Filed a claim on 07/31/2023 my washer would not work, on 08/09/2023 a person showed up from a&e factory sev. Showed up to look at my washer, he found that a bolt had broken holding the balancer and the results were a large hole in the tub, which needs to be replaced, along with a number of other parts that need to be replaced. (major repair) he told me it wasn;t my fault, he had seen this problem before. He then asked me for my wifi number so he could check for parts, later he told me he could not locate any of the parts that were needed. He pasted this information on to a&e , and they told him they would look for the parts. I was told that they ordered the parts and that they would come out to my house on 09/27/2023 to fix my washer they didn"t show up, i called them and was told the parts never showed up, i have been calling chw to get a up date, twice i was told they needed 24 to 48 hours to get a answer from a&e as to when the parts would ship, as of 10/10/2023 i have received no answer.
Desired outcome: FIX IT OR REPLACE IT OR GIVE ME THE MONEY AND I WILL REPLACE IT. OR GIVE ME A TOTAL REFUND, CANCELL MY CONTRACT.
