Chowking my order around 2:21am 3/27/2022

This is really absurd before i placed my order i gave a heads up together with the rider that i need a leg part which is everytime i ordered it was always wrong choice they gave me.and i phone them too and takes so much time maybe becos i have a special order which is the leg part.but when i received it there was no chinese fried rice i qas really hungry..an d i phone them right away thye acxept that there was one item missing.

i have my email an video and recordings...i cant send it here coz it was too large

Rice is hilaw na Sinong

We advised to give beef siomao since we are Muslim but still pork siomai pa rin ang nilagay

Waiting time is quite long

Most of the food that we ordered unavailable

Even utensils unavailable (chopsticks)

Tables after customer ate, remain unclean, kailangan mo pang magrequest ng Paulit ulit

Laurier served without gravy.

Cashiers are not enough to take all of the orders that boils out to long lane.

Desired outcome: Maybe try to review the system, develop more on QUALITY SERVICE. a GOOD ONE.

Chowking Manager on charge (female)

I want to complain about the attitude of the manager incharge at chowking shaw 1588 around 10:40pm its in the reciept that i ordered the food 10:47pm and they are not able to complete the order which is the milktea until we got finish to eat our food around 11:30. I ask the manager to get may refund and she didnt allow me to and talk rudely. And then she keeps me wait about 10 mins more to do my milktea. She didnt even apologize. And that time they dont have much work. I want to launch a complain against the manager on charge and I expect you to take suitable action regarding on this matter. Thank you

Desired outcome: I want an apology. I dont deserve thay kind of treatment.

Chowking Always say no peso to replace of customers money

Good morning, I am very disappointed with your new trainee cashier at your branch here in Chowking Sta. Cruz Manila beside Sta. Cruz Parish Church Manila, I am a regular customer who always orders at Chowking. Is the customer now going to be with your cashier and she is still brave and higher voice, my money is only 500 peso but there is no reason why there should be no peso ready to replace the customers' money, it has taken all night always because no peso or coins, please should be trained and oriented well your cashier and crew are disappointed that such behavior is not pleasant in your restaurant instead of having a sale your customer will just leave and you will lose your income, please don't hire a disrespectful employee like the one I encountered on March 17 and 24 every night almost the same I never got her name but I have already reported her to the branch manager

Chowking Incomplete order and filthy cup

I ordered food through call. But they forget to include the drink, so I called and informed them about the missing drink, so they advised that they will deliver the drink. After a while they call back again and advised that the drink was not stated on their system. But I checked the receipt that I have and it was clearly stated that I added an amout to change my drink to pineapple juice.

So they advised that they're just waiting for the rider to arrive.

I'm about to finish the drink that they delivered but about checking there were dusts on the bottom of the cup. The drink that they delivered was not clean. I can't believe that I waited for 30 minutes for that to be delivered and later on found out that they gave me a filthy drink.

Sobrang taray ng cahera ang pangalan ai rose..my dala kmi senior id..kaso wala kming dalang authorisation latter..ok lng nmn kung hnd nagamit kc first lng kming gagamit kc sa tatay ng asawa koh un..hnd kc niya bamasa ang pangalan pero andun nh ang senior number.d ok lng nmn kaso ang panget lng ng pagkakasabi niya at kita sa mga mata niya ang pagtataray niya.wala nmn kming sinasabing masama.bute nmn miya sabihn ng maayus..lage akoh nabili sa store n yan pero ngaun lng akoh nakadama ng ganung pagtataray..

Desired outcome: Wag n sana maulit kc pag maulit papatulan koh sya.😡

Chowking wrong item delivered to me 😫 walang lasa yong wanton soup !

Kaka order ko lang kanina sa chowking regalado thru food panda umorder ako ng pork chowpan with fried dumplings and wanton soup ang dumating sakin porkchowpan with fried somai tsaka walang lasang wanton soup , parang pinakuluan lang na tubig na may gulay at wanton balls ! Hayyyys kadismaya naman ang aga aga ! Sayang yong pera ! paayos nalang ng serbisyo nyo ! tsaka nag speacial instruction pa ako na pahinging chili oil ! Sana ininform ako ng crew na walang chili oil or may bayad para di ko na tinuloy order ko ! umay sa inyo !

Chowking Chowking lauriat

Good morning Sir/Mam,

Good morning sir/mam, I would just to complain this Chowking branch in Timesplaza United Nations Ermita Manila branch, because I have ordered chowking lauriat for lunch and I am not satisfied with my lunch. I ordered chowking lauriat and got very very dissapointed on what they have given me. It is very dissappointing because it is not what I am expecting to get because it very good at the ads and tarpaulin but look on what I have received from them. It is the worst chowking brach I have taken my meal so far. Just please see my attached photos for your reference and I hope to take action of this.

Desired outcome: I would just like a change for there served meals that is worth it for the price just like other chowking branch that's fair and square for the customer and fair for our paid price.Thankyou

Chowking Chao fan, incomplete order

Hi, in my case, this happened on Chowking Lee Plaza, Dipolog City on March 9,2022 at about 3:40 pm. We ordered two servings of Pork and beef Chao fan. The beef chao fan has 4 siomai as toppings, while the pork chao fan has no siomai toppings at all. Not at all. We checked the reciept and it clearly stated there that there are 4 siomai every serve. But what happened? I suggest you should be careful next time, focus on your work as waiters and waitresses. And I just want this incident to be an awareness for all the customers in this store to be more watchful. Always check your orders and the reciept as well.

Desired outcome: Please refund my 4 siomai as toppings because that's my favorite 😭. I apologize if I complain this much but I just want you to be improved and I dont want other customers to experience what I had experienced.

Chowking Salt and pepper spareribs

I went to chowking legarda march 6,2022 around 10:20pm and ordered salt and pepper spareribs pork chaopan steam siomai toppings and pork chaopan. And they served me a looks like fire salt and pepper spareribs and even the ingredients, I didnt check it beacuse it was for a take out order I ordered 3 meals but they gave me 2pairs of spoon and fork and also dont have a vinegar, the cashier was not accomodating. Im just wondering there arent many customer for my complain to happen.

Chowking Foods

We ate yesterday, March 4, 2022, 6pm at Chowking SM San Jose Del Monte Branch. My daughter wants to eat halo-halo but unfortunately it's not available, we requested coke but still not available. And because we are starving to death, we agreed to order ice tea for our drinks but the ice tea doesn't even have ice and it is warm. Our pancit is also cold and hard to chew. This is my worst chowking experience ever.

Desired outcome: I appreciate if you improve the services on that branch because chowking Starmall San Jose Del Monte is great.

Chowking Brown tissue on my Taho

There was a big piece of brown tissue on my Taho discusting chowking at landess. I called and shes not even convern first thing ahe saud she will replace it who would wqnt replacement after finding brown tissue paper on your food . Not a good costuner service i ask for vell number so i can send photo lal she can say is yes yes yes after i say something yes .

Chowking Broom stick on my order

To whom it may concern,

I am complaining this food that i ordered via drive thru at chowking angeles, I dont know the branch name. Its located at angeles/friendship road near to manibaug road also. March 3, 2022 , 9:40pm to 10pm

This is very disappointing, eating with this hard stick that I dont know if its broom stick or what.

Can you imagine yourself eating this? What if a swallow it and it affected my throat,

I am giving you 24 hours to response and do something about this, or I will complain to food sanitation or to wherever needed.

Inorder kong chowfan pride siomai ang binigay, steam siomai, tpos nagpapadagdag me extra rice wala rng nilagay... Anu ba yan nakakawalang ganang kumain dto... Wala p ngang customer ganyan n agad ang service paano kung nagdami pa eh di lahat ng serve nila mali😡😡😡

Chowking I was charged too much money

Time of incident: approximately 12:30pm Friday February 25 2022 I ordered the chao fan with a large drink and the girl charged me 250 pesos. Now the menu says the price of the chao fan is 99 pesos, so is the large drink 150 pesos? I gave her a 500 peso bill and my change was exactly 250 pesos. Is this how you treat foreigners in your country. Is there a white skin tax that i dont know about? This is so wrong in every way!

Desired outcome: I want the difference from what she charged me in cash, or i want free food next time i go there!!!

Chowking Chao fan and steamed siomai

The quality of the food is very low. the chao fan that is supposed to be fried rice is very mushy. The steamed siomai is over cooked. I know this is a fast food but the food should still within standards. Of course we ate the food because it will be a waste not to and we are starving

Chowking Wrong product

Today, february 23, 2022 at 11:37, I ordered (chaofan) and 1 box of chocopao, for takeout at chowking, sm bicutan, bldg a. When they call my number, I grab the product and left.

At home, upon opening the box, I saw three chocopao? To my surprise, they are white. I am very much disappointed since my daughter only eat chocopao (from chowking).
