unethical behaviour
This was second time in a row when we visited around 9:30 PM in chipotle (Melbourne florida) and they were out of most of the items. First time when we complained, the manager asked the employee to refill the items from stock.
But yesterday when we asked for salsa, corn and onions/pepper, their look was rude and they suggested either take it or leave but they cannot do any thing.
We like vegetarian bowls and when you are out of most of the vegetarian item. They should have informed before starting with the order.
Also the closing hours is 11PM, so they should not run out of stuff at 10 PM.
We want a refund because we did not liked the combination we ate without items we like in chipotle and also it happened second time.

I visited the location on the Upper East Side and the service was awful. The employees look unhappy and uninterested in helping anyone, even smiling seemed hard for them. The employee preparing the food is beyond rude I had to repeat my order multiple times to him and the cashier threw the food inside a bag and threw it on the counter. I guess I'll be looking for other options for lunch, should really focus on hiring the right people and then training them to really uphold your standards which I'm hoping is great service which this location definitely lacks.

I visited chipotle yesterday on canal at 10:50 Am I bought a half and half chicken and steak and a cup of guacamole and chips around 5 o'clock yesterday I started throwing up and running off I went to the hospital and they stated I have food poisoning a manager did call me today but was not trying to hear what I was telling her. I really don't appreciate this at all.
I am complaining about bad customer service at the chipotle mexican grill in kent washington on ramsay way.
An employee named Anna was very rude to me today. I was going through the normal routine of ordering my food and I asked for three soft corn tortillas on the side and she implied that they have never given out soft corn tortillas only hard shell tacos. I simply pointed out I was served 3 soft corn tortillas 2 days before and I pointed out that the Hispanic girl who was working right next to her gave them to me when she served me and Anna said "thats not true" "that didnt happen" to which I replied I don't like being called a liar and she said "well we dont have them any more". Her bad attitude ruined my dining experience and I hope this will be taken care of. guacamole and chips

I recently visited your Sawgrass store, located at 129 NW 136th Ave #190 Plantation, FL 33325 at 12:15 pm, where I purchased guacamole and chips. I got back to my place of employment to eat what I thought would've been a good appetizer to my lunch but I was unfortunately disappointed...the chips taste as if they were left out for over a week. I was unable to return my purchase because I was on my 30 min lunch break. I normally do not write complaints but I feel as though I wasted my money on this food item. I typically do not have any issues with any of you locations. I do hope to have a better experience in the future, because I will continue to patron this location. I just felt a need to inform you of my experience.

I made a food order the person who attended me only placed half a spoon of rice, half a chicken and a little bit of everything. the assistant manager was in the box let him know and it did not matter his answer was that that was the measure. I know it's not like that. why since I moved to Atlanta I buy chipotle at least 4 times a week. this same manager the other ovation that I tell you that an employee is putting her finger in the nose did not pay attention to me either.

I usually get a kids meal for my daughter but I get it I a regular bol instead of the kids box, any other chipotle I visited didn't have a problem with my request but this time at this store (#124) did, when I got to the register I asked how much was for that item with only has rice and steak, but the amount of steak was too little so I ask for extra I knew it would be extra, however when the cashier told me it would be 9.35 for it I got really confused I asked why and she said it's a 3 pointer with extra meat, I don't know what a 3 pointer is so when I try to ask why she would interrupted me and after a few minutes she just took it off my tab saying she fix it, I dint want a free meal I just want it to pay the right price. She just keep giving me attitude. I also try to.complain about the old steak I got she said "I offer you to fix it" I think she meant by not charging me but that's not fixing old dry meat.

Hello, I'm a devoted customer that loves your food. I went there on Monday April 23rd with a bogo. It was around 11 in the morning and purchased two chickens bowls, the cashier at the time was very rude asking me where I got this bogo and who gave this to me. After I explained that an employee gave me a bogo she sighed at me. By this time I just wanted to get my food and leave. I'm very disappointed with the service and how the cashier dealt with it.

On April 25th 2018.. at around 6:30 pm I purchased a chicken burrito from your new store in Brockton Massachusetts at the Westgate Mall I took it home and was eating it and bit down on a chicken bone not only did it hurt but it cut my gum I live about 20 minutes away so returning to the store last night was not an option. Im extremely dissappointed.

on Friday April 20, 2018 at about 8:00pm. I went to the Chipotle in Forestville Maryland. The young lady was very rude to me. I was given white rice instead of brown rice. I asked for chicken I was given 1/2 scoop because they were running low on chicken. She was smart to me making two customers behind me leave the store. I was hungry for Chipotle and did not feel like driving to another location at that time. When I got home the rice was crunchy. It was awful.

First off, I am extremely upset at the lack of effort and energy that the employees have at the Las Vegas Maryland location. The employees seem like they do not want to be there working and in turn do not put enough of each ingredient on the salads so I am forced to request for a little bit more of each ingredient. When I make this request, I am given attitude that is very negative. Also, when I pay extra for guacamole, they do not add enough. For $2 more I expect to get enough avocado considering the extra charge. Also, I used the restrooms and they were unclean and I could tell they hadn't been kept up. I really hope that service like this does not continue because I enjoy eating at this chipotle but do no like this location's customer service.

We order a burrito with steak, guacamole and even chips and we got the tiniest portion of chips possible. They gave me one scoop of meat on my chicken bowl and my girlfriends steak was disgusting, it was cold and tasted gross she asked me to try it and it was cold and nasty. We paid $22.14 for food that was far below satisfactory, I get better tasting food from McDonald's and that's the last place I want to eat. I'm most likely never buying chipotle again. Next time i'm gonna go to Qdobas down the street.
chicken rice bowl - to go
i bought a chicken rice bowl at 1497 3rd ave on april 15th 2018 and took it home. when i took a bite i found something hard in it. i took it out and it was a brown square that looked like a piece of slate. i took it back on april 17th and spoke to the manager -tomas espejel. it turned out to be a piece of a magnet. he was very apologetic. he kept the piece, and didn't know how it happened. i just thought you should be aware of the incident. thank you,

If the the chipotle in the steelyard always tell me they dont have limes but offers lemons & they actually do have limes i watch them use them everytime im there so yesterday the guy is literally cutting a lime in my face so once i get to check out i ask for some limes & they of course tell me there isnt any i told them everytime i come here they say that but im looking at a lime right now they wasnt going to give it to me until i said i was going to report the store for this problem i do know that limes play a very big part for the food served there many people talk about it and when theyre saying theres no limes i be wanting to cancle my order but because my bowls be made i just leave with it unsatisfied & have to spend a $1. on a lime from the grocery store & i dont appreciate that 1 more thing yall should get your old containers back because when you try to put the top back on it it is ruined from moister & it doesnt lock on

I have not eaten at Chipotle ina long time. Because the chicken either burnt or fatty so I had stop eating there Leaving me going to Chicken fiesta or other places instead of Chipotle. My daughter still want Chipotle do I said I'll get me a bowl to. I was eating my bowl and after my second fork I got to the middle and it a long piece of hair. I'm discussed and sick. I saw that and instantly vomited knowing I'm eating this and someone else hair. I'm over Chipotle and I will never go there again. hardly any food was left in the store
we are regular customer at Rockville north Bethesda outlet .There is no problem at all but we went to buy food in Union railway station outlet and we did not know the closing time is 21:00 hrs. there was hardly any food remain still they took order and filled uncooked white rice with some beans just half filled bowls.they should not take the orders when food is not enough.we wanted to eat on the table and staff insisted to leave as they wanted to arrange the tables-chairs.we left the food untouched on the table and left hungry. very upset.

It was around 6:15 in the evening. I arrived at the. 1205 S Havana St, Aurora, CO 80012 Chipotle. I walked in and went up to the Waitin line. it was quite busy but not unusual for a Thursday. I was next in line in the gentleman asked me what I wanted I asked him how his day was but he just kind of ignored the question I went on ordering. Things were fine until we got to the meat he was extremely frugal with the barbacoa. I saw how much he was putting on I wanted to say something but I didn't want to feel like I was being greedy or anything even though it did appear that there was not the regular amount it could have been a quarter of the original amount. The people who did my veggies were very polite in good and gave me a good helping of all the veggies I wanted Ive been to this location multiple times and always got in a really good helping. This makes me feel slightly unwelcomed in slightly ripped off I will still go to this location because of the good experiences I've had but I will be more cautious with the people and pay more attention to how my balls are made .
uncooked rice
It is 9:52 right now. I had ordered a chicken bowl as takeout from a local Chipotle at 8:05 PM. I really liked chipotle and was looking forward to my dinner. However, I am very unsatisfied to find out the rice was uncooked. The center of many rice grains was uncooked and was very hard. I could not chew or swallow them. They were mixed in with the rest of the ingredients and so the bowl had to go to waste... I had both the brown rice and white rice. It's mostly the white rice was not cooked ...
This is my third time receiving uncooked rice from chipotle. I have a busy life and order chipotle take out my meal came and the rice is completely inedible which meant I had to do without. On the second occasion I took the food back to the restaurant and had taken a break from them. Now I decided to try with them again cause I have always loved their food. Big mistake, same uncooked rice. So am done, sad but I can’t keep wasting money and being disappointed.

I ordered a burrito bowl, on Friday 03/30 once I got home and eating my food, looked down and there was a bug in my food still alive (extremely disgusted). I immediately called the store (Kennessaw, GA) Barrett Parkway and spoke with the on-duty manager (Kevin). He was very apologetic and wanted to come back to the store and replace my food and refund my money. Of course I did not want any food because it spoiled my appetite. As much as I love the eating the food, I will not be going back. Totally disgusted. Pictures taken.

bug in chicken bowl
I ordered a chicken bowl to go in the restaurant and took home my food, while eating, I moved the lettuce to find a medium sized bug hidden underneath. I called chipotle and spoke with a manager who apologized and went on to explain that food is prepared in house and sometimes bugs is in it. He then offered me a replacement meal. When I request for a refund, he declined. I will never eat with your company again. This is what you call poor customer service. How do you say we sometimes have bugs in our food and expect someone to eat there again by fixing them another bowl.
