! This is completely rediculous and frustrating and there's no reason to take my money!

Chicme Orders were returned back and no refunds were made

Full Description of Incident

I ordered some items (clothes, panties and bra) on October 20, 2018, to my friend in Nigeria. I didn't get any further information from the company. I couldn't track the orders as well. After much wait, my friend went and asked in February, 2019, only to be told that the orders arrived Nigeria and was taken back to the company. Neither my friend nor myself was notified about the order arrival, moreover, the order was supposed to be delivered to my friend's office. I am now asking for the refund of my money since the order was returned back. I should be refunded. Kindly refund my money.

Chicme I will never buy anything from them again

This company is the WORST ever ! I ordered a dress and a pair of high heels and they were both not what I expected. The dress is a cheap material and on the picture of the model looked very different. The high heels took about 2 months to arrive. They too are not even close to what I saw on the pictures. They have this odor to them and the zipper on one of them doesn't work properly. I tried so many times getting in touch with these people but never got a response. These people are nothing but fraudulent and thieves and take advantage of people by selling cheap [censored] products.

Chicme Sequin gold dress

I wish I would have known how this company before I ordered a dress from them. I ordered a dress for a special occasion back in mid November. Tracking my order it stated that my order came to on one day. Okay, I'm waiting on it. It never arrived check to see the location of my order, it stated the receiver sent it back. HOW COULD THAT BE I NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER! How do I get my money back?

Product was not the size I ordered. I want A refund, but there is no way get in touch with company. They have options on there website, I have tried A few times with no luck. No one gets back to you. I am supposed to write A ticket, but as stated no one

Chicme No status or tracking number

I ordered boots from chic me, I have yet to be sent a tracking number but it says it has been shipped. I am upset because after reading all the reviews about the horrible service and items not being what their supposed to be I am worried I lost my money. Chicme A dress

I ordered a dress and it looked nothing like the picture. The color of the dress when I saw it online was a pinkish color. But when I received it, it was nude. I order a small and it look like they sent me a large. I tried emailing the people a week ago and they did it email me back and I only have 2 more weeks to send the dress back and get a refund.

Chicme Returning my item

I ordered a swimsuit that upon arrival looked nothing like the picture on the website, since it has arrived I have tirelessly tried to get in contact and return it but nobody will seem to get back in contact with me to talk about receiving the item. I have tried live chat and email but both have been useless. I also rang a customer service number but it never answered.

Chicme Scam company in china refuse to give refunds

This company is a total scam. they do not intend on providing refunds for horrible materials and cheaply made garments. It has been more than 5 months trying to get a refund. Because the use a shipping doc. locally in USA (Rancho Cucamonga) complicated disputing the items with banking institutions. I ordered 7 items in June total 191.84. I returned them on 7/2/18 and obtained a signed receipt. My bank provided provisional credit twice and removed it. They requested tracking # on courier letterhead. I provided that and now they state they need a document from China stating they have the items and they are issuing a credit. This is where the middle man doc comes in. I visited the doc and the throw away items stating China do not want them back(they are not worth the shipping). China will offer you a 20% discount but no refunds. Only generic responses from customer service electronic communications. Help! what can I do..I need legal retainers.

Chicme Refund

Hello I have spoken with someone from your customer service dept via WhatsApp about my refund I have sent back the package and my shipper delivered it July 23rd 2018 and I have not gotten back my money and it's October 2nd I am gonna take this further with your company because my bank had confirmed that the money was not submitted back in my account I need my money back on my card it's over 2 months and nothing this is way over board

Chicme Returned order

I brought and payed 83.00 4 shirts that weren't the wrong sizes in which they were just left by the united states postal service. I didn't have 2 sign 4 them and it had no return shipping except wat was on the original silver packaging that I had 2 pay 4 2 send them back ok I put a note inside saying I needed lg /xlg because everdentally ur sizes run dmall and im a very petite women anyways I took the proper steps n returning my payed merchandise and all u guys r doing is giving a run around asking about weight and paper work that didn't even come with it I returned everything just as it was shipped 2 me and all I want is my payed 4 merchandise or my money returned 2 my credit card. Im very appalled with this whole situation and i'm really ready 2 take legal action because I feel like im being scammed. U have a nice business thats y. I choose 2 purchase from ur site but i'm really in disbelief and i'm really upset also 2 the contact phone number is fake 2 cus I cant contact u.T. Y

Chicme Yellow dress

I ordered a dress since july 14th and never received. The status showed delivered but never get it Tracking # [protected] I complained to the postal company service and they asked Chic Me to contact them They refuse and they told me they are in China they never called. The postal service gave me a ticket number for my complaints and I sent it yo them I m still waiting for the dress.

Chicme Item missing from order

MY ORDER NO 1v5y382H1IOR1L3E9w6q4d922v. The Green Waist Belted Mid-Calf dress for $26.77 is missing! I never received any emails that it was no longer available and I certainly have not received my money back. It is also equally disappointing that you have no customer service number or chat option when you are taking money. I just want you to make this right and I will not order from you again. Make this right!

Chicme Horrible customer service

Ordered a dress from this website 7 days ago, received order confirmation and thought I was all set...then received a random email stating that item is out of stock and will not be available. Now I have to scramble to find something else at the last minute which is a huge inconvenience!

Will not order from ChicMe again, extremely disappointed!

No it has not been refunded and I have received no reasoning as to why it was cancelled. I will not be using your company again or recommending it in the future. I work hard for my money and I will not be taken advantage of no matter how big or small the amount of money.

Chicme Refund I never received

I recently cancelled my order because I never received my dress. Then they told me they would refund my money. Well they never did it's been two months now. Then someone charged my account for $14.75 from London. So I had to cancel my debit card and get a new one. I just want my money back. At this point I want ChicMe to refund me via check in the mail. The website says I got a refund and I didn't.
