Store 705 made us stand by our table for approx 30 minutes after asking 4 times to have someone clean it. I eventually cleaned it myself and when tried to complain to leader Lissette I was met with rudeness and disrespect. She continued to argue and roll her eyes and never once tried to listen. She provided a refund and then said we had to leave. She refused to resolve the issue and provide any compensation for me having to clean off someone else's mess in my church dress. A child should not be leading an entire store. It was humiliating and awful experience.

The employees and managers who are working in the lake Jackson TX store are extremely rude, the store is disgusting, and they don't have the ability to make the food available. When you ask for help you are met with overwhelming attitudes. They are to busy playing on their phones instead of doing their jobs. The manager to whom witness the employee that engaged in a verbal argument with me did absolutely nothing. Not even an I'm sorry. I personally believe that if you are going to work in a public place you should have customer service skills. There were 8 of us plus several other people in the store who witnessed the incident. I would like to be contacted about this incident asap to find an come to a reasonable resolution.

Maybe the reason that the manager did nothing to the employee was because it was YOU who was wrong? I have a feeling that you are mistaking not getting your way as rude. I think a reasonable resolution should be to ban you from their restaurant.
there was nothing to choose from.. maybe three different pizzas
The place that just opened up it was 11:10 when we walked in it was a little busy it was very short staff... I couldn't tell you who the manager was or the general manager was so apparently there was no lead leader or anything like that the way things were running in the back of the restaurant when we got to our table it was very dirty I remember a year ago Sunday it will be a long time before I go back there a lots of room for to fix things I was very disappointed in the choices In the Heat of the pizza the pasta was warm
cici’s food safety violations and staff
Food safety violations observed (putting fresh lettuce on old limp/brown lettuce. All of the food was cold and hard and I had to ask numerous times for fresh foods. Staff did not pay attention to foods I requested when it came out of oven and watched it sit there for a good while, I had to go back up and request the items again. Staff spent more time visiting with each other rather than customers waiting to order. I was there on Nov. 1 at 3:00. This store is usually well kept and greetings and "thank you's" when leaving as is usually the case was not done on this visit.

I am new to the woodlands Texas. Brought my grandchildren to eat on Saturday night at 7pm . NO food on the buffet(I mean it was empty) there was no Alfredo sauce. The noodles were ice cold. Young man (Manager I assume) standing around laughing with 3 girls behind the counter. When I ask why there is no food very nonchalant he would make some. There were quite a few people I. The restaurant and all were making comments about no food. When I did get bbq pizza there was no cheese on it. Just bread and bbq sauce. This is horrible. The cici's in Alabama is wonderful. You should shut this one down or get control of it
management treatment of employees and dress code
Upon entering the cicis restaurant we were greeted by a bitter complaining manager. She spoke very negatively to her staff. Mainly a young girl named Briana. She complained to us about her just a few steps away from her. It was very unprofessional and mean. This manager was also wearing FLIP
FLOPS for shoes. If we hadn't already ate once we seen her shoes we honestly would have left before paying or eating. That is highly unsanitary. I have a photo of the managers shoes. I couldn't believe she was allowing herself to work around food with open shoes as such. I spoke to the girl she was hateful towards and she explained that she felt singled out that the woman (Samantha) seemed to pick at her more than anyone else but other employees agreed that she was very mean to them. You cannot treat your employees this way and expect to have a friendly, loyal staff. I work in management and have worked in food management. One bad leader can ruin the whole crew. It was sad to hear that the young lady (briana) planned to quit because of the treatment she was receiving. She was doing an excellent job and was very friendly. At first I was concerned because of the treatment of the staff but after seeing her shoe selection I was appalled. We will not be returning to this Cicis location and that is sad because it is the closest location to us. Overall bad experience. I hate to see employees being treated so harshly and unfairly.

employee yelled at my child
Every Saturday me and my 3 kids go to the CiCi's Pizza in Orange City. We all get the buffet and drinks which comes up to $28 and change I also give my kids $10 a piece to play games they usually play while their personal size pizza gets made because they all like the chicken alfredo. Today we were there and as the pizzas were being made my kids as usual went to play their games. Sitting at the table on the other side of the restaurant watching my kids I see my son climb up and grab something behind the basketball and employee jumps up yells hey to the top of his lungs gets the whole restaurants attention so me as a parent get up to go check and see what happened my son dropped a coin behind the basket and was just grabbing it this employee made such a scene I was so embarrassed I ask for the manager and left.it's not the point that the employee got on to my son for trying to get his quarter it was a fact that he had to bring the whole attention of the dining room to my son when all my son was doing was getting his coin to play his game of course now I have to take my children somewhere else to eat because of how embarrassed I was I will not eat at that Orange City location again. I can't believe how embarrassed this had made. The Manager was very apologetic but I was so embarrassed because the whole attention of the dining room with on me and my children. As I told the manager yes my son probably should have came and got me and told me hey I dropped a quarter but he thought he could just grab it real quick. I don't even yell at my kids I don't understand why an employee would think it was okay to yell at my kids
There is a thing called parenting, if you are not going to do it someone else will. Trust me they would treat your children like princes and princess or angels if they do wrong. If your son got hurt while climbing on their game structures you would sue when you were being a neglectful parent.
over charging
I am very disappointed with this cici's. I never pay attention to my receipts or what I'm being charged. In this case I happen to do so.
I have noticed first hand this particular location being an unfair and not honoring coupons. This happened to a Hispanic family simply because they could not read in English to know exactly what the promotion entailed. It was a coupon for a .99¢ kids buffet with a purchase of an adult buffet. The manger came to help the cashier ring up the promotion. The manger said she couldn't do it because the cashier had already rang them up. The cashier said I haven't charged them yet. Since the family did not understand English and did not know that they had not been rung up the manger still went on and charged them full price. I stepped in and told them that was not right. She had not rang them up and regardsless even if she had she could refund them the difference. I could tell the manager was upset with me. After the family paid and had sat down. I went back to talk to the manger and told her she needed to honor that coupon. She then did the math and gave them cash for the difference.
Now I look at my receipt and I noticed that I'm being over charged. Kids buffet is $4.29 witch includes child drink.
This needs to be made right. I don't think this is a simple mistake. I think the managers knows exactly what they are doing.
Just FYI, the kids meal price at Cici's does NOT include the drink. The drink is a seperate charge. It's this way at almost, if not all, Cici's.
rude manager
Actually, this is a formal complaint: I entered my neighborhood Ci Ci's Pizza #877 located at 935 N Shepherd Dr Ste 10 Houston, TX 77008 yesterday evening at approximately 5:15pm and gave my CiCi's guest survey code to the Manager at the register. He then very rudely told me that he doesn't take those coupons. I told him that I have been a valued CiCi's customer for many years and have been taking the guest survey and using the coupons since they began. He still refused, so I left the restaurant and am very angry and disappointed at Ci Ci's treatment of me as a long-time valued customer.
Unless CiCi's Corporate makes this up to me, and reprimands that Manager, I WILL NEVER EVER SET FOOT IN ANOTHER CIUCI'S!
Also, that location closes at 9:00pm, but the website, and sign on their front door says 10:00 pm weeknights says 10:00pm.

I am in Killeen, TX CiCis pizza and NONE of the employees are wearing gloves, not even the people in the back cooking the food. I can see them from the front of the store. I can NOT find a clean table to sit at with my family. I had to use my personal wipes to clean the area. This is unacceptable & it needs to change. NONE of the managers on duty are saying anything and allowing other employees to do whatever they want. The manager that served me my wings was laughing and joked me around with other employees before she handed me my food. And proceeded to be unprofessional while handing me my food. NO ONE is actively at the register when customers come in and there is a line of people waiting to sit down in an almost empty restaurant. NEVER coming back until under NEW management.

When we went to use the card we were told that it could not be processed. The store even called the number on the back, and entered the serial number. Even though the info on the back of the card states that the same number will connect you with customer service...it doesn't. We were surprised and embarrassed, and had to dip into our own pocket. I was filing this complaint because of a rude worker at the Lake City CiCi pizza. I just went in to claim my free birthday pizza that came across my CiCi pizza app. I showed the offer to a worker at the counter & she said she needed a code. I told her there was only one showing for the buffet, but i wanted the pizza not the buffet. The app said I could get either one-buffet or pizza. The worker called someone on the phone, I imagine it was a manger. The worker told the person on the phone what I was wanting & didn't have a code for the pizza, but had one for the buffet. The person on the phone told the worker to write down what I was getting & she would take care of it the next day. I wanted to add extra toppings to the already one topping & the worker told me I couldn't do that because she wasn't ringing up the pizza for me & that would be confusing for the person who would be ringing it up the next day. I told the worker that I did this last year with no problem and didn't know what the problem was. She said that the business was under new management and that they didnt 'do' free pizza! I asked where the topping list was and was told they don't have the topping listed and why I needed it! I reminded her that I was getting a free one topping pizza; she said pepperoni, sausage, ham & ground beef. I told her I didn't want meat, in which she replied, "What do you want?" I told her I didn't know because I don't know what they have; finally I told her to just put spinach on it! The worker said, "Alfredo?" In which I responded, yes. I finally got my pizza even though I felt harassed and rudely spoken to
I'm filing a complaint about the difficulty I had trying to get my free one topping birthday pizza. I went into the Lake City CiCi & showed the offer on my phone to a worker at the counter. The worker said she needed a code, but i told her there was only a code for the buffet but i wanted the pizza, not the buffet. The offer was for either a one-topping pizza or a buffet. The worker called someone, I image it was the manager/owner & explained what I wanted, but there wasn't a code. Whomever was on the other end of the phone evidently told the worker to write down what I wanted, the code I did have for the buffet & they would take care of it the next day. I wanted to pay for extra topping, but the worker said i couldnt get them cux she wasnt ringing up the pizza & it would confuse the person who was going to ring it up. When I asked to see the list of their topping, the worker asked what I needed that for & I reminded her that i was getting the one topping free pizza. The worker said they dont have the toppings listing, what did I want?! I told her I didnt know because I didnt know what they had. She said pepperoni, sausage, ham & ground beef. I told her I didn't want meat & that's why I wanted to see the list of the toppings. Be disgusted with the whole ordeal, i just told her spinach & she asked, alfredo? In which I said, yes.

the whole establishment and service
The cici's at Brownwood, Tex at 1107 Clements. The date was September 15, 2018. My family and I entered the establishment and were not greeted. The girl at the counter simply stood there I finally had to tell her what I wanted. At first sight the place was very filthy and unkempt. The buffet was dirty and sparse of items. There were no clean forks or spoons and several of the plates were still filthy. The floors and tables were filthy and the device was poor. We are ourselves dropped a piece of pizza on the floor and watched as the crew and what seemed to be a possible manager walked around it. No one greeted us and I couldn't even eat my food the establishment was so appalling. We left and were hungry and disappointed. We've dined in other Cici's before and things were great so this was a very large loss financially and very unsatisfactory.
