Manager Customer service issue 9-20-23 and 9-2-23 about 7:00AM on both days, I walked in to the store, as I do every morning and accidently spilled my coffee on the counter top by the register, apologized and asked for a towel to clean it up, acting manager says no, I'll get it, so I went to refill coffee cup, then went to apologize again, and was met with, manager, your in my personal bubble please stand back, i was already a foot away, so she dramatized the issue angerly, so i walked out to meet my bus, the next day, i explained to circle worker that i see all the time working there, every morning. i told her that i think the manager is upset with me because of the prier accident of spilling the coffee on the counter top, at that moment the manager comes out and says to me, (all a fabrication, lies, made-up), that i have been talking aggressively to the other worker, and i follow the clerks around the store, just a whole lot of made-up conjecture, and that i do not have to come to the circle K anymore, Now i Have been going almost every morning and weekends to get my coffee & cigs, i was quit a surprise when she said all of that to me, i never have been inappropriate to any circle K worker, always good morning, and have a great day.. i think she needs to be fired because of the lies for one, also the bad customer service. she definitely do not need to representing your corporation in this manner. thanks and have a great day
