Good day,
On the 15/01/2020 I had an appointment booked at 10:30am for my injection family planning. I then called on the day just to ensure that my appointment time is 10:30, I got through to the nurse who then could not find my appointment and also had the audacity to say there is no injections available. I booked leave for that day just to get my injection and if I had not called in on that day I would have wasted my time going all the way to clicks. What makes it worse and that the response is that "the nurse does not know when they will have injections available"
I AM A VERY UNHAPPY CLIENT AND THIS IS VERY POOR SERVICE I AM DISGUTED!
