cheap electricals
On more than one occasion, I have sadly fallen for the cheap electric crap being sold at Clicks, only to find out that these so called warrantied products (Toni & Guy) have a life span of 3-6 months only. Are these products even manufactured to last any longer than this or is this some consumer scam to ensure customers replace their items at least once a year? Yes I know, who keeps their slips anyway!
May 2015 bought a fan heater "on special as usual" - the element didn't even last the entire winter, now being used as a fan in summer!
June 2015 bought an electric blanket - it blew up two months later making a huge blue spark one night!
August 2016 invested in a Toni & Guy hair straightener, once again hoping to buy something more durable than Clicks branded items, to my disappointment, it does not even switch on anyomore!
Shall I throw it all in a box and ensure the entire shop and it`s customers know about this complete waste of money totaling nearly a R1000?
pharmacists
I gave my prescription (a repeat) into the pharmacy, asked them to keep it on record until I needed it as I still had some left, but kept getting messages saying my prescription was ready, after I specifically asked them to hold off until I need it. My mother also went to the self medication side of the pharmacy and was asked by a black lady if she could help her. My mother had a wart burnt off her leg by her doctor, this was getting very red and inflamed, she asked her for something to put on the wound, but the black lady had never heard of a wart so called the pharmacist, who started writing a name of a plant which my mother should go and buy at a nursery to get rid of warts. My mother had to explain the whole story again to the pharmacists that the wart was removed by her doctor but the wound was now inflamed. The pharmacists was not very helpful at all and promptly scratched out the name she had written on the piece of paper and told the black lady to get some ointment from the shelf but the black lady didn't know where the ointment was to the pharmacists had to show her. Not very satisfactory service at all and to be told to go to a nursery to buy a plant to get rid of warts. REALLY?
terrible service
We have been trying since Friday 25 July to secure medication for our daughter. After 11 telephone calls and asking our prescribing doctor to send through a script three times, we are yet to be attended to! No return calls were made to us and after being told today that the pharmacy will only accept the original script, I decided to lodge a complaint. It is not possible for us to supply the original script as this is at the doctor's rooms are too far away for us to organise collection during the week. Why were we not informed of this policy on Friday? We would then have been able to collect the script over the weekend. Surely a fax or official email from the prescribing doctor would suffice?
OUR DAUGHTER IS DISTRAUGHT AND REQUIRES MEDICATION ASAP!
THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE TREATMENT OF YOUR CLIENTS!

prescription never in stock
I have diabetes and need 2 types of insulin every month. I am usually given a 6 month prescription and collect the meds at Clicks Empangeni Sanlam Centre. Since I handed the prescription in to the pharmacy, they have never had my medication in stock. Every month I go to collect it I get told a different story. eg: "The person who was on duty when you handed your prescription in, didn't enter it into the system and now the physical piece of paper it was written on is gone so they can't help." (It was then that I got frustrated and carried on until they finally gave me the meds and 'did me a favour' by entering into the system). A month later when I went for the next dose I was told " O sorry we haven't ordered it for you this month please come back another time" I MEAN COME ON ! I'm not ordering bubble gum! On top of it all, they speak to you as if you are really irritating them and they have better things to do. All in all I think the management is horrendous and they need to start being picky about staff, hire people that actually know and understand medicine, not people that might serve better in a tuck shop.

Went to clicks ať Medistád Bloebloemfontein, bought a líp glosa.which was markeď dowN, how evěr the price was 1 cent. Instead of apologising the stáff became so rudé nd started shouting that they would never sell it.I would have to pay the full price of a similar object. Now whose fault is that and why were they being rudé.

unable to use voucher unless full amount spent
I received a voucher for clicks as a wedding present and when I tried to use it at clicks I was told that I could not use it unless I used the full R250 of the voucher. I understand that you dont give change but it would have been easy enough to issue the change as another voucher to use at a later stage.
This is why people tend to give vouchers for other stores as the system is a lot easier to use and the staff are way more helpful.
clicks don't care about customer service
I live in Limpopo but was in Jhb for 2 days. Yesterday I bought a bottle of Andolex Throat Spray (Red liquid) at Southdale Branch of Clicks as I had to see a doctor in that area (I never go to the south normally). When I got home I saw that I had been given (in a sealed packet so I couldn't open in the store) the green liquid, which is not what I use. As I...

I went to clicks on 5 april. Upon entering I noticed a heated argument between the manageres and a very upset customer, regarding a price difference on the shelf.
The manageress was extremely rude, screaming at the lady infront of a shop full of people! They then came over to the paypoint where I was paying for my goods, where the mangaress screamed that the customer will not get the refund as shes screaming! Then continued by saying that the customer was screaming because the manageress is black!
At theat stage I interviened by telling her that she is incapable of handling a situation as manageress and is turning the issue into a racialistic one, which is totally uncalled for. She proceeded to scream at me telling me that im also * for coming up for the white lady.
That was an extremely embarrassing situation for the poor customer aswell as me. This was the 2nd incident I had with her and I am totally disgusted in the service. I phoned customer service about it and nothing has been done bout my incident so I didnt even bother with this one...
I am hoping that something drastic can be done about this. As the service is shocking!
I have been getting my prescription medicine from Clicks In Woodbridge mall since October 2017 when I went there yesterday I was told that my script has been fully supplied and I must get a new script I told the Locum that I had one more batch of tablets to get and the very abrupt answer was do you want to look at the computer screen which I declined, I went home and found the last batch of medication on which the label stated 2018/05/20 repeat 4 of 5
I phoned the chemist this morning and was told the following by the Locum
he does not understand the computer system very well and will get Tofu or someone to phone me
also that the problem could have happened as they were on the end of the it could have been end of the day stress
on which I replied that end of the day stress can cause the death of patients and he said it is an unkind statement
the computer expert then phoned me and told me that his system shows repeat 5of5 on the very same date and medication as what I have in my possession it must have been a system error
this I find very disturbing as I will say again system errors and end of the day stress can kill people
I will now look for another service provider and tell everyone I know about my experience
thanks for nothing

pharmacy always out of stock
I do understand that the pharmacy cant keep all medications readily available. My complaint comes in is that they process half the prescription, and then get told that I can return later or the following day to get the other medications... and yes you guessed it, when I get there, they still havent recieved it... only to be told I can come back the next day... (which is what they said the day before). Why process the prescription if you dont have the medication? Now I have to either come back in a few days time or go to another pharmacy and pay another levy for the remainding medication?
Rather tell me that you dont have stock... I am getting medication, which means someone is ill and needs it! I dont have 2 or 3 days to hope you get stock...
cannot exchange damaged goods
On 150709 I purchased a Toni&Guy straightner at Clicks. When I got home, I realised it was the swiveled plates, and exchanged it for the red Toni&Guy on 170709. Upon the exchange, I was never given back my slip. I was in a hurry and couldn't wait for them to make a copy of the slip - as the lady that assisted was walking as if she has the whole day to waste. Thinking that it's Tony&Guy, it wouldn't give me a problem. 3 Months later, the red paint is peeling, and on the plate, the black paint is also peeling off. This is causing my hair to break, and it pulls my hair. I went to another Clicks, explained my situation and asked if I could produce my bankstatement, as this is all I have to proof the sale. They refused to help me. Now Im sitting with a item, which cost me R400, didn't last 6months and everyday is a bad hair day. I think this is pathetic service from Clicks.
they actually ripping people off with these specials, they making us buy more than we need
On august the 22nd I went to clicks canal walk to purchase a few things. When in the store I noticed they had a special on baby soap buy 3 pay for 2. So I bought 3. A few days later I was going through my hand bag and noticed on the slip that I actually paid for 3, I then called the 'customer care' number on august the 27th and the lady told me it was a error on the till system. She then told me to go back to a store so I could get a refund, if I were to go back to a store my parking and petrol would be more than the refund. So I asked her to send me a voucher instead. She said she would get back to me but did not. Dont trust the specials you see in clicks! They actually ripping us off with these specials, they making us buy more than we need.
Good day
I trust that you are well. I am so disappointed in the clicks brand wet wipes yesterday. It is the one with aloe. How can you sell something of such poor quality. I am truly shocked. Can I please return it cause there is no point in me keeping it.i don't even want a refund.
Thanks
Hi clicks.i went to buy morning after pill this morning.i found a woman, name tag written marry at kg mall clicks.the woman was rude.asked her a question she answered me harshly.at first instead of assisting she told me I should just read and answer.the service was so bad for me.rude attitude and annoying
When I fetch my chronical tablets every month there is always short or no tablets which I want must always go back for a second time to get my medicine
I have bought 2 pairs of Clicks lashes. they break as they are glued tight in the packaging. lost R150! other brands don't have the problem, only clicks brand. Removal from package by hand or tweezer don't work. furious client. Why glue it so tightly in the package! a piece of the lash always breaks off.
I ordered an eyebrow gel 8 days ago and selected to collect it at a nearby clicks store. They said it takes 1-3 days but it still says "processing" and hasn't even been shipped yet. I tried sending emails but i get no response.
The service at this branch has become too terrible, you wait for 30 minutes for a script due to infant pharmacy assistants and lack of pharmacists! No staff on the tills! Pharmacy assistants are not trained! Since Dhanista left this store is a mess!
Good day
I buy most of my staff from click and am not satisfied with this product I have spent a lot of money on this product just to get home and they don't work they do not even give you a line to say pregnant or not pregnant, it is just blank there no line .

unhappy customer
i absolutely hate the new packaging of the clicks tampons...it so dificult to open and takes much effort..please bring back old packaging!
I recently purchased a packet of 18 2 ply toilet rolls from Clicks at Blue Route Mall. The toilet rolls were not up to standard and the rolls were off such weak quality that even some 1 ply would be better than the toilet rolls purchased. Very dissapointed with the brand and quality.
Good day I bought the burgundy bar palette from maybeline and the quality is terrible . It doesn't blend and there is absolutely no pigment when putting it on the eyes. I'm very disappointed in this product and one of the shade were loose and even broke. It's very powdery and dry .For a brand like maybeline I'm shocked at the horrible quality !
