Coggles Order [protected] on a 6/jan, never arrived

I have order from Coggles on a 6/jan , after 3 weeks waiting I started to contact customer service for assiatnace, I received an email on a 25/jan that I need to pay extra $430 for duty and fees in order to diptych the order. This was never mention on a website when I made a purchase. I did pay that so I can get the order delivered but as of today 1/feb nothing happened.

There was a contact number I was trying to chase this order now they are saying that they are not dealing with Coggles anymore. No one is answering my emails. They just took my money plus asked for extras and I received nothing

Desired outcome: get my order send to me or refunded

Coggles Returned item but no refund

I made a return 45 days ago, they posted the item on their site again and have not received my refund. I've been back and forth with coggles and all the emails have the same answer: we are checking with our warehouse if they received the item, we will have an answer for you in 48 hours. Well, 48 hours came and went a dozen times over. How can they resell it on their site and still need to hear from their warehouse? I even asked for the item back, but I'm not being serviced in any way. Never had such an experience anywhere.

Coggles refund

Bought a jacket from Coggles nearly a month ago for £370, when I received the jacket it had two small marks on the lapel, and also not to my style. Coggles offered a 14 day no question return policy, which I used by contacting them to approve the return which they duly did, they also advised that return postage would be refunded upon inspection. Jacket was returned and proof of postage provided, postage was then refunded immediately via PayPal (how I had paid initially). Item was inspected by their returns and I notified that I would be refunded in full (refund was actually £3.99 lower, but this was challenged and once again I was refunded this amount of £3.99 for express postage which I did not request).
Full refund of £370 was advised as being paid back within 3-5 working days from 04/09/2019.
13/09/2019, still no refund, but then a message from the seller stating the refund (approved 04/09/2019) had now been cancelled. Called their office and told by a manager that there had been a problem and they were looking into, still no refund!

Coggles Very bad

Ordered some items from www.coggles.com and when my order finally arrived one item was missing. I contacted Coggles customer care service and asked about the missing item and they promised to contact me back.
Later they said that I received all the items, and when I tried to explain they literally called me a liar! Very customer unfriendly and unprofessional support! Will never buy from them again!

Coggles My emails were ignored and seller hasn't provided any details

The company is ripping customers off. I have bought some things from www.coggles.com, but this company only charged me on time. They haven’t sent me any information regarding the purchase. My emails were returned back, because their mail box was full. I need to know what has happening with my order, but the seller hasn’t responded and hasn’t provided details. Any ideas what I need to do.
