On or about the 21st of December 2022 I visited Churches on Memorial Blvd.

In Lakeland,

Florida, it was crowded and short staffed customers complained as the manager was leaving and her response to the customers was IF You Don't Like It Then go some place else. Last night I went there the same manager was there she did not acknowledge that I was there after 10 minutes of waiting I left

I have been a regular (weekly) customer for years, i always get the same thing 20 pc leg and thigh, family okra, pepper pack.

yesterday I had to put the chicken in the oven at 350 degrees for 30 min to finish cooking it. it was well crusted and brown, but was cool and red at the bone... even legs. dangerously undercooked! now concerned about continuing to eat there.

I get take out so I will not have to cook on these days due to time constraints. this location is next door to a location I service in the late afternoon once a week... $36.00 to still have to cook.

I requested the chicken that was being completed. I prefer hot and fresh food.

The young lady, PAM was name she gave.was preparing my order and the manager in Spanish told her to give me chicken that was already cooked. She explained that the spicy chicken wasn't hot, but she would give me the regular . I found out when I got home chicken was older and soaked in grease, which gave me upset 😡 stomach for the evening and morning . I will not returned to this Location

This afternoon I went in to the churchs on cameron rd and ordered a 10 PC family meal shortly after returning home I went to serve my kids and noticed the chicken was raw half cooked and some burnt legs the potatoes were runny and cold they forgot my corn on the cob and my biscuits were hard and old I was given incorrect change and handed no was handed a completely different receipt from my order so they refused to do anything about this problem please contact me as soon as possible at [protected] I am requesting my 42.51 back in cash as I Paid and would like my order remade to the way the damn picture 📸 looked in the window 🪟 my name is Daniel Almaguer plz get back with me asap

I visit your store at 14507 Palmdale Rd Victorville CA on [protected] at 7:04 pm only to be told that the store was close, I then said to the lady the store closes at 9:00 pm she then told me you don't run this store and to leave her drive thru. I was trying to get dinner for my family. The Palmdale store is the only one in Victorville CA I wish your employees would be more friendly and stop closing the store early because they don't want to deal with customers. I did have to wait unusually long in a fast food line. Most likely due to lack of employees. Lady was nice and professional. But the meal... probably the worst fried chicken meal I've ever had. Chicken had a weird texture, more flabby fat than I've ever seen, and it didn't taste seasoned at all. I did get the original but I don't remember it being so tasteless. The Biscuit was ok. It was super greasy though. Maybe that's just how they're made. Coleslaw was ok.

I ordered a family meal deal which included your choice of chicken...3 large sides or 2 large sides and 8 biscuits...plus 2 half gallons of your choice drink...they charged me for the drinks...I tried to show the employees and they wouldnt even look at my receipt...they said the manager told them to ring it up like that...and said that drinks were only included when you chose the 2 large sides and biscuits option.

This is not the case and I will include my receipt where you can see the 3 large sides and drinks are included in the $39.99 price.

I made 2 formal complaints on their website plus called customer service...Over 2 days ago and I guess they think I will go away...not until this is made right!

I was assuming mixed meant one piece of white and one piece of dark meat. Instead, our two 2-piece meal had all dark meat. Not worth the price! Totally disappointed as it was the first time we tried Church’s Chicken. Won’t be back for sure.

Our purchase ticket 10017 was placed on 9/1/22 at 3:38pm. The receipt also states dark and white pc as well. The total purchase was $17.42 as submitted.

Sunday 8/21/22 @1:03 I ordered 2/ 2 piece mix entree (dry no taste and over cooked) I asked for pacific pieces at the drive thru received the wrong order I told the persons at the window to change my order and give me what I asked for he said the manager said NO because I touched the food I asked for manager to come to the window he then started debating that I didn’t pacify REALLY you not believing the customer he finally gave me the right piece I was still needing my other soda I ordered when I received my soda no ice in cup so I just drove off not ever returning to this location

This store on 249/Tomball parkway should have a area manager check out the food that is being served at this location I paid 22.72 for food that was over cooked dried out and old they wanted to charge an extra 2.00 dollars for premium sides and they are the same price why I was to tired to return my order and ask for a refund my wife said try them again but now I know I will never go back to this store I asked for fresh food and got old food I bought a 8pcs with sides I was just to tied to take it back receipt # Z5BTWJVA1JGE2 8/06/2022 cashier Margarita time 3:53 pm store 13648 SH249 Houston Tx

This complaint is regarding your store at 1318 S. WW White Rd in San Antonio, Tx. It seems like I have an issue every time I visit the store. Usually I don't bother complaining because I feel like nothing is going to change anyway. On 7/28/22 at 5:27pm I went through the drive-thru and ordered 3 drumsticks and 2 wings. At the window I paid $9.71 cash. I pulled forward, and checked my order since the order I placed the day before was wrong when I got home. Good thing I checked because when I looked in the bag there was only 3 scrawny looking legs. No biscuit, no napkins, no wings. I pulled up to the front of the store and knocked on the door. This man came to the door with a tiny little bag that had a wing in it. I told him that my order wasn't complete. He said, "here's your wing, it fell out of the box." I said, "I ordered two wings." He made me show him the reciept. I was at the window 5 seconds ago-and I had to get my reciept? So, I showed him and he went and got the other wing. I told him that the same thing happened to me the day before. He said, "well, you got your wing." he closed the door on me while I was standing there and my bag was half way still in the door. Unbelievable!

It been over 25 years since i've got any foods from Church 's Chrcker, About a week ago it was posted on the out side 2 pc meal for $6.00, so I stop and get one 2 pc dark with fried okra, It was nice,, So on 07/02/2022 when by and ask for a 2 pc dark okra and the man say we do not sell 2 pc dark here, I tolds him that I got one about week go, He say if i want some chicken i would have to get a 3 pc with okra for $7.02,

So I get it and i giveg the lady a $20.00 bill, she tolds him that she need some one, he would not go get some one for her, he say just give him some corn and that what he did . I tolds other peolpe about this they say that is why they do not go there ... 25 years will go by again before i go back , at 611 MLK Drive Greensboro nc 27406

Placed an order on 6/26/22 from my job. Manager ebony said we should have called this order in.. She was angry because the order was incorrect... My co workers and i service this store a lot and we don't appreciate the rudeness and disrespect. We want something done about it immediately. The managers name is ebony. Our order was incorrect and she was angry that we called about it. Ebony was very loud and unprofessional.

I ordered 200.00 worth of chicken on 06-05-2022, and the chicken was all burnt, taste like cooked in old grease, and when I went to return they was close, but today they not answering phone.

I am a regular customer at the location I go to. On May 16th, 2022 my older son and I ordered to dine in. He ordered chicken wings that were huge pieces of chicken not resembling wings. After complaining I was told there are 3 sizes of wings there, it does not specify on the menu. No one asked the size of wings we wanted or informed us of the size differences. The order taker was very rude to me. After my son ordered, we stepped back to wait for the order. I stepped back up to order and she told me to get back and wait. I told her I wanted to make another order and she was rude and said oh, well what do you want? I decided that I would order my toddler son a small mash potatoes and gravy like I always do. Only today the order taker charged for one order of gravy and one order of mashed. I asked for it together mash with a dab of gravy. She refused and argued with me about it. I didn't get them. The store should be consistent with what they sell. The menu clearly shows mash and gravy on them, not plain mash and gravy on the side. Popeyes and KFC both put the gravy on the mashed no problems. The order taker said that only in combos they would put mashed with gravy. How would I know that? None of this information is on the menu. I will not be ordering there anytime soon. Very rude. My son did order a combo but she said well his side was fries. I know but you could change it to mash and gravy and I can just pay for the fries two dollars instead of six dollars for mash and gravy. She refused. My son didn't even eat it all because he didn't like it. What a waste of time and money. Never again.

I ate some chicken from Church's Chicken on Memorial Blvd on May 12th, 2022. It didn't taste good so I stopped eating it. Later on that evening, I became very ill and threw up. I am never going to eat from there again. The address is 215 West Memorial Boulevard, Lakeland, Florida 33801. After I threw up, I am still feeling very sick. I have other complaints about this company, but thats between me and the company, however this might be important.

The last three times I had Churches Chicken I got Diarrhea, at least 10 days apart, nothing but 3 dark meat, 2 locations. 30 +- hours after episode I was fine until I ate thier again, next morning.

I love the taste but no more for me

Went thru the drive thru about 12:30 someone was already bringing back food. The food is nasty, taste like old grease. After it was taking so long I went in. And the white lady that was trying to give the lady at the drive thru her money back, it was taking for ever. The I went inside and I ask the lady about my food, she stated we got you but I had been at the drive thru for about 15 min waiting on that one lady to get her money back. So I just drove around and went in and my food was sitting on the thing wide open just sitting their. I said something to the lady and she told me she was trying to get something straight. I advise her I had to go to work I had been waiting for 30 min. She did not so I walk out the door. Nobody hardly eat their, the people their is just nasty in more ways than one. I want ever go back.
