The Technicians from Clear Windows arrived on time, paid attention to detail and did everything exactly as per the contract. They left the site extremely clean after the work was completed and were pleasant to deal with. I found the company and their work to be very reliable.

They came up with the options I needed to deal with old style gutter guards. Next steps were discussed. The technicians inspected, took pictures so they could discuss with senior staff, the promised quote came back in detail with costs, within three days. A temporary fix will be completed soon.

The pleasant cleaners arrived right on time and worked hard for about an hour. We were pleased with our sparkling windows.

Clear Ottawa Windows did an excellent job of cleaning my gutters, siding and windows and installing new downspouts. The downspouts were professionally colour-matched and of good quality. Clear Ottawa Windows and his team arrived on time and worked professionally and efficiently to clear out gutters and blocked downspouts. Clear Ottawa Windows also provided a comprehensive report on the cleaning job and on issues that needed addressing such as a damaged downspout. We were pleased enough that we have now hired Clear Ottawa Windows to replace the damaged downspout and to move/replace/add to downspouts so that they do not drain onto our driveway.

This was the third time we have had Clear Ottawa Windows do work for us. A few years ago we had them do a full "soft wash" of our 2 story house exterior which made the 27 year old vinyl and aluminum surfaces look like new. We also had them install at that time an additional downspout with articulated outlet to address an overflowing front door eavestrough section. It solved our annual icing problem on our front walkway. We also had them clean all our gutters. Last year we had our front lower eavestrough cleared of leaves blocking the outlets. This past month (July ) we had them clear our blocked lower and upper eavestroughs at the front of the house. Clear Ottawa Windows did a wonderful job on the cleaning of my gutters. The two guys arrive on time and were very professional. The lead technician provided a report of some fixing I should do. One of them was that part of my gutter was sloping incorrectly, i.e., the water was not draining at the downpour but rather at the opposite side where the water accumulated and is damaging in a gross way my siding (lots of mold!). It was also downpouring directly on my foundation. I ask Clear Ottawa Windows to provide a solution and a quote to fixing the problem. They solution they provided did not make sense to me and after discussing over the phone with the person I was told that he was getting in touch with the technician to discuss it with me further. Never got a return call or email with the solution. In my view, it would certainly appear that Clear Ottawa Windows is more than capable of cleaning gutters but not repairing them. Perhaps they lack the skill in that domain! Buyer's beware.
