Chili's Grill & Bar service

Wife and I stopped in for an early dinner on a recent Sunday afternoon. There was no "host" at the front desk, and no sign
telling us to either wait to be seated or seat ourselves. We stood by the desk for a couple of minutes, feeling unsure and a
little embarrassed, then decided to seat ourselves. Although there were several servers standing no more than 10 feet from our table, chatting with each other of course, none would look in our direction and none came to welcome us much less take our order. After 7 minutes, and seeing that nothing would induce any of these people to serve us, we made moves to leave. Oddly, at that very moment, the "manager" came over and apologized for no one having realized we were there! When we explained that the problem started because the host was not at his/her station, she lamely excused the person by stating that she left to take some dishes to the kitchen. We suggested that a small sign, put in place whenever the host left, would solve at least an important part of the problem (only partially because the servers are not trained to think for themselves)
she told us that "corporate" didn't allow any kind of seating sign. Yeah, right.

Tilapia on a plank - comes with salad - 10.95 - asked for an exchange of salad _ I don't eat cheap iceberg lettuce- tilapia - small, no seasoning, undercooked - charged an extra 2.95 for romaine lettuce even tho server did not say it was an extra charge when I asked her. Poor food and poor value!

I won't go to Chili's again!

On Saturday, April 16, 2011, a friend and I visited Chili's located near the mall in Valdosta, GA around 1pm. When we arrived, the restaurant was not busy and we was seated pretty quickly, The service there was horrible, though! The waitress paid us absolutely no attention. It took her ten minutes to come take our drink order, and since it took her so long, we went ahead and ordered our food too. After waiting another ten/fifteen minutes everything came out at once (courtesy of another waitress). My friend and I noticed that our waitress wasn't just neglecting us, but she was neglecting her other tables too. When we was finished eating, we waited thirty minutes on our tickets (even after asking 2 different servers, including an employee that was dinning in the booth behind us--she overheard the conversation between my friend and I). The manager actually walked out and was talking with the girl, his waitress, that was dinning in, and when were still ticketless, the girl told him, he walked over, apologized, and said he would go get our ticket. He did not suggest a discount on our bill or anything of that matter. Five minutes after his attempt at being a "manager, " our waitress came with our ticket, and we walked out the door paying the entirety of our bill. SO needless to say, not only is the service HORRIBLE but the management is HORRIBLE too! We should have been in there, at the most, forty-five minutes, but we ended being in there for two hours.

If you're in Valdosta, GA and are thinking about dining out--stay away from this Chili's and their poor service! If I could suggest something, go to Cheddar's--great service, food, and good prices!

In recent months we have tried to have a meal at three different Chili's: New Iberia, Lafayette, and Lake Charles, Louisiana. We experienced the same behavior at all three. The wait staff is not giving the customers the proper attention. We felt neglected! Service was very poor. I want to know who is in charge of training and how are the servers being told to attend to their guests. I have totally had it with Chili's. There is a Ruby Tuesday nearby...That's where you will find me.

Chili's Grill & Bar food quantity very suspect

Just tried one of their new lunch specials - $9.95 for what was a kids-menu item at most every other chain restaurant. Very disappointed!

We got a grasshopper from mush potatoes. I don't believe there food safety...then the manager cut off price only that meal... how do you think our feeling? I think the bug was old equal the mush potatoes old too... How they keep food? Did they covered food?

There was our favorite restaurant...

Rufus, could you please be more specific? Your complaint really isn't giving any details. Based on what you wrote, my thought is that there should have been more food. What did you order, what did you get, and what did you expect?

Chili's Grill & Bar I am disappointed in the quality of my meal, steak fajitas

I am disappointed in the quality of my meal, steak fajitas. I have been a patron of Chili's since the 90's and have always given them an "A" rating among my colleagues. On rare occasions, I would get a substandard meal, but I wouldn't worry about it. Here of late, it seems that the portions are much smaller and getting poorer in quality.

Over the past couple of years, the food quality has declined and I view this as a trend. I have resigned myself to the fact that I should listen to my friends and go elsewhere, rather than push for Chili's. There are a number of fine restaurants in my area and I think I will drop Chili's from my preferred list.

On a positive note, the Tanqueray martini's are great and usually exactly as I order; straight up, slightly dirty with extra olives. I rarely have an issue with bar service or products.

Yesterday I talked my wife into going to chili's at around 2pm and the hostess came across a little bit "family unfriendly". (we have 3 children who are normally laid back and calm in public to the degree that we regularly get comments to the fact by total strangers) at any rate, the hostess said "it's going to be a while before we have a sit down table for five" (The place was virtually empty) we said "a booth would be fine too". (Noticing the very large one to our right) she repeated "it's going to be a while!" then seated a couple coming in the door. I like the food but probably won't be back.

I was pregnant with my fourth son Jodi, and I asked for steak sauce because I wanted some- but the waiter flipped me off and said "Yeah. whateva, **** you *****""
We got up and left after giving a huge complaint to the manager about not hiring drunks. The woman was obviously toasted...
And the food was a greasy mess.

We went to Chilie's in Hickory for My Grandson's 21st. birthday there was eight of us we called ahead and was told it would be app. twenty min. after we arrived to be seated. When we arrived the manager told us it would be an hour to an hour and a half to seat this many people. We told him if it would help we would split up . we waited almost an hour and fifteen min. and finally they told us we would be seated. they took us to a table for four where they had placed seven chairs around and there was one left standing . they hunted for another chair but couldn't find one but they kept looking and after a while they found one . we all ordered our drinks and the waiter told us he was going to move us to another table as soon as the people finished eating . after a few min. they left and we were getting ready to move they sat another group at it so here we are sitting at a table for four and there was a booth next to us that would seat ten with three people in it .we told the waiter we wanted to move to it when those people left. meanwhile they started to bring some salades to our table and there was one that couldn't even sit his on the table so he had to sit in the Isle with his salad bowl in his lap to eat it finaly the people at the booth next to us left and we moved to it with a bit of protesting. with a doubt that was the worst place we have ever tryed to eat at. we all agreed that we were never eating at chilies again thank you for the space to tell you this

Chili's Grill & Bar dishonest employee

I recently went to a Chili's at 4500 Beltline in Addison, Texas. I was a regular customer until May 16, 2008.
I went in and ordered my ususal food which was good.

However when I went to pay, I made a mistake by paying in cash, after the waitress took my money, and I turned my head for less than a minute to to say thank you to my waitress, I noticed that my wallet was not on the table.

After asking if anyone had seen anything, and going back up to the restaurant the next day, I was greeted by the most rude, non caring, no manners general manager who after being told what happened just shrugged his shoulders and did not even offer to look for it. His name was Jess, and he did not apologize nor did his honest?employees. I feel like one of his employees was the one that stole the wallet. I had over $300 cash in cash. They did not even offer me a free meal or gift card or NOTHING.

I told him he has no customer service at all and he said nothing. I was told(but actually lied to) that they would check with the cleaning crew.That was a lie also. Management did not care when I told them I would be making a police report and I told the police about their no caring attitude and he said he believe that.

WORD OF WARNING, PLEASE DON'T GO TO THIS CHILI'S TO EAT, THE NEXT TIME ONE'S WHOLE PURSE OR WALLET CAN BE STOLEN AND YOU WILL NEVER SEE YOU INFORMATION AGAIN.

We went to Chili's recently on a weekend day, during what would NOT be considered a busy time. We were seated quickly but it took FOREVER to get our order taken. Then it took even LONGER to get our food. The food was VERY disappointing. Bland in some dishes way TOO salty in others, VERY meager SMALL portions. Not at all what we would have expected from the hype. We will never go back.

The steak was teeny and overcooked, the fish was equally small in portion size and tepid at best with loads of salt. Why on earth is it so hard to prep good food anymore?

ok im not going to sit here with everyone else and feel sorry for someone who cant keep track of his wallet...so you get the bill, take your wallet out of your back pocket (or purse, hey you never know) open the wallet, pull money out, place it in the little book they give you and then you put your wallet on the table? why not put it back in your pocket or purse? you said it yourself, you looked away...even if its only for a minute, thats all it takes...you DESERVED to get your wallet stolen

Thats very unfortunate experience to hear about. If I ever was in that position, I would at least expect some sympathy..thats the least thing a manager, or any staff member should do! even though lets say they know nothing about your wallet! whats wrong with the world!

Sorry to hear about that. As an employee of the restaurant business for over 15 yrs., I know how important it is customer service. In today's world we have nothing of the sort. As long as you give them your money, that's all they want and they seem not to care if you come back or not. Not good business. That manager should have at least looked further in to the matter and at least offered a dinner, at the least! I'm not from your area but if I was, I would take your advice and not go to that restaurant. Contact their main headquarters and file a complaint on the manager. As for your lost money and wallet, well, your going to have to take that on the shoulder. nothing can be proven!

Chili's Grill & Bar beware

My husband and I went for lunch to Chili's in Lake Mary, the service is ALWAYS slow, but we really wanted fajitas so decided to go for it anyway. We waited for 30 minutes after the waiter took our order and actually had to get up to go find him. When I asked about our food he said that it would be right up, I reminded him that we had already been waiting 30 minutes and he did not even apologize. Another 15 minutes went by, still no food. This time I waived him down and he again said any minute, and NO APOLOGY. At this point my husband just wanted to leave, but we still had not paid for our soda, (he wanted to leave w/o paying) against his will we waited another 10 minutes before finally getting our food. We never got an apology, the manager never came over to the table, and we were not even offered a dessert. I am so done, with this Chili's!

Chili's Grill & Bar lack of items+poor services

To cut it short, we went to dine at Chillis on October 31st. I had recalled that an item was unavailable during my last visit, which was quite annoying. I asked for the item again, and the waiter replied with a No again. I ordered another thing, and the answer was still No. Then the waiter jolted and began talking on his own:"Look, we don’t have this and this and this (steaks, burgers, fried chicken, leaving salads and rice), OK!?!?!", as if he was already annoyed by other people asking him the same questions. It was late and we needed to eat, so we had to improvise, although I would have left if given the chance and time. I had to be sarcastic and ask if they have bread for the turkey sandwich I ordered! So we ate at Chillis that night…..for the last time!

Chili's Grill & Bar kick in the wallet

Funny, how when a vendor offers a break with one hand, they usually offer a slap with the other. Such is the obvious case with the restaurant chain Chili's. During a short layover at Houston International Airport, I had just enough time to dash in and order a quick meal and drink at Chili's (specifically in the B concourse). I noticed that the local time was 5:45 PM as I opened my menu.

Clearly, Chili's was very intent on promoting their variety of margarita concotions, yet while the food items deeper in the menu were clearly indicated, no prices appeared anywhere for any of these touted drinks.

As most patrons might, I surmised that Chili's may actually have "happy hour" pricing, which would explain the absence of published drink prices. So, I ordered a 'regular house margarita on the rocks' along with a $9.59 salad with chicken.

After finishing the salad and margarita (a plastic beer mug filled mostly with ice and a mediocre pre-mixed margarita recipe), I received the bill. The drink was listed on my tab as "Margarita, Rocks - TS". "TS" means that the tequila was requested as "top shelf" or a patron-requested more expensive brand than the regular "well" tequila.

My drink was $9.00!

I indicated to the waitress that there had been a mistake, as I reminded her that I had requested a 'regular' margarita. She explained to me that all of their margaritas are "Top Shelf" only.

Wait a second. What?

Okay, obvioulsly Chili's at a busy hub airport figures that travelers in a hurry don't have time to argue over such an issue, as I didn't. But what this little switch did is really tick me off, and now causes my ire to be raised about the Chili's reputation.

So beware, fellow travelers. Chili's will entice you with their splashy drink menu, without letting you know that their drinks real kick comes with the bill. A kick right in the wallet.

I was dining in your restaurant Chili's Heliopolis on Monday Aug, 3 with my wife. It was about 1:00 PM when a very rude guest (female) near my table was complaining about the prices and she started to shout and to say very rude words which my wife heard clearly. She even caught the server from her t-shirt and started to insult her with words that I cannot say. I was very surprised about the server's behavior who was insulted very rudely from the guest and she was very polite and diplomatic. That server was facing a problem that she didn't make and she didn't keep apologizing to that rude guest who insulted her and her family. I was more surprised about the behaviors of the managers who were present and they didn't even try to defense that server or to apologize to that rude guest. I am a regular client in Chili's in Egypt and USA, but I never had such situation before. I really recommend you to choose a better quality of managers who can solve such problems if you want to keep your good image and reputation as one of the best casual dining restaurant as you say.

There are several Chili's in our area. The closest one to our house is awful. Tonight it was crowded but there were two empty tables in the bar first come first serve. The tables needed to be cleaned off we waited several minutes before someone would even attempt to clean it off. The manager even walked by twice before she would even ask if we wanted to sit there. We got seated and wait another 5 minutes before seeing a waiter. We order drinks and Queso dip but we did not want salt on our chips. He said no problem. 8 minutes later we got our drinks and chips but no dip. finally the dip arrives but when we tried the dip with the chips the chips had salt on them and the tea turned out to be sweet it was suppose to be unsweet. When the waiter finally came back took our chips to get ones without salt and he only brought one glass of the right tea we had to ask for another. It took a while to get our chips our food came out in the mean time. One of us had a corndog and it was not done. It took a long time to get the corndog. The manager stopped by in the mean time and we told her our problems she gave us our meal for free but our glasses of tea and water were empty but she walked off before we could ask for more drinks and she didn't offer to get us anything else. The waiter kept disappearing even when it slowed down. He started the experience by saying there are only two waiters in this section so it might be slow.

On another occasion to the same chili's the hostest forgot to write down the pager number and we had sat at the bar. she wrote our name and she called it but we did not hear it at the bar. that was bad but it was really bad considering she knows me personally she did not even look around to see if she saw me. They need a PA system if they are going to have airheads work there.

Top shelf didn't refer to the liquor, it's the name of the margarita. You were charged airport prices, congratulations on learning what convenience is.

You're and idiot...any resturant in an airport is owned and operated by the airport, not the actual company itself. thats how they can charge more. i didnt even bother reading your complaint but i hope you had a miserable day, i hope you were involuntarily bumped from your flight and the flight you made was delayed for hours and then upon your arrival you sit on the taxiway for a good two hours due to weather...on top of all that...i hope your bag didnt make it to you

I don't know where you were traveling from, but I live in Texas and have never seen a price listed on an alcoholic beverage on a menu in my entire life.

If you are concerned about drink prices, I suggest you ask before ordering. You could have avoided this "kick in the wallet" by simply asking before ordering.

Chili's Grill & Bar terrible food

Today I went to chilis restaurand for luch and I get a Canjun ckicken pasta, when I tested was terrible bad odor the chicken was sour and the same with the pasta. I told to the server and she dint said any thing. she pick up the plate with the complete food and she dont have the honesty to ask if I want something else. when i ask for the bill she charge the pasta when i claimed she said that told to the server at the end . I told her: listen i told the server when she pass around the table. she can see that the only thing i did was to taste the food. that is it. I did not eaten.

Chili's Grill & Bar bad service and horrible food

The Chilis in my town is the worst and nastiest resturant ever. My friends and I got sick from eatting there. The area is always nasty and the workers that work there are nasty looking. The food is always cold and the cooks are always walking in the front of the building drinking drinks. The greeter at the door have attitudes and it is the worst restuarant they need to be fined. I drive behind there and was asking a worker does it circle around. I just moved here from Cali. This lady opened her mouth and she had no teeth at all and I was like ugh! I asked her what did she do there... She told me she checks the food...OMG she was smoking and her hair looked nasty and so did she. This resturant in Columbus, Ms makes all Chilis look horrible!

Chili's of Columbus is a hit or miss experience. I ate there a couple of days ago and my server was Lee Ann. She was awesome! She was busy but never took it out on us or any of her other tables. The food was good as well. I've been there before and got horrible service. I can honestly say that Chili's is working on the reputation.

Chilis of Columbus is not nasty. They are working very hard on their reputation. The food is good, and the service is great! You should really stop by there sometime and check it out now. The resturant is clean, the employees are not nasty and do not look nasty. I would love to know your server's name. I might know them. I've lived in Columbus for a long time. I always heard that the Chilis of Columbus had horrible food and service, so I was skeptical to try it. I decided to try it one time, and I had an okay experience. That was a couple of summers ago, but not long after them opening. If that was then, then don't you think that they have worked on it since then? They really have.

Chili's Grill & Bar poor management

We "called ahead" at 6:30 and stated that we would like 2 booths. We arrived at 7. There were already about 20 people waiting for booths, probably several who had also called ahead. Within one half hour, all of the other people waiting were seated. We were the only ones left that had not been seated. As new people began walking in the door, they were seated immediately ! Finally, at 7:45, we complained to the manager that we had asked for 2 booths, called ahead, and now we were witnessing "walk-ins" getting seated immediately. The manager stated that he thought we wanted 2 booths together. (How could we ever get 2 booths together if, every time one booth became available, someone was seated there ?) We stated that we did not ask for 2 booths together, and that we would have been very happy with any 2 booths in the same room. The manager was anything but apologetic, so we left ! Chili's management could use some training !

my dining experience on valentines day was rude. i believe this was because of my skin color. my server kept ignoring our table and not serving us but served the patrons around us. im upset because i spent 91.49 on drinks and dinner and received horrible service.

Last night our family went to chili's for dinner. Appetizers were great! As we waited for our dinner our waiter came over (while we still had empty appetizer plates on table) and asked us if we wanted dessert. Sure we said after we have our dinner! He seemed rather surprised that we had not eaten. Apparently our dinner order was deleted because he entered it the same time he entered our appetizer. After about 30 min the manager approached us and asked if we would like a salad or chips (compliments of chili's) and we asked for free dessert. We finally received our dinner after another 15-20min. We had to ask waiter to bus our table after we ate (about 30 min had gone by) and we received dessert. Again, we had to wait for our check-we asked another waitress to find our waiter and send him over. Although service was frustrating, our drinks and meals were- we will most likely return!

[protected] my wife and I went to Chilis in Converse Tx. to eat dinner about 6:30 pm. We decided on the 2 for 20 deal. I ordered the burger and she ordered the Margarita Grilled Lime Chicken Breast. It took a while to get to but the appetizer kept us busy. When my burger arrived, I had to spread the pickles and tomatoes. I don't like them on one side just dumped there. I also requested more mustard which I did not get. That was not the big problem. My wife recieved her chicken and it was the worst grilled chicken breast I had ever seen. I was white like it was boiled. There was no spices on it. No flavor at all until she put on the pepper and salt. The manager did come and offer another plate. but told us the chicken is has grill marks on one side. My wife flipped it over and there were none. The manager also told was there was no grill in the restraunt. How can you advertise and sell grill produts that are not grilled with no grill. In Texas, grill marks are lines of the grill across the meat. Burnt ends or brown marks don't make it grilled. Really, no grill in the restraunt

It's so easy for people to blame poor service on their race. Please, stop it. Sure, you may have gotten bad service, but maybe it was because your server couldn't handle all the tables he/she had. To say that it was racism is dumb, and too convenient.

It was on my birthday my friend took me out for dinner & a drink after we got sited at the bar at a table my friend & I looked at the drink menu and roaches crawled out of the menu we both went ohh, the manager said she was sorry sd the reasturant just got exterminated for bugs she gave us an free appitezer. & the piont is the staff should checked all the tables & shock out all the menu's to make sure their were not any bugs or roaches on the tables. I would love to go back & enjoy a meal with my husband

Chili's Grill & Bar express lunch

My wife and I have been going to Chilis for quite some time. Over the last few months the quality of service from the kitchen leaves much to be desired. I order the Express Lunch every time I go. I really like it but for some reason the kitchen can not keep anything preped up. I can understand if I came in late or at closing or they just opened. I have been in at lunch and dinner and I order. I have to remind them to bring the chips and salsa. I get the chips but no salsa. I ask for it and am told they are making it. Thats fine, but why is it not ready afterall it is lunch or dinner. I order the soup and salad and I get my soup after the rest of the group gets their food. Thats fine but the soup is cold and I return it to have it heated. When I do get my salad I have to repeat that I want more dressing. It is a bottomless meal so I want more soup, Of course they are out, so I have another salad. Today topped it it all. I go in for lunch (around noon), I ask for the Express Lunch, I had to remind them about the chips, (of course there is no salsa at the time it's being prepared) The rest of the group order and they get most of their order but not all of it. I am still waiting to get my soup and salad. I do finally get the soup but no salad, I'm informed that the salad is still beng prepared. Fine I reakize that they are busy but it would be nice to have my salad. I finish my soup and the salad does get to the table ( of course I have to remind them about the dressing). I am disgusted but I do like that soup so I ask for another bowl. I realize they are busy but come on,
I never did get the other bowl of soup. Now if this was the first time I would not have written you but this problem is an ongoing deal. I decide where we spend our hard earned money much the same as you do. If you are not going to plan any better than that for lunch or dinner you will end up losing in the long run. I'm tired of getting the excuse that all the help is new. Perhaps a better training method is in order, such as, having the waitress know the menu, how to pay attention to the tables they are serving. The kitchen needs to be organized so the orders go out at the same time and not spread out over 15 minutes.
Okay I've complained, I want you to know that I do enjoy eating at Chilis but if this continues we will cease to go there. I'm sure that the staff tries to make it right at the time when errors have occured. However the same type of excuses gets really old. At least at todays meal
our waitress did her best but was getting no help from the kitchen. I wish I had the girls name because she did a great job despite all of the delays.

Chili's Grill & Bar $50 gift card

My wife and I found a Christmas card in a drawer that had been there for over2 years with a $50 gift card from Chili's. We tried to use it and It was expired. Our son paid $50 for it. I thought there was a new law that says no gift can can ever expire. Why won't Chili's let us use it? Are they looking for bad publicity? (by the way, my wife and I used to eat dinner at Chili's twice a week!

i got with the corporate office of chilis over a month ago and they said i would get a responce from my email from the chilis involved well im still waitting if they want to serve the food they did and treat their customers the way did we will never go back to any chilis or any of their other businesses.

I have been to your place in Anchorage and Wasilla, Anchorage has the worst service I have ever had. We saw our waiter 2 times, when he took our order and when he brought our bill whick was over 50. for 2. So we tried the Wasilla store, and they would not seat us anywhere, except in the bar. We are non drinkers, so as you can tell you have lost a good customer. We love the one you have in San Francisco, and assumed these up here would be just as good. No such luck. We are an older couple, and do not require a lot of attention, but no attention will just not cut it. I am sure that you will just blow this off, but I felt the service was so bad, that it may be a reason no one goes to your business up here. Burnadine Thiesing

Chili's Grill & Bar improper seating... unprofessional manager

10/11/08 1:30pm Told 10-15 min wait...Lots of tables not bussed...people out side and instide waiting...two women arrive ..hostess quotes 10-15 min wait..waitress comes to desk and the two lady's
proceed with her to table...two other lady's and myself object...waitress leaves...two lady's turn to me
and other couple that complained and tells us this waitress is a friend...we contend we've being waiting
and they can't just come in and go ahead of every one...they sit down...next thing you know they've been called to the waitress's table (they know)...the other couple and I object...I request manager and he
just looks at me and say's he doesnt' know...the hostess proceedes to tell us they called ahead and we all reply that they don't take reservations...she silent's...the manager just stands there with nothing to say
we all give our pagers back and report to the outside people that others are cutting because they're friends

The Manager was very RUDE...About 3 weeks ago this same manager did the very same but with my
husband 6' 6" he did not challenge...He also was taking applications for employement to which if they
were looker women he invited to come in and sit down to fill the app. out...but if you did'nt cut the mustard he sent you on your way with an application...unfair practice don't you think.. the city i live in host's 3 college's i'll be glad to spread the work...

Chili's Grill & Bar poor service/management

On vacation 9/10/08 from Michigan to South Dakota. Went into Rapid City Chilis, requested a window table. 3 p.m. in the afternoon and this restaurant was not busy at all. Waitress said no table was available. This was because all the tables needed to be wiped down. The meal was fine. In the hour we were there nobody came in to wipe those tables. Six servers standing around talking along with the manager laughing. Michigan has much better service. We were never asked how the meal was or if we needed anything else. Had to wait way too long for service when they were not busy at all.

Did you ever happen to think no servers were serving in the " window area" you wanted?!? Of course at 3 in the afternoon they are not busy so they aren't going to open all the tables b/c someone wants a "window table". Get over it, the world does not revole around you and your window table!

Chili's Grill & Bar tilapia

Our family ate at the Chili's restaurant in Redlands, CA on June 20, 2008.  My brother-in-law ate the tilapia and became ill that evening and continued to feel ill the next day.  He was the only person to eat the tilapia so we contribute his illness to this food.  The food and service were excellent and we spent over $200 during our visit.  Just wanted you to know to be careful of the tilapia.  Otherwise everything else was wonderful!

I also got cold food. The burger wasn't even cooked and the cheese was just lying on top.
I didn't want fries but got them any way and asked for an onion and didn't get it. The manager
came over and asked if there was a problem and I explained it. He took care of me.

I sat at the bar like always. The bar tender kept ignoring me while flirting with two guys at
the other end. Finally, I yelled for her to come over and she said she was busy. When she
came over I said it looked like you were just talking. She said I was. I said it is your job to
push drinks and take money, not flirt. I ordered a drink and she slammed it down. The manager
came out and talked to her but didn't say anything to me at that time.

When the burger came out wrong he asked if there was a prob. He was cool but he was
watching me. I went to another bar and asked that bar tender if I was wrong in acting that
way. He said that would have never happened with me and it never has. He said the
customer is always right here.
