Yesterday 8th February 2020 I bought a Remington dualfoil Foil Shaver TF70, from the N1 City store. This was meant to be a birthday gift for my husband. We opened the box and my husband was looking at how it works, only to discover it had been used already! There is hair remains inside underneath and over the blade. This is not only extremely disgusting but extremely unhygienic! How do you sell something meant for hygienic purpose that had been previously used by another person!? Who knows what it what used for! Total unacceptable!

I would recommend that you guys Not put returned iten such used for personal grooming back on your shelve and that something be done about this.
