I was driving thru tifton Georgia on hwy 82 I visited your store for lunch. And was a little upset that they allowed a small child about 8 years old behind the counter I have a picture please send me a number and I will forward it to you. He was everywhere behind the counte4 and kitchen area I have worked in restaurant business for 35 years and I know it's not sanitary or professional. Most less a safety issue for him and other employees, his mom was working. He kept calling her mom while she was taking orders. I was at the Church's drive thru with my family. (I was wearing a mask.) The employee at the window did not have a mask on. I asked her why she was not wearing a mask. Her reply was that she left it at home.
I asked for the manager. The manager came to the window to talk to me, and her mask was down, wrapped around her neck.
I asked her why her employee was not wearing a mask, and why hers was wrapped around her neck? As I talked, she pulled her mask up over her face, and told me that the employee had come to work without her mask. and that she was angry with her.
I told her that her being angry with her employee did not protect my family and myself, and that I was going to report it. She said she would report it to her manager, too. To be honest, her attitude was non-concern, and that she just wished I would hurry up and go away. She was more concerned about getting caught, than she was about the masks.
I am very upset about this. It's sad that she left the impression that Church's Chicken does not care about their customer's safety.
Please address this issue. So many people can be affected by it.

Ordered some chicken to go and paid extra for white meat. I got home and realized that there was only one piece of white meat and the rest was chicken drums. I called and spoke to the Manager, Ricardo to inform him of my discovery. I asked if he wanted me to bring it back but he suggested I come back the next day to pick up the order. She didn't seem to care. I have ordered chicken a number of times from Churches and you're telling me that when they don't have any original chicken, it takes 2 hours to make it? Here's the kicker...I literally saw a new tray of original chicken come out and ready to fill orders. She still insisted I come back at 7pm and what I was promised by the manager, was there in front of me. She continued to argue with me so I finally just left it. This is been several times. Opening is 10 on Sunday. I got there at 10:25 and the door was locked; one person in there state "we're closed" then went back to the phone. Was my mom birthday and she loves the chicken. I continued to wait, watching up to 12 cars come and go. Then at 11:30 the opened with 2 people. Then I ordered 10 pieces of chicken, went to car noticed no receipt and the wrong change. Went back in got my receipt and $5 more she stuffed me. Finally arriving at my moms and only had 9 purses of chicken. Wow those people that work there do not get in a hurry and shuffle there feed, have no regard for customer service what so ever.
