Coaster Fine Furniture Sectional set

This product start peeling more and more I have sent in complaints my case has been closed. I sent Proof of purchase recp. I was told to turn this furniture over and fine the logo. This set took 3 men to deliver I cannot lift this what if I hurt myself. Why would I be told that we I gave them my reciept. Yes my furn is older model very well kept. I also will be contacting BBB This is not really good for the product to peel like this please help

Coaster Fine Furniture Lost part customer service wont replace

Order online a round pedestal modern dining table. arrived in only one pieces. Amazon claimed the rest will ship, weeks later never did. Said it was lost in transit. Wasnt shipped by prime so they claim it wasnt their fault. Could not reorder because it was discontinued by coaster. Reached out to coaster, showed reciept and proof of purchase. I told them i only recieved the table top and that the pedestal leg was missing. They sent me only the post and some screws. im still missing more pieces which is the mounting plate and bottom base. I reach back to to them and geronima said she was order it for me. The next day she cancelled the order and closed the ticket. I asked for a manager and they blamed amazon even though they have warranty replacements. I told them over the phone i need the pieces and a representative told me to throw away the table instead. Im reporting to bbb. They have the pieces i need but wont give them to me. Horrible service.! Never again

Coaster Fine Furniture Bed

I purchased a coaster King Size Bed with a leather headboard from a woman who lives in our neighborhood. She advised me the bed was in great condition and she only had it for one year. She was selling because she was downsizing due to her age and her husbands age (I believe.) The mattress SUCKS. It is the most uncomfortable mattress I have ever slept on. (tried to sleep on) I haven't had a good nites rest since I bought the stupid thing. Furthermore, The leather, or suppose to be leather, is pleather. The frame is made very shotty. I weight 125 lbs. and my dog weighs 13. One morning I expect to find us both on the floor because the wood the bed is made from is less than perfect...far less than perfect. She charged me $550.00 and like a fool I paid it because I felt if the bed was all she said it was cracked up to be it would be worth purchasing. Never again. Lesson learned. Always do your research prior to your yard sale 'hope to find' deal of the day. She was sweet enough, played the role very well. I am so angry I could ring someones neck. But, I won't. I hope to get a couple hundred dollars for it if I am lucky. NO more COASTER FIND FURNITURE FOR ME. Ashley sells junk anyway. YOu get what you pay for, except in my case, and I am certain many other cases similiar to mine. Its WALKER Furniture for me, also Colleens Consignment shop. They stand behind what they sell. In my case I can't do anything but warn people to stay away from COASTER, IT SUCKS. ( AND YOUR NEIGHBORS YARD SALES) eSPECIALLY THE ONES WITH "THE LINES' i ONLY HAD IT A YEAR, I LOVED IT, SLEPT LIKE A BABY. mY bUTT LADY. yOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF.

Coaster Fine Furniture Company Policy and Customer Relations

Coaster Furniture does not care who represents them as dealers. In fact they told me that as long as a dealer does volume business they do not care how they are represented by their Dealers. Coaster will not accept any responsibility for their products. The order I received was wrong as well as being delivered defective.The dealer was Thom's Furniture who can be found on Ebay. The owner of which could not even get the order right as well as having no idea of customer service or customer satisfaction. If you want to get what you paid for or need any customer relations or customer satisfaction do not look here . You will not be treated with respect or honesty. Coaster Furniture is not for you. This goes equally or even more for Thom's Furniture. In fact, both Coaster and Thom's really deserve each other as they are cast of the same mold. I would respectfully request that any potential customer of Coaster Furniture say far away, as that would be in your best interests.

Coaster Fine Furniture Defective product material

DO NOT PURCHASE ANY MERCHANDISE FROM CYMAX OR COASTER fine Furniture
I recently purchased a Coaster TV Stands Contemporary TV Console with CONNECT-IT Power Drawer from Cymax. Once I started assembling the console, I noticed upon inserting the nails and screws in the material began to crumble. Once the "so called legs No. 6 were place on with little stability support, I noticed it could barely stand up. I have never, ever brought such a low quality product before. This was my worse experiment. I called Cymax and complained to them what was going on. I was told and I'm inserting Cymax email to me, ----- Original Message -----

My only regret I have is not reading Cymax and Coaster Product Review. That was a NO, NO for me.
Based on reviews from other customers regarding Cymax and Coaster they seen to be in the business of ripping off consumer. Both companies need to be sanctioned or perhaps put out of business for selling defective and poor quality merchandise.

Bought an office chair for over $400. Executive Leather. The wheels are plastic junk. They bend and break off. The company could care less. They offer to send the same defective wheels. They state it's not their fault they don't make the furniture. The replacement wheels lasted little over a week before the first one fell apart again. I would NEVER purchase ANY item by COASTER.

I recently bought a Coaster Bed. Its a Audrey by Coaster. Its the biggest piece of junk I ever bought. I doubt it will last a year. The wood is flimsy. The bed box is two inches bigger all around then the mattress. They have about 10 nature colored pine looking wood pieces that lay from side frame to side frame to support the mattress, the natural yellow colored wood pieces are visible the entire lenghth of the bed when standing beside the bed. It looks awful! Notice how they have what looks like sponge rapped around the mattresses in all their picture to make up for the over size bed box? Notice how you don't get an angle shot showing you how the mattress fits on the base! Be carful! I suggest buying from a retailer that backs their products and has some quality control in place.

Coaster Fine Furniture Defective Sectional cushions

I have contacted Coaster about my the sectional cushions not having enough padding and flattening of the cushions plus the cushions not being big enough to cover the couch and that means that are at least 2 in between cushions.They told me to contact Comfy co where I bought the sectional to return it but Comfyco is not answering my emails.Comfyco means Uncomfyco.This is the most uncomfortable, crappiest sectional I ever owned.Stay away from Coaster furniture and Comfyco !I owned this crappy sectional since Aug 3rd, 2011 btw.

Coaster Fine Furniture Faulty Product/Warranty

We recently purchased a Coaster (http://www.coasterfurniture.com/Item.aspx?ItemID=1241976538&ItemNum=501881N) couch and love seat from a family run local furniture store about 6 months ago. Coaster has a 1 Year Warranty posted on its site (http://www.coasterfurniture.com/current/warranty_2011.pdf) for all its products so we felt comfortable buying the set. Within 3 months, the seating on the couch started to sag and the trim on the front started to unstaple itself (open staples hanging out) we contacted Coaster and were told to contact the family store we got the set from. That's when we got started in the never ending loop. Finally, after a few months, we were "allowed" to leave a voice mail with someone at Coaster who was supposed to call us back in 48 hours ... that was last week.

Hopefully, they will honor the warranty to so prominently post on their website. We will be updating this situation.

Looking for great furniture is always a hard task for me to do! My brother actually found this company pretty helpful: www.ncfurniture.com. I may have to check them out... My brother usually knows what he is talking about!

I see it here in several stores in the Bahamas, it looks good, but on close inspection it is very cheaply made...got a telephone table, looks good, but when I got it home, notice a minor flaw, but the old adage..."You get what you pay for"!

I also have been taken for a long ride with this company, I brought a recliner chair 6 mths ago and the material in the middle of the chair is gathering very bad. I started complaining after 1 month, it has been a nightmare. This chair is not lasting a year for me, I'm very screwed. Stay away from Coaster, They will not help anyone.

Please do not purchase anything from coaster furniture. I purchased a leather sectional from coaster. After 3 months it began to tear at the seams. The leather began to crack. I have been in contact with coaster. After they informed me i would be able to get a replacement they changed there mind and told me they were not responsible. They are liars and there customer service is very rude. I will contact the BBB on them.

Coaster Fine Furniture Not Professional

Okay so first I go to Comfyco.com to attempt to purchase the Alvardo dining set, beautiful. I go through Google pay and I never receive an email from that company stating if the purchase was confirmed or not even though Google stated they received the order. So after a couple of days (because I made the purchase on a Saturday and they're not open), I call Comfyco and they tell me that they sent me an email telling me that the product wasn't in stock. Never received it, and then he goes on to tell me that he doesn't know when they will have the chairs in stock.
So today I actually look up Coaster Fine Furniture to try and call them direct to see if they have a date or any information on when they would get this item into stores, the lady started yelling at me about how they can't give consumers that information and then hung up in my face. Before that, I tried calling Comfyco again to see if they had any change on information and the guy kept me on hold forever and I was tired of holding on, never got to my question. He answered and put me on hold immediately.
I really feel in love with the dining set but after this, I will find some other place and another set. This is was just too crazy and unprofessional.

Just as you are posting here to in hopes of helping another poor sole who had a bad experience with a furniture purchase, it would have been prudent to first search that dealer and read their reviews before committing to a purchase.

Coaster Fine Furniture customer service

Try dealing with this place. I am having trouble with a piece of furniture, the dealer is getting a runaround, so I contacted the company myself. I was told, very rudely, they don't have to talk to me, only the retailer. They may stand behind their product, but it is a hope and guess when. I am still waiting for a replacement, and it has been over a month, without any solid answer. Beware of any store that sells Coaster Furniture!

I have the same issue
I order furnitures from a local dealer in Dallas since October and is still waiting on some of my furniture
The dealer told me it still not it.
I also have a bad love seat and they will not change it out for me. I was told I have to have the box the furniture came it

Stay away from Coaster. this is the first time I am writing a complaint for a product. SCAM totally SCAM. If you make furniture out of cardboard it will last longer. STAY AWAY if you dont want to waste money.

None of them barely speak English, the products suck and even though they say they will return the products, they will not. In order for them to return anything you have to bring the products to them. How are you suppose to load up a sectional couch? I asked them to come and get it and they refused. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Go to someone who is reputable and who has great customer service.
