Recieved a letter in the mail from a collection agency which is being run out of a house in Carson City NV. The letter states that I have charge that is in collections for somthing, someone called Pure Garcinia. I have attempted to call this shady operation but not to my surprise, there is no one who answers the phone. Would be curious to hear from others who may have recieved a similar letter as I will be pursuing legal action to it's fullest including making a trip to his little yellow house and dragging him out into the street bu his ears.

I too just received a collection notice from collect pros. I spent 30 min on hold and someone picked up. Gave them my reference number and they had my info. I did purchase the product back in Jan 2015. Have Credit card statement to prove that I paid for the transaction. I want told that I had to file the complaint online. I then said "I have you on the phone, why can't I file a dispute with you? I have proof that charges in question were already paid for". I was told it's not their responsibility. I ask to speak to a manager and was hung up on. Got on the website to dispute charges and immediately said "charges were valid" with a submit payment option on the bottom. Issued a complaint with the BBB

I too received a collection letter from collect pros for $165.94 for Pure Garcinia Cambogia 86.67 and Green Coffee Pure Cleanse $79.27 . I tried the products in a trial for postage only but did not order. This is clearly a scam and needs to be stopped. What should I do write the company or just ignore it.

I received a letter from COLLECT PROS dated October 22, 2015, demanding payment for overdue balance of $175.26 for BEAUTY LABS | PERFECT SKIN CARE $87.63. The referance number is 863233. It contained a payment coupon to be paid within 30 days. I ordered this product on 1/24/2015 and paid for 2 months in the amount of $87.63 for each. I found the product did not work as advertised, so I canceled this order in February 2015. I was charged for 2 months again on February 22, 2015, in the amount of $87.63. I was refunded $43.82 and $43.81 on February 23, 2015. The charges and refunds were transacted on my Visa With Patelco Credit Union. I am not responding to COLLECT PROS. Christine W. CA

I also received a letter demanding payment of $175.26 for Beauty Labs and Perfect Age Skin Care ($87.63 each). The demand letter is dated Oct. 22, 2015 with reference #855094, with payment due in 30 days of receipt.
My letters return address is 12924 Pierce St. #101, Pacoima, CA 91331.
This is a junk product which I cancelled in 2014 via telephone. They charged me again for another shipment, via my credit card, which I disputed with my bank and the company did not respond within 45 days.
This is a scam and should be shut down immediately.

My comment as almost exactly the same as the two above - I got a letter from them date October 22nd, demanding the exact same amount - 175.26 - but for different products. Mine was for Elite Test 360 and Ripped Muscle X. I ordered and paid for both these products last February, and call the manufacturers to confirm that they had no outstanding debt on record. What was weird though is that the manufacturer just told me to "disregard the letter". When I asked them how I could get Collect Pros information that the debt was not valid and should be removed, the manufacturer told me "it's fine, they have access to the same system I am looking at".
I would love to get a class action going against them for credit fraud.

I, too received a letter from Collect Pros for $155 for LashPro. I ordered a FREE sample and paid $6 for shipping, NEVER received the product and now they are trying to hit me for some membership?

I went online and filled out a request to be contacted, but the email came back as undeliverable, twice. What do we do? I don't want this affecting my credit! I am going to send a certified letter, return receipt to their PO Box, but somehow just don't believe it's a real address

I've even called Lash Pro and they refuse to even talk to me, stating I have to contact collect pros?
What do we do?

I just, today, received a letter from collect pros stating that I owed $35.60 for jacked muscle x. WTF! I paid with a credit card several months ago for a free 1 month supply. Paid for, never received anything else from these jackoffs including any mail, bill, more product, nothing! This has got to be a scam. How should I deal with this?

I recently received a pink Collect Pros collection letter dated January 13th, 2016. Collect Pros insists that I have an overdue balance of $35.6 for my order of the "Jacked Muscle X" product and that I must make a payment within 30 days. While I did order online a free one-month trial sample of the "Jacked Muscle X" product (60 red capsules) and paid for its shipping, I canceled the monthly subscription within 30 days and ended my obligation. This muscle gain supplement product is also sold under many other names (perhaps it is a franchise opportunity for scam artists). The Collect Pros phone number is a recording that directs you to the "www.collectpros.com/dispute" web site. At the web site, you enter the reference number you received in the pink letter and it displays the information associated with the supposed claim. The order number associated with my debt ([protected]) did not match the actual order number for my free one-month trial sample. I just assumed that my order information somehow got mixed-up with the order number of a customer who is delinquent in payment. After finding this web site, I am convinced it is probably a scam. Collect Pros either illegally obtained my customer information from the muscle gain supplement vendor that I originally placed my order with, or they are in cahoots with them. May law enforcement shut down these fraudalent companies; they are probably a front for generating revenue for the Islamic State.

Received a pink letter from collectors dated Dec 30 2015 stating I owed them $166.40 for Garcinia Cambogia Supreme that I have never ordered. I called the [protected] 'customer service' number and its a loop of instructions on how to pay or dispute. Went to the site: www.collectors.com to file a dispute and once again its all about how you can pay this. I am not paying a dime for something I have never ordered.

I just got a letter from collectpros stating I owed 79.95 for Oxy Genius, stay away from the ad..It claims to send a free sample butttt you need to cancel within 30 days in the fine print. They took the 79.95 out of my bank account, for the free one, I called them told them to stop sending the product they said they would then sent another bottle and tried to take another 79.95 out of my bank account but my bank called me. I told them I had already talked to them telling them to stop sending me product and said to stop the transaction which they did. I had to cancel my debit at a charge because of these scammers Oxy Genius, who are a overseas company. Go figure! now they are trying to bully me for more money with a company they most likely own. I sent a cease and desist letter..

Wow...I received a letter a couple of days ago stating that I owe $44. It states that it's for Forskolin Belly Buster. Have no ideal what this is for. I tried to call and got an recording and was unable to speak to anyone. I am not paying this bill since I have no clue as to what it is for. When I check online, it say that it is for something which was purchased in August 2015. Still have no clue as to what it is.

I just receive an attempt to collect notice for something back in 2014! Le Creme is trying to collect payment when I returned the product do to my skin breaking out in a rash. The customer service guy understood but was reducing what he would return. I returned the product and paid half of what is was worth to stop this guy from harrassing me. Now Collect Pro is seeking payment and will file a judgement against me. I tried to call them NO answer. I left messages for Le Creme NO answer. I have sent Collect Pro a letter as why I will not pay. what collection agency does not answer there phone?

I received a collection notification letter from this company concerning a issue that was settled 10/5/2015. There is no contact number on this letter except to make the payment. How they got the information is a mystery to me. If there is anyone who is interested in proceeding with recourse with this company I would be happy to join in. The company on the claim is LaCreme Skin Care.

I ordered idol lash serum on a trial back several months back 4 $ shipping for a trial. I did receive one tube which I tried and it did nothing that they advertised it would do. I forgot all about it as I chalked it up to fraud but didn't lose but a small Amount of 4 dollars. I never recieved any more of the product and now I receive a letter from collect pros demanding that I send them $ 85.94 for idol lash . My credit is important to me and I am at a loss as to how to report this and to who, but make no mistake I will find out.
The letter does not reveal anything about the date I supposedly purchased something from the company. I am mad about this and intend to fight whatever they throw my way . I am starting with FBI

Now I have received a collection notice in error.

I disputed the claim on Collect Pros website.

Like many of you, I received a pink slip from Collection Pros representing Jacked Muscle. This first happened in January and as we all know it is not easy to get in contact with them. So I called Jacked directly and they said there should be no charges because I made my initial payment in October 2015 and then cancelled my account. I am not giving these vicious people a dime and am glad that I am not the only victim here.

I too got a collection notice from collect pros in the amount of $89.95 for Garcinia health max, I emailed collect pros through their dispute center and they sent me the details of the transaction and I replied them to send me the telephone number of the company that turned me over to collection which I knew nothing about and the next reply I got from collect pros was that the amount has been canceled and I no longer owe any money.
If you got the same notice for one Garcina bull crap don't pay for it, contact them and maybe it will be resolved.

I received a collection letter today for a trial of some cream that I paid for back in February. Funny there has been no contact with them until I get this collection letter. NOT going to pay $70 for a cream. They can do whatever they think they want to, but, they are NOT getting $70 from me! You can't contact anyone, no one answers! I will NEVER order any type of "trial" thing again! If it shows up on our credit report, they will be reported as a scam.

I also just received a letter of collection from Collect Pros saying that I owe them $99.02 and $98.71 for items I did not order. Earlier I had ordered two items and paid for them via my credit card. I did not order anything else and now they are demanding payment for "Overdue Balance" of $197.72! They give no number to dispute and say I must write to them. I know this is fraud and plan to notify the State Attorney General's office. Have had to do this before when I was sammed. These guys--### of the earth--really prey on everyone. I also received a collection of debt for $79.95 and called the # given, not to get a live person, only a recording telling me to go to their website and file a dispute. I have done so, and also have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. When I received by original purchase of PURE GARCINIA for $4.95, which I ordered via phone per a Radio advertisement, there was no information given that I had to cancel in 30 days. When I received the product it came in a white plastic bag, no information inside, What? No #'s to call, Zip Nada...then 14 days later they attempted to charge my TD Bank accunt, which was thankfully denied.

Yes, I also received a collection letter from Collect Pros stating I need to pay for Encante Eye Cream $99.01 & Encante Skin $98.71 Amount Due:$197.72.
I had originally in February ordered sample for the above and paid 45.95 or something. I did not receive any product to my residence. Although, was told to be sent via USPS to my home address. Sine I did not receive it. I did a stop pay & disputed payment to my Bank. Thus the payment was stopped; and I assumed per talking to bank the issue was resolved. As no product received and thus no money paid.
NOW I HAVE BEEN SENT THIS COLLECTION LETTER FROM COLLECT PROS STATING I NEED TO PAY THIS; WHILE I HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT AT ALL. What should I do now? Nobody replies when I call [protected]. Has anybody who complained about the collection letters received from Collection Pros paid it. Please reply as my last date to pay this amount is tomorrow. I do not know how this will impact my credit rating etc.

I received a similar letter from Collect Pros in the mail saying that I owe $84.90 for a product that was a free sample. I paid shipping and handling with my card and received the product in the mail. I understood that if I kept my name on file, they would start to automatically charge me, but my credit card was stolen and I froze it and got a new card. Weeks later I received a call from the company I bought the free sample from. It was a lady that sounded like she was from India and English was her second language. I could barely understand her! But I did understand that she was trying to charge me more money and said I'd get 5% off my next purchase if I signed up for something (I don't know. It didn't make sense to me), but I told her to cancel everything and to take my name off of the charging list and apparently she didn't do so.

Mine is the same thing I ordered the trial I also cancelled the trial before I was supposed to and I write everything on my calendar including the confirmation number they gave me!
When I called Encante the cream place they gave me 1 number after another who I was supposed to call 5 numbers later ( all with the same answering machine just different young kids!) I get some girl who proceeds to tell me I didn't call to cancel! I told her I have it all written down including my cancel # on the date on the calendar! She said well you didn't call and it's to late now we can't do anything once it goes to collections! I said yeah why if I owed you money why didn't you contact me? Because she said they don't do that! Not once did they ever attempt to collect money from me after I cancelled! She said they tried and my card it was declined. That cant possibly be true my payments for other things automatically come off those accounts so I am going to call my bank tom. To make sure they didn't get any money from me but I never received any product that I owe them for! So this $188.48 charge is a true scam! If they did get money off my account I will be filing charges!
I'm lucky enough to have an attorney in my family and I will not hesitate to find out what I can do about this! Sad thing is these people are probably getting paid by some people I would love to get the word out about this company and destroy there fraudulent claims! I feel sorry for anyone who falls victim to these people!
I also want to add when I was calling those numbers and kept getting the same answering machine for Encante they told me they answer for several different products all in the one call center so I would not be surprised if all these lotions or gacinia, serums whatever are all one in the same and funny thing is mine dates back to Oct. 21st when I cancelled they waited that long hoping I would forget and just pay this Money I DO NOT OWE!
This is 9 months ago I cancelled lucky I keep my old calendars! I also got a new bank card since then but I just got my new card in May so I really need to check my bank!
I wonder how many people are getting charged for stuff they don't get or want! Or this collection letter how many more people got these that paid what they don't owe!
Collect pros are just a scam running with these other companies stealing from innocent people they should be locked up!
