It has been 6 months since claims pro has approved the work to begin at my home due to fire. It took 7 months for claims pro to get approval from my insurer to go ahead. This seems very unfair and slow to get things done in, This day and age. Claim # 0000331281BD1. [protected]

I was in an accident with a vehicle that ran a yellow light. The police did not write the other driver a ticket. I contact ClaimsPro and talk to an adjudicator how said they would investigate. Two months later, ClaimsPro finds me 100% at fault. After repeatedly requesting the police accident reports niether they nor my insurance company has a copy of the report. I was deemed at fault cause the adjuster doesn't know how to do their job. I've handed the matter over to my attorney.

Third Party Car insurance
Claimspro has been nothing but a hassle with our vehicle claim. The first person we contacted when the accident happened argued with my wife in regard to a police report. Insisting a police report "MUST" have been filled out and to have us obtain it. The attending officers were city police who attended as a courtesy as there were no injuries to speak of and no fatalities. No police report was filed. Claimspro provided a very quick settlement offer that was unacceptable. We provided a counter offer that they originally refused out right then finally conceded to a smaller adjustment. When provided with prices of comparable vehicles of the same model, mileage and year they would not budge. They refused to accept the value of the stereo system that had been installed in the car because it was over a year old, (just barely). We required a rental vehicle as our second vehicle was too expensive on fuel to commute to work. Claimspro informed us that the rental vehicle would not be covered because an offer had been presented previous to the rental. We at that point had declined the original offer as we felt it was too low. Claimspro now has the entire onus placed on us to obtain our plates from an auction yard far from where we live as they refused to have the vehicle towed to our area. We are responsible to send the original registration to them once we have completed all the forms and paperwork. I thought I had insurance to provide peace of mind in the event of an accident. The accident was 100% the fault of the other party and we have experienced nothing but obstacles, loss of a vehicle that we cannot replace with the settlement offered. If your broker is using Claimspro stay away. You are far better off using ICBC or any other insurance I am sure.

They are a un professional adjuster company in ontario... they can not handle a case. the only think they can do good, is sending mail and,
E-mails and after 2 or 3 months they close your file and they say * you are not qualify for the benefit * if you dealing with this company
Or if they call you and said they are handling your case, just be careful. and ask your insurance company to change this adjuster company.
