I went to clicks birch acres mall in tembisa to collect my medication as a chronic patient but when I arrived there after 4, they told me that their closed for collection while the store was still operating. I work 7 days a week and knock off at 4 everyday so I dont know how can I get my medication cos I work far from birches acres mall I have to use a taxi to travel there but I didnt get my medication on the date that I was scheduled to collect. If clicks cant fulfil what they promised then they shouldn't parcitipate ti help with medication distrubition for patients. I just wish the department of health can disconnect whatever business they have, I am not happy with the service they provide to us chronic patients.
