refund for an unauthorised purchase
I was charged US$118 and complained this to my credit card as I do not have any idea what this is about. Apparently, they said that I will have to contact the merchant about this so I can get the refund.
I have not used any other online app or software. I don't even have any idea what this is about. I just found this in my billing statement
The credit card is Citibank.

I recently received an unauthorized charge on my credit card! I called 800-799-9570 and was given unintelligible instructions. I do not have a receipt for this, or any other product relating to such a charge.
Please take this charge OFF my account or I will instruct my bank to do so.

I have used PayPal to attempt to update my winzip software because I was repeatedly told it was out of date. What came up was WinZip 24 pro edition. I didn't really want that but for peace of mind, I accepted it as I still haven't managed to get satisfaction from cleverbridge over being charged for an antivirus software charge which I have previously canceled. When this complaint is fixed I will look for the files regarding that problem.
I am 84 born 07/12/1934. I have several serious illnesses and do not need these problems. I don't even want to go through all of this.. I can never seem to get cleverbridge to communicate. The rate tings happen I will probably be deceased before I get anything sorted. If this does not help get things fixed I will contact PayPal to see if they can help.

My credit card was charged for usd$46.99 for some unidentified product. I didn't authorize this charge and I have no receipt. I want it credited back to my account immediately. winzip driver updater
About 2 weeks ago I purchased WinZip Driver Updater, and installed it. It has done well in keeping my driversup to date, however, I am extremely annoyed b y the popups that jump up in the middle of my screen wanting me to purchase other products. This is just not right, and not the reason I purchased the utility. If I was interested in any other of your products, I would get on the web site and see what you have of interest to me. Please update the program and remove any thing that causes a "popup".

charged my credit card but did not send my product
I purchased from Cleverbridge a license key for a software called Winrar that I was supposed to receive in my email.
The key never arrived. I emailed Winrar directly several times and they were completely unresponsive. Therefore I called Clverbridge directly since they are the company that I actually engaged with and paid.
They said they would reach out to Winrar. Still no licence key. It's been about two weeks now and I am asking for a refund. Cleverbridge refuses to help since they say the decision is completely up to Winrar.
I did not engage or pay Winrar, I paid Cleverbridge and I am Cleverbridges customer. They have my money and delivered no product.
Of course I will be disputing this with my credit card company but I really shouldn't have to do that step.
Very bad customer service and they definitely lost a customer. Hopefully other people will think twice because giving their credit card number to this company.
software update charges to amex card on 5/17/09
All I know is what is written on my American Express bill for a charge dtd. May 17, 2019 in amount of $19.95 for an update to an Avast Secure Browser I think. I did sign up for an Avast free anti-virus program but did not sign up to pay for anything. Whether I did or not I want to cancel it. This browser is causing me lots of problems especially with banks. One bank will not allow me to take pictures of checks and another locks me out when I try to add a vendor. Please cancel my contract if I have one and refund my charge of $19.95.

I opened an email that said I had purchased $26.95 of something so I unsubscribed. I checked my account and $26.95 had been taken out of my account. I have not purchased anything and I want my money refunded to my account. I don't even know how y'all got my account information! I have not used my card in over a week and its locked in safe 7/3/19.

The more I think about it the more I'm getting upset. It is plain theft and whoever stole my money would have gotten away with it if I hadn't checked my emails because it is a small enough amount I wouldn't have noticed for months. I know from experience if I hadn't caught this right away I wouldn't have gotten anything back.

Systweak/cleverbridge was the email that I opened I unsubscribed and deleted the email. I had to look on my bank statement (cbi*cleverbridge) to find out who took my money. I recognize the name of the email just now when I saw it on the complaint page l got the email 7/3/19 and my money was taken out who my bank account 7/3/19.

This appeared on my Citicard credit card statement. I did not subscribe to this. I do not need it - as we have a newer system installed earlier this year. There was another charge by another company on my card as well, so Citicard is investigating if my card has been hacked. The initial charge stated it was for 3 computers and the charges would be monthly. This is totally a bogus charge by someone trying to scam money from my company.

winzip system utilities
Your company charged my account $29.99, $39.99 and $49.99 a total of 4 different times within days of each debit. I have since notified winzip that I was canceling my subscription and have uninstalled all their software. They just charged me again for $29.99 and $39.99. Are you people crazy?I no longer know what specific software you are charging me for because in one month's time I have paid you $309.92.

bought reimage on dec. 16/18 for $52.95.
Bought this because it came up on my screen (using the Norton trademark) that my computer was infected and if I didn't act in so many seconds I would loose the use of my computer and it wouldn't let me clear the screen. I finally came up on the screen where I could download the Reimage fix it tool for $52.95 and within minutes my computer would be fixed. Tried it and it took all night and the only problems that they found was still there after they finished. Called the help line and they said (after been on the phone with them for about 45 min.) that they would have to go deeper into my computer and it would cost me another $500.00 (after saying no they came down to $300.00). My computer is now infected with this, the same warning as in the beginning comes up every so often and I have to take the battery out and unplug my computer to get rid of the warning. Also noticed tonight that I will be charged $52.95 every year if I didn't cancel.

My name is Ivens BOURDEAU I found in my SCCU bank account statement related to november 2018, the 2 following withdrawals on the date of 11/18/2018 in favor of CBI*PC/MACKEE for the amounts of 696.00 US and 118.00 US . This is an unauthorized credit card charge. I never ask for renewal of a 2-year contract that I had with Mackeeper which ended last month. I did not contemplate with Mackeeper any extent of the servicing provided on my Mac. I do not need those services anymore. I would like to resolve my complaint by the request of a refund.
