I mean, their customer service, or lack thereof, was a joke. Couldn't get a hold of 'em when I needed 'em, and when I did, they didn't have a clue what they were talkin' about.
And don't even get me started on their account fees. I mean, seriously, who can understand 'em? They're about as clear as mud. I never knew what I was payin' for, and it felt like they were just takin' my hard-earned cash without even tellin' me why.
And let's not forget about their constant bombardment of emails tryin' to sell me stuff. I mean, give it a rest, will ya? I don't need another credit card or insurance policy shoved down my throat every other day. It's just plain annoyin'.
But the worst part, mate, is their slow payment procedures. I mean, come on, it's 2021, and they're still stuck in the Stone Age. It takes forever for 'em to process a simple payment, and it's just frustratin' as hell.

Where do I even begin with Comm Bank? Let's start with their customer service and offerings, or lack thereof. It's absolutely hopeless, mate. And don't even get me started on their "GoalSaver" account. The returns on that thing are piss poor, I tell ya. A whopping 1.3% lower than the cash rate. Woo hoo, what a deal!
But it gets even worse, believe it or not. These guys just don't give a toss about their negative reviews, whether it's here or anywhere else. They've got skin as thick as a rhino and are as arrogant as they come. It's like they couldn't care less about what their customers think.
You know what their main focus is? Profit, mate. They'll do anything to make a buck, even if it means screwing you over in the process. So my advice to you is to steer clear of CBA. They should change their slogan from "Yes We Can" to "Because We Can." How's that for a dumb arse slogan?
So yeah, save yourself the headache and find yourself a better bank. Comm Bank ain't worth the trouble, mate. Trust me on this one.
Disappointing Customer Service Experience with Commonwealth Bank: Lack of Support and Unresolved Fraud Concerns
I've been with Comm Bank for over 50 years, and I've generally had no major issues with them. However, recently I encountered a problem that was not resolved as easily as I had hoped.
It all started on the 27th of June when I noticed a small transaction on my account that I didn't recognize. Immediately, I suspected fraudulent activity and wanted to inform Comm Bank about it. So, on the 28th of June, I tried reaching out to them through their chat line called 'Ceba'. Unfortunately, it seemed like Ceba couldn't understand a word I was saying.
Feeling frustrated, I decided to call Comm Bank directly. After waiting for what felt like an eternity, I finally got through to someone and explained my concerns about a possible fraud attempt. Their response was, "I'll transfer you to the Disputed Transaction Team. It should only take about 10 minutes." However, I ended up waiting for 30 minutes without any response, so I eventually hung up.
Not willing to give up, I decided to visit the Riverton Branch in person on the same day. I was asked to wait for about 20 minutes, but it ended up being 30 minutes before I could state my question again. The staff member informed me that they couldn't provide an answer at that moment but promised to look into it and call me back in a couple of days.
To my disappointment, I didn't receive any response by the 4th of July. So, I called Comm Bank once again and requested to speak to someone regarding my complaint. The staff member initially offered to help but then said they couldn't assist and needed to transfer me to someone else. This meant another 10 minutes of waiting on the line, which frustrated me, so I hung up.
Feeling frustrated and fed up, I returned to the Riverton Branch on the same day. I insisted on speaking to someone immediately and briefly explained my complaint. The response I received was disheartening. They told me I would have to wait a while, which was unacceptable to me. I firmly stated, "I'm not willing to wait another minute. I will close my account." Surprisingly, the staff member just shrugged their shoulders and said, "OK." I must admit, I managed to remain relatively calm throughout the ordeal.
It's clear to me that Commonwealth Bank doesn't value its customers. They don't even make an effort to retain their business. As a result, I have no desire to continue banking with them, and I'm in the process of closing all my accounts. In fact, my family and friends have also decided to take their business elsewhere.
In my opinion, Commonwealth Bank's service is absolutely appalling. They offer either disgusting service or no service at all. I want to warn others that sooner or later, you may experience the same treatment. After years of reasonable service, once they've had enough of you, they treat you like dirt.
I was experiencing withdrawal issues, but I am grateful to herstel.co for ensuring that all of my outstanding withdrawals were processed.
