I ordered on chipotle.com and got a bowl with chicken, cheese, brown rice, soar cream, light hot sauce, and light lettuce. They did not put that much soar cream in my bowl and there were only a couple pieces of chicken. It all tasted good but I did not get enough chicken for what I paid for. And I did not order light soar cream and they gave me light soar cream.

I ordered online and there was literally like five pieces of chicken in bowl under topping. This is ridiculous as much as you charge for these bowls and they nearly want to give you any meat. She said that how much you get unless you pay for extra. This want even a scoop and I visit numurous locations but this is a ongoing problem for this location. I understand they are a high volume location and I guess they are skimpy so they don't run out as fast I don't know but this it outrageous

On November 7, 2017 at around 9:45 p.m., I arrived at your store. I was greeted by a gentleman sweeping the floor. Upon ordering a female employee by the name Mya took my order. From the start it seemed uncomfortable as if I was an inconvenience that I was there. I brushed it off and let her know my order. There was no greeting from Mya, as if she was in a great hurry. She cashed me out and I told her by order was to go. Mya asked if I needed a bag, really its a to go order. Why would I order something and not have a bag. She put the burrito in the bag and handed it to me. What I'm concerned about is the lack of greeting and a thank you for coming in. I made the comment to her, not even a thank you/ welcome. She looked at me as if I had the nerve to mention that to her. This was done in front of the manager and he said nothing. If your employee is having a bad day, maybe its not a good idea to have her in front serving people.
I have a choice to eat and I chose Chipotle and not Qdoba. I think next time if this isn't resolved, I will choose Qdoba.
What's the time myself I've had a problem with Chipotle these three times I had to take my bowl back because the chicken was not cooked it was still raw so I tried to go to Staples I had a steak Bowl yesterday the 30th and November the 29th at 30th of November and I got very sick afterwards I called the Poison Control Center and my doctor and they said it's most likely ptomaine poisoning I had diarrhea and was vomiting very bad stomach cramps and I was told to go if I'm dehydrated to go to the hospital today if I can't drink any water cuz I need to stay dehydrated I'm 63 years old with heart problems I want someone to call me to take care of this with me cuz I'm very angry my number is [protected]

rude night manager
I was ordering my food and I heard the manager telling a young guy behind the grill area to "spin" rice that had already been spun. That is very disgusting. Then she proceeded to be very rude to the young man as he tried to explain to her about the food safety in the restaurant. She was belittling the man and I could see on his face that he was very embarrased and frustrated. I don't think those types of things should go on in the management especially when he is working.

When I walked into the the crew behind the counter was having a conversation. They did not greet me or say they would be right with me. I was ready to walk out. Few minutes later a young kids came to make our food. My son ordered chicken tacos and I ordered steak tacos. Both of our tacos barely had any meat on it. I had more pico de Gallo than I did meat. My son's tacos had more cheese than he did meat. I was very dissatisfied with the way pur food came and the customer service that was provided. I have never had food like that from here before or been treated so poorly.

I am a regular visitor to Chipotle, last Saturday - 11/04/2017 i went there - 2007 Camden Ave #50 San Jose CA 95121 the employees were having some issues internally.
My food was not at par. the fajita veggies were over salted, the rice was under cooked and the server kept turning his head and exchanging looks with the person cooking in the back.
End result my food was not what I had expected. very disappointing .
Additionally I called this morning to give my feedback and I was asked to go online and fill up a form because I was told that Chipotle does not take customer complaints via phone. they have to be submitted in writing .

would not accept legal tender
I wanted to treat my daughter to lunch. Since, my favorite, Ned's Southside Diner, was closed on Sunday. She suggested our local St Augustine Chipotle Restaurant. I have never eaten there. When it first opened, the line was huge and I didn't understand the menu and just never bothered with it again. So now was an opportunity to check it out. With my daighter's suggestion I ordered a bowl similar to hers.
When I went to pay, the clerk said she could not accept my $100 bill. As I looked unsuccessfully for smaller bills, she was joined by, I'm assuming, a manager, who informed us it was corporate policy not to accept $100 bills.
My daughter did remind them that it was legal tender to no avail. She ended up picking up the tab. This was embarrassing. And I do believe, against the law.
That was the bad news. And I do apologize for leading with the bad new first. The good news is: I loved the food!

On August 25, 2017 I walked into the chipotle located inside the perimeter Mall in Atlanta, Georgia. My family and I go to that shopping mall for almost 30 years. When I asked the server to add vegetable to my bowl, she totally ignored me! I asked again and she told me to get lost, and told me you always do that!. I had no idea what or who she was talking about !? . As I was thinking that Maybe she had a bad day or mistaken me with someone else, but regardless I got upset and tried to see if this store has any manager, but all the staff beyond the counter were quiet and none of them will say anything( I guess they felt guilty knowing what their colleague did !) . I had a few words exchanged with that employee and I was expecting the manager to interfere and ask me, being a customer, what is going on ? as I was trying to pay at the cash register and leave, the person behind the cash registered claimed she is the manager and all sudden she told me "you know what we are Latinos and we do not give a s…t to you ! (The fact is I am a Non Hispanic minority myself .!) she took my bowl and spat in it and threw it in the garbage Can! After I complained to the headquarter in Colorado, they did Nothing! I am going to file a lawsuit against Chipotle corporation and if anyone or any other company wants to help, please contact me at [protected] so we can put an end to this Trash Can that calls itself "Chipotle Mexican Grill" !

this is the third time i have left the St.Charles IL location unsatisfied with my service. At each visit they never fill my bowls completely and are very ignorant about the products. especially today when a third of my bowl was completely empty and i even paid for extra guacamole. And then my second bowl was missing cheese, even after i asked the server, "did you put cheese", he said yes so i opened it up and the cheese was missing. this continues to happen every visit. i pay for the product, therefore i would like a full bowl. my last visit i even paid for extra meat since you guys have teenagers filling up bowls that make customers unsatified. i will no longer be going to any chipotle unless some changes are made. my hard earned money will not be spent on something i only get half of when i can purchase food somewhere else for much cheaper. yours truly, an unsatisfied customer.

On November 1st 2011 at 5:20 p.m. I was a customer at 11452 Euclid Avenue Cleveland Ohio 44106 location I ordered two bowls one containing steak extra steak Barbara color and extra steak with guacamole when I received the bowls and began to taste them I discovered that the fajita was causing the entire Bowl to take Scorch due to it being burnt also my steak and barbacoa meat was dry and lacking normal flavor that I'm accustomed to I was completely out done when I sit down with my husband to enjoy our dinner nothing I'm ever familiar with when dealing with Chipotle I have been a long-time customer for some time and never experienced this I'm out done
customer service and the manager
The chipotle at 1705 N University Dr in Tamarac, FL has to be the worse! It is always slow and the managers are always criticizing and yelling at the workers in front of the customers. I think this is very unprofessional and a change needs to take place at this location. It is always dirty and slow. But to hear the manager, which is a female yelling at those workers, who I'm sure is doing the best they can in front of a store full of people is by far the most unprofessional act in itself. You have workers fixing the food as we order and sweat running down his face that can possibly fall into the food - gross!

The salad was cheaply made i asked for pepper and onions they game me about 3 peppers and Harley any onions . the chicken was barley there and cold it was not made fresh. I threw half of it out the customer service was horrible . i ask for extra sour cream . and didn't put it in bag i spoke to manager he said he was new and they sent him there to fix store and improve customer experience. i use to go to this store when it first opened about 5 yrs ago and the service was excellent . what happen to those employees ? service was horrible this time and i want a refund

My mother and I went to the Chipotle in Bonita Springs Fl.The quacomole was brown and old, the chicken was so dry and spicy and the lettuce had a brown tint to it. The service as well was bad and the cashier said "they don't know why the quacomole was that color they have been receiving brown avocados." I always eat here and normally love it and was very disappointed.

Very disappointed with the quality of food I purchased at one of your location in Bridgeport, CT. I ordered a veggie bowl and the veggies were missing. I called the restaurant to inform them and was told "even though you ordered veggies it just mean you didn't want any meat in your bowl" WHAT! And the rice was under cooked. amount of meat in your damn 10$ burrito
I bought ur chicken burrito and it didn't have any chicken in it, plus my guacamole was 3/4 full at 3 something dollars.. and avacado is 1$. Put meat in your damn burritos, if it cost to much to actually sel what you advertise then stop being a company. This isn't the first time but may be my last time. How expensive is a lb of chicken. 3$ ? Maybe new management should be implemented. This is ridiculous
employee interaction and service
I am working on a project in San Ramon, Ca so I have been eating lunch at the chipotle on crow canyon Blvd for the past 2 weeks. There is an employee who is loud, aggressive and disrespectful to the point I almost walk out if he's working. He is always at the front of the service line. All of his interaction with the customer is him yelling. He will yell "next in line!" And then "What do you want? I said what so you want!?"the customer will tell him their order, and he responds with, " And!? And!? And!?" While he rolls his eyes back and looks agitated. Then he litterally throws the bowl down the line to the next employee before the customer is done talking and then repeats this unnacceptable behavior with the next customer. As if the interaction with this man wasn't insulting enough, every customer dining in the restaurant has to listen to him scream at every one ordering food for the next half hour while they eat their food. His interaction with the other employees on the line is just as bad. He seems to make them all uncomfortable as well.
closing early and horrible customer service
My husband along with seven kids (4 mine)lol and myself went into Chipotle 7106 Midlothian tnpk. On 10/31/2017 @9:48 all in costumes to get the $3 booritos and bowl we were turned away they stated they were closed in a nasty tone but the sign said close @ 10:00pm I was infuriated but I just left and had to explain to the kids that they did nothing wrong something needs to seriously be done about this
On and unfortunately I was so infuriated that I took my anger out on the kids. Now I find out that someone reported me to CPS. Probably one of the workers. Now they are investigating me and keeping a check on me. I had to again explain to my kids that they did nothing wrong.. That it was Chipotle's fault that I hit them.

aggressive attitude while purchasing food from vendor
While I was purchasing I asked the cashier to let me use the restroom, he told me a code to go open the door, then the code didn't work 3 times so I went back to cashier and ask if he could assist me opening the door then he told me in an aggressive way that if the restroom is locked to go find another restroom somewhere else ! Then he came and opened the door after I asked again but gave me really bad attitude and I asked why he was so rude, and when I closed the restroom door he punched the door so hard, I got so scared that I peed in my pants, my family was outside purchasing the food my wife is pregnant my daughter is 20 years old and this was very disappointing . I spoke to management after the incident and he just said he was sorry, the cashier never apologies for his behavior. Then I went home I couldn't sleep because I felt like someone wants to hurt me, he scared my whole family and I don't think this is acceptable, you guys should surely get back to me as soon as possible, or I will be placing charges against that chipotle store and employees legally for the way I was treated and the way they made me and my family feel !
