I am complaining about the disgustingly experience I received from the clicks staff in Bellville and how they lied about the policies that clicks has they wouldn't exchange a parcel I had just recently bought all I needed was the correct size they told me no exchanges are made without the slip and you are not allowed to exchange anything withhold a clicks club card the cashiers were absolutely rude and shouting I have never been more disgusted I will practice my right to the Ombudsman as I have taken the policies you have and they don't comply to what the staff says they are which is a failure of compliant from clicks staff They are ill managed from manager to staff no one would listen and I know exchanges are made if item recently bought and both items were clicks brands directly which showed and I had to drive all the way to another clicks which allowed the exchange so I do not understand how one company have different rules for different branches I will keep a copy of this complaint so I can share it with the ombudsman's offices I will also take steps forward if needed unless my complaint is dealt with effectively.
