August 1st, 2024, I went to Circle K at 12796 E. Colfax Ave across from UCH hospital. I went inside store headed to the ATM I saw a young African American man behind the counter. He did not say a word only looked at me and turned away. It was about 3:20 am I walked to counter asked the man do you have big hunk? He did not know what I am talking about so okay I was not worried about it. He had no name tag, and I asked him for 2 packs of American Spirit blue and I said baby blue he stood there looking directly at the cigs he turned around looked at me and he said to me " Me not give to you", I said really why? He says "You have attitude get the f*** out of here and he yelled those words. I said do you like your job, I also said, " I don't think you want to be here", he kept saying "Get the f*** out you stupid b****! I was speechless I left the store climbed in the car and told the lyft driver let's go please right then he came out of the store and continued to scream at the top of his lungs "Get the f*** out of here and don't come back here! I have not been back since then. This individual did not need to yell at me call me names cuss me out tell me not to come back. He was very rude, unprofessional and did not care about his behaviors or his actions towards me. I honestly do not know what his problem was I only know I did not deserve it. Maybe he no longer works there but he was dark as night and was unfriendly and using choice words. Something should be done about this as in HR or management.

Circle K on Colfax Ave turned what should have been a quick stop into a shocking ordeal. That employee's behavior was completely out of line, with the kind of language and attitude that no customer should ever face. You were just trying to make a simple purchase, and instead, you got verbally attacked and chased out of the store. Hopefully, management takes this seriously because no one should have to deal with that level of disrespect.
