drisols raspberries
Raspberries are my favourite fruit. I have been greatly disgusted in the freshness of this product, every punet I have purchased I have brought home to discover alarming ammounts of mold infested through the raspberries. After carefully examining a punet I purchased today for $7 dollars, I ate nearly all of them to discover the last few had mold growing from the inside, once mold is there it spreads worse than a diseases so I am certain the reason I am unwell (Spewing, hot and cold flushes and feeling light headed) was caused by all the moldy raspberries I ate. I am 5 months pregnant, the last thing I wanted was to get sick off unfresh moldy raspberries. I am very certain I wont be wasting another $7 on a punet of moldy raspberries.

home brand deli style chips
Requesting a refund.
I purchased a packet of coles home brand salt & vinegar deli style chips yesterday at coles wyoming and my partner opened them up today and the very first one had hair on it and the quality was just overall poor so we had to throw them out. We usually purchase the better option but the cheaper alternative has delfinetley prooven itself.

treatment of employing staff
My son was recommended for an interview at coles by an employee who has worked at coles for Three years. He attended second round interviews where he turned up smartly dressed ready for an Interview he was told on meeting him he wasn't expected then told to take a seat.
After a while the boss come up to him and asked him what he was waiting for, he replied for an interview and they referred to him as a walk in, and they had forgotton they had asked him to take a seat.
During the interview they told him all places had gone but there were only places on registers which he was happy with, and given coles comes with a good reputation from employee who recommended him he was excited. He was told they would contact him for induction.
They sent through all online documentation and a congratulations on becoming an employee. He was then invited to attend induction which he did, they were then going to contact him for a training shift. This never happened until my son called them three weeks later to ask why he hadn't heard anything they then arranged a training shift which he attended on his birthday because he was very excited to be starting training,
Since this day he has had no further correspondence from coles not one word. He was paid for his three hours training but not paid for his induction day.
I'm very disappointed at the treatment of him and how this has been handled I know this is a casual position but being offered no work at all and no follow up is terrible and not being paid for induction. The company portrays its self as offering good working conditions and careers and I would have expected better treatment of a 16 year old who attended on recommendation of one of your employees.
customer service [protected] overseas 3rd party call centre insist on taking all your details to then not be able to answer simple question.
10th of January 2017
I had two gift cards stolen from out of the post that I sent, envelopes arrived empty with a sorry from Australia Post.
I rang the Coles group gift card customer service [protected] number from the receipt to enquiry whether they can be cancelled.
I was meet with a gentlemen telling me he could not help, could not hear me and hung up.
After a second call a second gentleman insisted on taking all my details before my enquiry then said he would take it upstairs this is when I asked if they were in Australia and he said they were a third party customer service centre. I asked my details not be recorded until I find out if they can be cancelled, he did not give a direct answer and put me on hold, eventually coming back with a customer inquiry number and an email address for me to send my query.
I have since found via another phone call from not receiving a reply that they have no record of my inquiry, and I still do not know if you can cancel a gift card? And I cannot request my details be not shared ( or sold).
I have tried head office Australia and they were friendly, but did not realise customer service is a third party and did not know how else to help or answer the question.
The inquiry number I was given [protected]
Email address to send inquiry [protected]@wexaustralia.com
Resolution: 1. an answer to if the gift card can be cancelled and how do I go about having this done.
2. Third party customer service being educated to answer questions and procedures put in place to serve customers.
3. Third party customer service entities stopped from passing or selling personal details.
boneless mini roast lamb shoulder
I used to buy this product boneless mini roast lamb shoulder lamb roast when they were first introduced and they hardly had any fat in them plus they were always on special for$14 dollars now they have a lot of fat in them and they are not that tender and shewy and never on special .. I am not happy at all can you please do something about it thank you.
coles himalayan pink salt (grinder)
I have purchased this item ($3) on three seperate occasions. Every single time the plastic grinder top has broken and salt has poured into my cooking. Leaving me to scrape out what I can to save the dish from spoiling. I find it so frustrating that I have paid for a product that is designed to give me salt flakes when the grinder is twisted but every time I am left with half a container of rock salts and know way to grind them for use. Could you please tell me what you propose to rectify this faulty item and some form of compensation for the money spent and lost on this item.

deli meat
Bought sliced ham on 8-1-2017 at store 0788 at 17:37 no best before date. Also bought sliced bertocchi silverside at full price at $23 per kilo same day same time best before date [protected] I would expect it to last longer than just over one day. How come the best before date is on bertocchi silverside and not on the sliced ham. The best before date should be desplayed on all the deli meat so the consumer knows how old it is before purchase selections.

coles chicken
In the last few weeks I have been buying hot chickens and every time I get one it has not wings. So I am very unhappy about this. I love chicken wings so really I am not get all the chicken am i. It may not bother everyone but it does bother me. The shops I go to are ropes crossing and st marys. So you have a very unhappy customer. Regards denise stanford 12 aylett st north st marys
You can contact the deli/store manager after your purchase or even check out the chicken while you are in the store. To assume after being burned in the past is kind of silly.
coles lamb mince
I purchased two packets of Coles regular lamb mine on the 30/12/16. Made some rissoles with the mince and had friends over for a BBQ. Whilst eating the rissoles there were several people that found foreign objects in the mince (I thought it may have been an olive seed- also purchased pitted kalamataoloves but had chopped them up finely) but it looked like bones! Little off white specs of rock hard bits all through the rissoles. Not only was it a shock on our teeth but to find possible bones minced in was very off putting. I have purchased the same product previously with no problems.
unethical behaviour
Hello
I will keep this short and straight to the point.
Regarding the store manager of Coles Beeliar Village, WA 6164.
His name is Dominic and he is a peretual Bully to his staff. In particular my daughter Emmarae Cole - Darby.
On many occasions he has pushed bakery trolleys into her and has yelled at her infront of customers and other staff, which is extremely embarassing and upsets her immensely.
I`ve had to stop her father from confronting him many times. I can`t stand by and let this behaviour keep on happening, something has to be done.
Emmarae loves working at Coles and is a very clever Law student. Can you please sort this situation out...soon
thank you very much
Lorraine Cole
Your daughter is going to have to be the one that makes the complaint. If she has other employees and customers that will stand behind her statements is a plus.
complaining about the counter staff madisson coles frankston
Am complaining about the counter staff madisson. Its on 6/1/17 at 6:45pm. We have shopped at coles frankston. The no or items were just about few more than just 12 and few more, though we were only the customer on the counter but still madisson been rude harshly said to us that " guys its only 12 items allowed in this counter" which we are citizens, knows pretty well about the coles rules.
Well its my cordial request to train your staff well and be polite with the frequent customers.
Thanks.
blueberry
I purchased blueberrys from Coles greenpoint today as I was about to put some in a bowl for my 4 year old I found mould on them. At $4 a punnet this is very disappointing as this is not the first time I have found mould growing on the fruit. Either there not being rotated or they sit there for too long. Not happy customer as I spend a lot of money in your food chain.
You can contact or visit the store to get a replacement or a refund. Please remember however that it only takes a second to check over your items before purchase.
no shade in deniliquin nsw 2710 car park
There is a serious lack of shade at the Coles Deniliquin car park.
With the thousands of dollars this store turns over every hour I consider Coles should be able to provide shade in the car park especially in the summer when the temperature regularly tops 38 degrees. Your IGA opposition has quite a few shady tree in their car park.
I understand trees don't grow overnight but Coles could look at other alternatives such as sails as are in the Deniliquin RSL car park.
I would seriously recommend that Coles take this matter as urgent otherwise patrons might look at other alternatives to do their shopping.
i await your your quick response.

undelivered goods & money deducted from account (unauthorised)
On 9 December, 2016 I received an offer from Coles, inter alia, offering 20% savings on purchases of any 4 or more bottles of wine.
On 12 December, 2016 I attempted to avail myself of this offer using your online services which didn’t work. I telephoned to clarify and ordered by phone. I was provided with an estimate of $117.44 and when I queried why this did not reflect the 20% discount I was assured that this would be applied at the time of dispatch/invoice.
On Monday, 12 December 2016 I received acceptance of the order and delivery details for4 December, 2016.
14 December, 2016 the goods were not delivered.
On 15 December, 2016 I telephoned to see what had happened to my order. I was advised that the order had been cancelled by dint of the fact that I attempted (unsuccessfully) to alter my order as indicated was possible in your confirmation of order. I, in fact, wished to order more of a particular wine but this, contrary to the indication in Coles’ advertisement, was apparently restricted to the 4 bottles (they advertised discount on 4 bottles “or more”). This “fact” is not indicated, quite the contrary.
At the time I spoke to Coles’ staff (name can be supplied) who at first indicated that it was a new order, when I explained I just wanted my confirmed order delivered I was assured the discount would be applied. Again she explained that this would be done at the time of despatch/invoice.
On Thursday, 15 December 2016, I received notification of delivery scheduled for 17 December, 2016.
On 16 December, 2016 Coles deducted $188.32 from my account. That is, more than 100% higher than the agreed/authorised amount of $93.95.
17 December, 2017 the goods were not delivered during the allocated time, or at all. Subsequently I received a missed call from a private number saying the driver couldn’t find parking despite the fact that Coles provided 2 hour free parking a block from where the delivery was to have occurred and despite the fact that I could have organised parking at the front of the building if I had been contacted during the time I was waiting for the delivery. 4 hours in total now.
I still have not received the goods as per my agreement with Coles, nor have I been refunded the amount deducted over and above that agreed and authorised, namely the sum of $94.37 or, in fact, anything although Coles have “offered” to refund the $188.32 they deducted from my account on 16 December, 2016!
hot-cross buns
I was surprised, amazed and disappointed that coles could stoop so low as to display for sale hot-cross buns in january.
For god's sake, easter is not until the 2nd week in april.
Surely coles have other products to promote until then, other than something that is traditionally an easter treat.
Listening to comments from other customers in the store, I am not the only customer to feel this way.
complaining about a manager at coles called sidney ha at southgate sylvania sydney 2224
I bought a gift card from this store, 19/12, gave it to my elderly parents on the 24/12, they went to use it on the 30/12 and the $100 on the card was already gone. They did not use the card at all but apparently the card was used on the 22/12.How can this be if the card was inside a Xmas card till the 24th Dec?this is not possible but no one seems to want to listen to this issue.I have receipts and all evidence of every transaction spoke to Sidney ha at southgate store and he refused to understand my complaint. I am a regular daily customer or over 10 years and will no longer be shopping at any coles store ever again after being treated like this if this money is not refunded to my parents who are in their 80s.After being a loyal customer for many years, I find this extremely appalling.
coles ultra prewash stain remover
Purchased several bottles of this product from both Noosa and your Emerald stores. I used it on a set of 1000 thread count white sheets ($ 600 set) king size sheets. It has left stains on a white set of sheets. I called and had several conversations with employees, , asked for more details etc...my time is valuable even though you people think not ! I own mines and have just bought 20 out here at Clermont...was asked for product markings on product twice and delivered the number, never heard back from anyone.
coles tinned tuna
I bought 2 large tins of Coles tinned tuna which were in my pantry for approximately 2 weeks. At the time of trying to use them both tins were stuck together and when I prized them apart one tin had been pierced and there were maggots all throughout and on top of the tin which is why they were stuck together. It was disgusting! I threw them out immediately so unfortunately I do not have any photos to show you. I am almost vomiting while am typing this just thing about it.
This is the second email I have sent as I still have not received any notification from you regarding the first one which I found very disappointing.
