Unauthorised transactions for months
Having started budgeting I've noticed a recurring transaction over 11 different months to complete savings, £15 each.
I have never contacted this company nor have I given my details to them for anything. I demand my money back immediately otherwise I will be filing an official complaint through my bank. Looking at online reviews it's clear these people rely on these going unnoticed. I have no other family member or friend that knows let alone uses my bank details so don't even try giving the usual excuse.
Desired outcome: Full refund of 11 x £15 transactions going back to July 2021.

Charging my credit card account when I did not agree to this charge
On the 26th April once again Wly*Completesave.co.uk have charged £15.00 to my credit card account. I have not entered into any contracts with them and have never received any emails relating to this charge. Checking back I find that I have been paying this amount from at least July 202. That is at least £135.00 charged illegally to my account. As I have not received any emails from this company it would appear that I have not received any services from this company I think that this is a fraudulent activity.
I did telephone them back in April 2022 asking them to stop charging my account and now that I have looked back at my old credit card bills I would like ALL my monies back as I did not request this service, whatever it is for.
Desired outcome: I would like my money back which will be at least £135.00 and that they stop charging my credit card account

I have an unauthorised payment come out of my account since 10 January 2021 it’s been coming out every month on and around that date till now . and have contacted my bank and they have blocked it from now on . I have just noticed today that this company has been taken money from my account , without me authorising it ! It s the first time this monthc, a sum of £15 , which was taken from my account !

Unauthorized Debit Card Charge
My debit card was charged today (Dated: 23/May/2022) for amount of 15 pounds even though I never signed up for saving website. I purchased some products online from TRADEINN last month but I do not recognised signing up for Complete Saving Member and have no knowledge of registering for the membership.
Desired outcome: I woud like to cancel my memebership and also request you for the refund because I am student and I donot purchase products online oftenly and I never used this memebership at any time for past month.

I have just became aware that WLY* Complete Save have been taking money (a monthly charge of £15) “fraudulently” from my credit card.
I do a small amount of online shopping, but at no time have I requested to join the Complete Save savings plan. I have only just discovered this “fraud” because the amount of £15 per month is a small enough amount not to raise any alarm bells with me. Please refrain immediately from taking any further sums from my accounts.
As a pensioner on a very low income I am furious that this amount of money has been “stolen” from my account. Somehow WLY* Complete Save has got hold of my details, but I can confirm that I have never completed an application form to join this savings plan or received any emails or other documents from this company. I want my money refunded at the earliest possible moment.
This is an unauthorised payment which I have reported and am told that I should be refunded all monies, also removed my accounts and that the account should be closed immediately.
Before you ask for details on how and when I signed up for Complete Savings and agreed to the T&CS, THIS DIDN’T HAPPEN, I have no records of any information or emails from this company. The only detail I have is from my credit card as below.

I have had £15 a month taken from my account by completesave.co.uk and none of these payments were authorised by me. They slipped past my attention because the amount was only £15. I advised my bank these payments were never authorized by me and they have not yet cancelled further payments. There is a phone number for them [protected] and I rang it. I spoke to a woman called Pauline Morris who behaved in a very defensive way and was all too quick to insist that I had signed up, even though she hadn't even checked. I asked her to check my name and she had no information on me. Then she started to suggest a member of my family signed up with my card. I said to her that I would be surprised if a representative of legitimate business would be concerned at these fraud allegations I was making and would want to understand fully what happened. She, on the other hand, was merely trying to justify taking unauthorized payments from me. The business has an address 'Sentinel House, Airspeed Road, Portsmouth PO3 5RS. I have written to the police (NFIB) with the details I have on this.

Unauthorised subscription
For the last 5months £15 has been coming out of debit account from WLY*COMPLETESAVE.CO.UK , I have tried talking through the banking automated text services and would not be helped and I have looked through every possible subscription I may have applied to and called them up and none have been relayed back to complete save, I would just like help resolving the issue because I have no idea why £75 is now missing from my account.
