Mark, Austin, and Jared helped us move our piano, dining room set, roll top desk, chest of drawers, and several other pieces of furniture from Littleton, CO to Buena Vista, CO under adverse weather conditions with no problems other than being rerouted due to a road closure. They were very professional and easy to work with. We highly recommend them and hope to employ for our next move.

We just wanted to let you know what a magnificent moving job Mark, Oscar, Merrell and Swain did for us. They were all friendly, courteous, prompt and very efficient. Each of them was extremely helpful to us. Our new home has some tight spaces for moving things in, given the size of our furniture. They we able to get everything into the house, without damaging the furniture, the doorways, the walls or the stairs.
Our move went great. At first they didnt think they could get it all in one trip but ultimately it worked out. Tachis, *** and *** were great they were extra careful with everything and very professional. They got all of our boxes setup were we asked and reassembled furniture. They arrived promptly at 9am and moved us from an *** square foot house and garage from *** up to *** and were done by 7pm. I would recommend them to anyone.
Amazing team, so happy I hired them! Thank you so much!
Tachis was the driver for our cross country move and arrived at our new house the same day (Wednesday, 3/9) we did, which was a day before the scheduled unload. We trusted him so much from dealing with him when he loaded the truck, that we had him sleep inside our new house at the final location, albeit on an air mattress, but at least inside and not in his truck. Unfortunately, the crew that was scheduled to help him unload on Thursday did not show up. He unloaded the entire truck by himself. We were totally amazed that he was able to handle it all by himself and in a very timely manner. He was very careful and handled everything with extreme care. We are impressed with his professionalism and would highly recommend him.
If you want a great interstate moving experience, hire this company. Nothing they advertised or told us was an exaggeration. Our 900 mile move went flawlessly.

I gave an outstanding review earlier because of customer service during contract and great hardworking movers. We opted to keep our items for 2 1/2 months in their storage, which turned out to be a large warehouse. Upon move-in, there were several items that didn't belong to us, which we gave back to them and numerous damaged and missing items. Per their request, I completed the ComplaintsBoard.com review upon delivery of items, prior to viewing damage and missing items. Total claim to their insurance company was $2800 but they only offered $52. Christian Brothers gave us $200 toward our deductible. Warning: If you choose to use them, make sure you have your own insurance coverage!
Movers Beware! CBM are terrible to work with. I wish I would have read the reviews, you can tell by their answers that they are just full of excuses and don't take responsibility for anything, which is what happened to us. Their movers were smoking marijuana on the job, and worse, driving their truck around town while high. I did talk to a manager about this and not surprisingly the movers denied this, but we not only saw it, but smelled it. The day of the move I was not able to get a hold of anyone at the office to complain. We moved on the saturday of memorial day weekend so I was only able to get a hold of someone that tuesday, we had to be out of our house by wednesday. I imagine that because they were under the influence they did not do a good job and were not able to properly load the truck. Or, they just didn't feel like loading anymore because they left all of the hard things to move at our old place. This includes our rugs, ALL of the tvs, a full closet of boxes, artwork, plants, lounge chairs, lamps and all the glass pieces that go on side tables (which they did not even bother to wrap). When I told the manager this she told me that the foreman said that he did a "walk through" with my husband and all that was left were "small fragile items" that my husband said he would take. This is not exactly true, those were indeed there, and my husband took them with no issue (in one trip in our car), the problem was everything else that was left- which I sent pictures of to the manager. No acknowledgement. They do a complete inventory beforehand to get the quote (like most companies do, this takes a long time as they go through piece by piece of what needs to be moved) and based on that inventory they send you a quote with number of movers they think you need and the truck which everything should fit in. They confirmed we would have 4 movers, this was confirmed the day BEFORE the move. On the day of the move only 3 showed up, which conveniently meant it took them 10 hours to move vs the 8 they quoted us, and even though the price per hour is less for 3 movers it still comes out to more money because of course it takes them longer. At no point when they were finished moving did they offer to go back and get the things that they left behind. My husband spent two days taking carload after carload over to our new place. We had to hire someone to help him as he was not able to do it alone. I spoke with Sabrina, the manager there on tuesday (2 days after the move) and told her that we HAD to be out of our house by wednesday and we needed help moving the things he couldn't. She did not find us anyone that day, only on wednesday at 2pm did she send 2 guys over to help only because I kept calling back insisting that we needed help. At this point ALL that was left were the lounge chairs and we only needed help because they didn't fit it our car. We barely made the deadline to get out of our place. To add insult to injury they also : - said they built our bed (as they were supposed to) only for us to discover on our first night sleeping there that they in fact did not, out of 8 screws that needed to be screwed in only 4 were actually in, 2 were half way, one was completely out left in a drawers and one was completely missing (and still is). I TOLD THE MANAGER THIS- it was not even acknowledged. - they left two barstools on the lawn in front of the building we moved from outside in the rain all night- also not acknowledged by the manager - they lost a dolly that belonged to the box company we rented boxes from- the manager did acknowledge this and we are still waiting for them to reimburse us what we paid for the replacement - they cracked a buffet, left a huge scratch on the floor of our old place and broke a mirrored nightstand So disappointed!

Gave Christian Brothers opportunity to make things right but they are not interested in any sort of customer satisfaction and use excuses to justify an extremely poor business plan. If you want damages to be remedied (extensive and destructive) purchase additional insurance (amount equal to the entire cost of the move doubling it). Otherwise, like us, after one year involving four different moves and storage ($snd $12,000 later) our losses are enormous. Look elsewhere for a mover! Anywhere else.

Our experience was horrible! Did not move everything and lost and damaged several items! Boxes of belongings were lost! Furniture had many many scratches and dents! One couch was dropped and the entire back was destroyed! One 55" led crystal display TV was dropped and shattered! Entire set of dishes sat on their loading dock for weeks before being found! Now because of our bad review they refuse to do Send them to us! 16' extension ladder dissappeard! 6' folding table dissappeard! Our settlement check of $207.00 is being held because we gave them bad reviews! I am beyond myself! We were lead to believe this was a "Christian company"! Many promises and many lies! Such a horrible response on the phone today, 2/1! Please do not use this company!
We had Christian Brothers move us out of the home we sold and we had a 3 week delay before we could move into our new home. Both moves went smoothly and the crews were very friendly and efficient. We highly recommend them
Bob and mark were amazing! Great job and would love them back!

Our experience with Christian Brothers Moving was fantastic!
Our experience with Christian Brothers Moving was fantastic! *** and *** were very polite, respectful, and professional throughout the entire 3 days of my moms move. This was our first experience with a moving company and I was very impressed with how these young men worked so diligently to keep all my moms belongings safe. They all worked together so well. I couldnt believe how quickly they boxed everything up, loaded, and unloaded the truck. They were also very accommodating when we asked them to do anything. Before they left on the last day they made sure all the heavy boxes and furniture was where we wanted it and happily moved it if it wasnt. Id 100% recommend CBM to anyone and will use them myself if the need to move ever arises. Ill definitely ask for *** and his crew!
This company is dishonest and has poor business practices
This company is dishonest and has poor business practices. They don't have their own fleet, which is fine, except that they charged US for the time it took their foreman to go rent a truck. They were at our house for less than four hours but charged us for six. They were late arriving. They damaged our VERY expensive furniture and refused to pay more than $200 for damages. They broke our grill and didn't even try to fix it. They left deep gouges in our bedframe and left stains on our sofa. It is going to cost more than $200 to fix these things. They did not return one. single. phone call. Not one. The only reason we received any compensation at all is because we called them constantly. The foreman gave us a speech about them being a five star company and then asked for a tip. This is NOT a five star company!

Christian Brothers moved my wife and I in Dec '21
Christian Brothers moved my wife and I in Dec '21. They were quite expensive but would have been worth it had their movers not damaged an $800.00 TV and a $400.00 dollar concealed "hide-a-shelf". I provided a large screen TV box for the movers to use and thereby protect my TV, but they didn't want to use it. Hence, they failed to adequately protect the TV, and did little to nothing to protect the shelf. I filed a complaint with the company and was referred to their insurance company who took nearly 4 months to settle the claim and when they did, I was offered a whopping (and insulting) $54.00 for the $1200.00 loss. I was informed that the contract read the company was only reliable for .60 on the pound. Unfortunately, I did not see that in the contract so I suppose it is my fault. But I think it is SHAMEFUL they would have such a contractual arrangement. Since when is the value of something based on it's weight unless of course it is precious metals? had they lost a brick of near worthless lead, they would have paid me more than they did for my $800.00 TV. I will most l certainly read the fine print from now on, but with a name like CHRISTIAN Brothers, I did not expect to be taken advantage of in this way ( I even tipped the movers $40.00 a piece) That said, I will NEVER use or recommend Christian Brothers Moving in the future for their carelessness in handling my property and their failure to make it right contract or not.

Our experience went very well at first
Our experience went very well at first. The actual move went smoothly and the workers were friendly and worked at a quick pace. Our problems began when we went to sign for our new home. The movers had the truck packed. We gave them the code to our new home to move in but they couldn't figure it how to open the door and never tried to contact us. It took us two hours to sign. Instead of going back to the house to finish packing or calling us to gain entry into the new home they just waited the entire two hours. That's two extra hours we paid for the movers to sit around. When the move was over the supervisor of the movers noticed scrapes and dings in our walls from moving. He stated the company would come and fix the damage. I have not heard from Christian Brothers Moving. The day before the move my card had a pending charge from the company for the quote we received. The next day after the move ANOTHER pending charge for the actual amount was also on my bank statement. That totaled to almost $4,000 in pending charges! I called Christians and the lady at the front desk said it wasn't the companies fault and to call my bank. I did, the bank said both charges were pending from Christian's and all I could due was wait to see if both charges cleared and then I could file a complaint. I called Christians back. The women at the desk was VERY defensive; she raised her voice at me and would not allow me to speak. The conversation went on for a while. She was rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. She was argumentative and was not willing to try and find out how this happened. She should not be in a customer service role. We ended the conversation with her stating she would send me the transactions that she initiated and completed through e-mail. I also requested to speak to a supervisor, manager, or owner to discuss these issues. I was not BLAMING anyone in the office for charging my card but rather wanted an investigation to find out why $4,000 was pending on my bank account. I still have not received an e-mail or phone call from Christian's regarding the damage or to discuss the issue with my bank. The first charge did not go through however, the $4,000 pending charges were concerning. We will not use this company again.

My family and I have moved quite a few times to find our forever home. We have paid multiple movers along the process. We went through many companies for quotes and comparison and thought we would give Christian Brothers a try as they did come highly recommended.I will say the movers themselves were very nice, and I had thought originally had everything how it needed to be. We were temporarily moving from a house to an apt until our new house is done being built. We had things separated into piles, what was going into apt and then storage. There were a 6-7 boxes that were not put in the apt and unfortunately .were packed away somewhere in the garage(storage). Not huge deal however frustrating because there were some clothing, food, dishes, and other items that are necessary for living that now have to be purchased, when not need to be. Now if that was the only issue its obviously something that is looked past. I was given multiple stories from when the truck left to head to our old house. The person that answered the phone when I called to see if the truck was going to be there any time soon, I was told they left at 8am. however when I asked the guys they said no they left at 7:30 . they got to my house at 9:45.2 hours and 15 min form Englewood to Peyton seems a little extreme, and then 2 hours and 15 min form Peyton to ***. and then 45 min to get back to there spot in Englewood from *** Also damage to the door jams from not covering with padding like the other companies have all done.I will say they asked for pictures of the door jams. However nothing else seemed to be an issue for them. its not a big deal that I need to purchase new items that didn't need to be replaced, nor was the time addressed to a satisfactory manor. I was told 1/2 an hour would be taken off but for there stopping for lunch but they didn't go out of there way. I calculate a total of 5 hours and 15 min, so take of 1/2 hour adjustment that is 4 hour
