My name is Manmohan Singh, Ic No [protected], Tel No : [protected] and am one of the three signatories to Fixed Deposits and Current Account No [protected] under the name of Sikh Temple Mantin.
I have gone 3 times to deposit coins at Jalan Datuk Bandar Tunggal Seremban CIMB Branch but failed to deposit the coins in the machine.
The last was on 29 Jan 2020, about 10.30 am. On that day just before I arrived at the machine, it was emptied by one of the staff along with a guard and there were 2 gentlemen`s who later deposited coins before me. When my turn came the machine stated Error and upon bringing the matter to one of the nearby Malay lady staff she replied "The coin machine is already full and the bank only clears the machine once a day" and asked me to come the next day.
Now we as clients cant be wasting our time every day just to deposit the coins.
I wish to know if that`s the ruling by CIMB bank to only clear the machine once a day.
If its so then I cant say anything but feel its a stupid decision and come to a conclusion that the bank is not client friendly therefore I would have no choice but to take all the money out and go to a Bank which is more client friendly and also put this up in facebook / spread by whatsapp the problem clients face in our dealings with CIMB Bank which I believe many clients who have faced the same problem would tend to agree with me.
