I do regular regular alarm and emergency generator testing once per month. in order to not disturb occupants I have to come in @ 06:00 MST. Testing and run-ups cannot occur until all alarms are by-passed. I require an alarm bypass to do so without alerting the fire department. It is not unusual for me to wait for 20 minutes to get a response. Currently, I'm 45 minutes in, and nothing but elevator music and a reminder that you are experiencing a high volume of calls. I would hope that the response time is quicker when responding to a real fire.
Recommendation: Are you experiencing staff shortages? Maybe you could extend your automated service to include a customer controlled bypass from the phone.

I've been trying many times to get my $364.77 credit back. It's been on my record for more than a year. They keep passing me around to different agents, and I've sent them a void cheque twice. They sent me apology emails saying they'll hurry up with the reimbursement, but I still haven't received anything. It's been over a year, and they're avoiding giving me my money back. Their customer service is awful. I've been a loyal customer for years and always paid my monthly security monitoring fees on time during my contract.

But I said no to all their offers and asked 'em to disconnect my services. Eventually, they agreed to disconnect and sent me a final bill of $0. I thought I was done with 'em, but to my surprise, after seven months in April , I got a call from a collection agency called EOS, sayin' I owed some money to Counterforce (Chubb Edwards).
I asked 'em about the amount, and they said it was $25. I paid it right away, but I called Counterforce to complain. They apologized and admitted it was their mistake for havin' an outstanding balance.

I managed to speak to one rep who couldn't access my account. To reach the invoicing department, I gotta call the emergency line to be transferred or else I'll be on hold forever. I also can't access my account online to make a payment. I also got concerns bout the invoicing amounts. Ever since Chubb decided to separate its invoicing from*** Insurance company, it's been a mess. I've been a Chubb customer for over 30 years, using their home monitoring system. On July 11, I paid $468.99 for a year's monitoring. However, when I moved to a new address at ***, Mississauga *** on July 11, 2022, I informed them and requested a refund to be sent there. Despite sending numerous emails to customer care, which were then forwarded to their credit department, and even directly emailing their credit department, I still haven't received my refund. My customer number was *** and my contract number was ***.

They said they'd take care of it, but our alarm system, which they installed, keeps callin' 'em anyway. Now they wanna charge us $144 for a service call, plus $81 for every half hour, just to come to our place and turn off the monitor. We tried doin' it ourselves, but there's some fancy code in the system that we can't crack. And in the meantime, this dang thing keeps goin' off every three days, tryin' to reach Chubb.

Unfortunately, I couldn't forward any calls because your company used the only phone line for monitoring. I sold my business on April 7 and canceled my phone line at the end of April. The business has been closed since the end of March due to COVID, and I officially closed it with the Quebec government at the end of May. So, I'm confused as to why I'm receiving invoices for *** and *** when I no longer own the property and the business is closed. I would appreciate an answer regarding these invoices. Thank you.

I bought a system from Chubb Fire & Security Canada Corporation over a year ago. I also got their platinum service agreement. Unfortunately, I had to get it serviced a few months after installation because there was a problem with the system. In the meantime, I had to change my phone number twice because my old one got compromised many months ago. They used my new number for a month, but then for some reason, they went back to using my old number. It's been a mess.
During the summer, they contacted me out of the blue and said I owed them thousands of dollars. They didn't even bother to explain why. After months of back and forth, it turns out they charged me over $3,000 for the service call, and they also didn't bill me for months of service. I really want to sort out this $3,000 charge before I give them my new number for the months of service they haven't billed me for yet. But no matter how many times I try to reach out to them, no one returns my calls or emails. It's incredibly frustrating.
In the meantime, the monthly service fees keep piling up, and there's no sign of any resolution. I told them on December 29th that I would involve the ComplaintsBoard.com if this wasn't resolved by the end of January, but nothing happened. It's like they don't even care.

The company didn't process a payment I made on October 30. I emailed the Collections Department in January with the payment details. Last week, I got an email from the Collections Department. They sent a *** Statement of Account saying I didn't pay the July 1 invoice. I actually paid that invoice on June 23. Instead of finding my October payment, they used my June 23 payment for the 2020 invoice and sent a *** statement of account. *** I think this is really bad behavior from the Collections Department. I want Chubb Security to quickly give me written confirmation that they processed my October payment and applied my June 23 payment to the right invoice (July 1).

This complaint is being registered after a discussion with one of your representatives on March 19. I sent a letter to Chubb-Edwards on September 23, canceling my service effective December 31. O. Boateng received the letter on September 24, as confirmed by the tracking number. On January 2, the monitoring equipment provided by Chubb was replaced by *** Security. Since then, only *** has been monitoring my property. However, on December 27, I received a bill from Chubb-Edwards for the period of January 1 to March 31. I called and spoke to ***, who was dismissive of my cancellation and claimed they hadn't received the registered letter. I provided her with the tracking information, but she still seemed dismissive. I assumed the matter was resolved, but on March 19, I received another bill for the period of April 1 to June 30. When I called billing, I spoke to a Chubb Rep named *** who was unaware of the termination of my service.
