Chowking Missing item

I ordered kangkong, chicharap, chowfan and wonton soup. But the guy delivered it without the soup on it. Chowking avenida recto

Desired outcome: re deliver the soup as soon as possible

Chowking Cold food

how order taker said it's been a while our food is long time has been prepared that why become cold, I work is fast food but must hot and fresh. We are the customer need hot food not cold!

Chowking Wrong item delivered

My order is chicken sauce and chicken w/ coke, then what is delivered to me is sweet n sour and chicken w/ice tea. They even call me to say it's the same instead of apologising for mishandling. How come those dishes became same? how come coke is same as ice tea.
Attention to details pls of your staff doing the order. They should take responsibility for their wrong instead saying such thing to the customer they have disappointed

Chowking Force upgrading of drinks

I ordered at chowking in divisoria, forgot what is the exact location but not the one in 168 mall. I ordered last december 22 around 6:30 in the evening. I want some coke zero but the cashier told me that they dont offer regular drinks except for pineapple juice which means i'll need to pay extra 5 pesos so that I can have a drink and all the other drinks is only available if you upgrade it in medium size. Is that even possible? You are forcing your customer to upgrade their drinks so that you will have a great sales? I'm so disappointed! I always ordered at any fast food chain but this is the first that the regular size is not available, while for sure it was a combo to your rice meal! I ordered to the gay? Cashier I think and I ordered to the other girl cashier for extra plain rice but she's mad I think? I know it's hard to work in a operation industry but they choose that job so they must be polite to customer. Sorry, but I just need it to report to you, because not everyone can afford an upgrade drinks in their meal. Be sensitive and responsible, its still pandemic! Thank you and merry christmas:)

Desired outcome: Talk to the employee not to force upsell the customer. It is still pandemic. Not of all the people went to your store afford to upgrade their drinks. be sensitive!

Chowking Super late delivery !!

12:08 na accept ang order ko ! 1:55 na wala pa din dumdating halos lagpas na sa 1hr na ibinigay na oras ! Paki ayos naman yung serbisyo nio ! Nakaka gigil kayo ! Wala man lang natawag para mag update lung ano na balita sa order ko !

Chowking Set A, buchi platter, siomai platter

Hi, I just wanna share our experienced a while ago in ur branch at intersection San fernando Pampanga. We are so amazed with ur staff even with the guard. He's nice and approachable. We felt so comfortable when we ordered our foods goodjob to the guard, cashier, dining staff, and the kitchen staff. Please keep them they are your treasure.

Chowking Manager

The manager doesn't follow the safety protocols when someone have been touch in covid. She doesn't care about other people. One of my co worker have a family positive in their home but the manager still force my co worker to work. And they edit workers hours of work, they cut some of the employee hours so employee have less hours. One more thing is that they dont credit the sick leave, when you are in quarantine. Please help us stop this. All workers are worried and scared. Please an action. Thank you.

Chowking Chicken Lauriat

I order today and it was delivered fine, however, no free chicken in my chicken lauriat order. You are advertising free chicken when you order chicken lauriat including delivery but I did not receive any free chicken! So disappointing! I cannot imagine why they forget my free chicken even though I ordered chicken lauriat. Did they forgot that chowking have a promotion? Regardless, this is not chowking works and I will not order from chowking moving forward!

Chowking Service delivery

Chowking 1 halo 2 for 85 pesos only and for 40 mins preparing time

They are not riders friendly were crews dont mind the riders follow up imagine preparing 1 cup of halo 2 in 40 mins is so disgusting! The time the customer booked is 8:05-8:06pm the I got the got its 8:46 pm
Please be considerate always because we are also your customers we are amendable and we got be scolded of our valued customers if we arrived late or the food arrived late
Our time is precious because every booking is important

Chowking Milktea

My husband ordered a large milktea no ice and 1 canton platter. I'm always requesting na no ice dahil malayo kame sa area and I don't want n mawalan ng lasa ung milktea because natunaw na ung ice. This is the first time na super kunti ng milktea I think pang regular n lang sya and ang worse e walang pearl. Nakakadisappoint na ang layo ng byahe ng asawa ko para lang sa milktea na to and eto lang pala mapapala ko...
Pakiayos ng service niyo... Hindi pinupulot ang perang pinambabayad nmen para lang sa pagkaen na to. Ok lang na konte.. Tanggap ko pa pero ung walang pearl? Seriously?!

Chowking Service

Nag order kami sa chowking roces via foodpanda and its for "pick up". Ako ay isang rider ng foodpanda and nakauniform ako. Pag pasok ko tinanung ako ng guard kung nag log na ba ko sa logbook, ang sagot ko hndi sir, for pick up po ito. Hndi nya naintindihan sinabi ko kaya sagot nya sakin huh! Sige dun. Pero bago un nag book kami sa foodpanda na for pick up hndi for delivery and may oras. Nung nag notif na si panda na ready na ang order namin saka ako pumunta sa chowking roces. Naghintay pa ko ng mga 10 mins bago ko nag follow up. Dahil nakauniform ako ng panda akala siguro may deliver ako. Then pinaliwanag ko sa crew na ung for pick up kung ilang minutes pa. Tapos nang okay na ang order ko dahil nasa labas na kami ng store nag tawag na ang guard ng number. Wala namang number na binigay sakin ang crew. Sabi ng guard sakin, ikaw 63? Sabi ko hndi ko alam for pick up ung akin. Sabi ba namn ng guard huh? Magfaceshield ka at dun ka nalng sa loob. Iba ang tono ng pananalita nya kaya medyo hndi ko nagustuhan. Pag pasok ko sa loob tinanung ulit ako ng crew kung nag log ba ko sa logbook. Sagot ko, mag lolog pa ba ko? Eh for pick up nmn ito. Sumagot na ung manager. Oo! Eh dito namn kinuha ung order mag lolog ka lang namn. May attitude ang manager on duty.

Ang point ko dito. Di porket naka-uniform ako ng panda or delivery rider eh ganun nyo na tratuhin. Alamin nyo din ang order sa device kung for pick up o delivery. Pakiayos ng attitude kahit kanino dahil maayos ako makipag usap at magalang.

Chowking I am complaining about the service

Yung service dito sa chowking bedrock luzon napaka panget! Papanget ng ugali ng mga crew dito lalo na yung mga nasa lobby napaka ma-attitude! Sana kung ayaw na nila magtrabaho, magresign nalang sila! Nakakahawa yung negativity nila hindi nakaka enjoy kumain. Mga walang modo. Nagtrabaho rin naman ako as a crew pero kahit anong inis ko sa customer diko pinaparamdam sakanila! Dito kahit konting request lang ng water parang labag sa loob nila!

Chowking Incomplete order, unreadable receipt

We ordered today, november 17, 2020, the following:
8 pcs chicken and 1 small halo halo.
How come that we only received 7 pcs of chicken only? Kulang siya ng isa. We expected it to be complete kasi naka delivery siya but then again ganon pa rin grrrr. I'm an unsatisfied customer in here. We paid for the right amount, 559 pesos rin yung chicken ha. Another, yung receipt niyo sobrang labo, kaya di mo halos mabasa yung details. Attached with the complaint is the picture of the receipt. Diba, wala man lang mabasa.
