I had shopped from boscove store in Woodbridge,NJ. many times,and was paying cash.except the day they offered me to apply for boscove credit card.I only had one thing bought by this card(temporary) was 24 or 25 dollars.
After very long time,they sent the card by mail,with statement say /purchase amount +late fee charges equal almost to the purchase amount.I holded my phone and called boscove #written on back of my card,the representative was able to remove the fee,and I maid full payment of the purchase amount.
But unfortunately the following month I had statement saying I owe the purchase amount +last month fee which was removed+newer second month charge.I spoke to them again why they did not post my payment?they have not gave me any logical answer,but she asked me to pay 44 dollars instead of twenty something?!
I said/I had made attempt to pay my full balance of twenty something dollars.and the multiple late charges added to my bill is not my responsibility
And made a payment of the twenty some thing dollars and thought that this rep.understood.but following month instead of having zero balance in my statement the balance was $129.00
Why all those frustration for one thing bought.is it my mistake that I shopped from boscove,I do have many store credits,I use them and never had seen problems as those from boscove.
Why should I scream,despite I owe this account nothing,and they kept making mistakes in my account one after another?
Indeed correcting this account asap,and sending me the corrected bill with zero balance.

Desired outcome: Bring the account to zero balance,review my account starting from September/2023to marc/2024.After removing all late charges,the balance will be found to be zero.
