Taking unauthorised payment
I have noticed yesterday morning a pending payment of £15 is being taken from my account by completesave.co.uk. However I did not authorise this payment nor did I purchase or sign up to anything. I’ve noticed a few other people on here have had this issue and had about £100 taken. This is my first payment taken and intend for this issue to be resolved asap!
Kind regards
Curtis
Desired outcome: Full refund and no further payments taken

Random charges.
Two days ago around the early evening I received a random charge of 15 pounds. I would like to cancel my member ship immediately, and that my money is returned. I was not aware that money would be taken from me. So far it has only been the first transaction. If this does not happen I will have to report this immediately. I’m very disappointed and upset.
Desired outcome: Member ship cancelled, money returned immediately. No more money taken from my account.

Unauthorised monthly payments from my account
I have, like many others I see on here been getting 15GBP taken from my personal bank account for a number of months now. I have tried to contact the company via a web page. I have no idea of usernames/account names etc as I have never subscribed to any service affiliated with this company. I see others have had issued resolved so if I could get some advice on how to claim back the money stolen that would be great.
thank you in advance

Complete Save
I have had £15 per month taken from my bank account for the previous 12 months, this totals £180. I did not sign up for this and did not give my bank details, and it is such a small monthly amount, I did not notice. Also, I have never received an email from Complete Save. This is fraud. My bank alerted me earlier this week and advised me on how to cancel. I would appreciate the full amount (£180) being refunded as soon as possible. I would also appreciate a phone call to let me know exactly how this company got access to my bank details. My telephone number is [protected]. I look forward to hearing from you.
Desired outcome: Please refund the full amount. I would also appreciate a phone call on [protected] with an explanation as to how Complete Save got access to my bank details.

From January 2022, this company has been taking £15 a month from my credit card. That’s totally £120, I want this refunded to my account, I did not authorise this transaction and they are taking it illegally from my account . Thus this is a fraudulent transaction. I can see that this is happening to many other people, this company should be closed, otherwise others individuals with have this happen them . It has also taken me over my cred card limit, which I can’t afford
Desired outcome: Completely refunded

Unauthorised withdrawals from credit card
Have just realised that this company called COMPLETE SAVINGS - WLY* Complete Save have been taking money fraudulently from my credit card for the last 5 months, totalling £135.00 I only do a minimal amount of online shopping usually for groceries, but at no time have I signed up to join the Complete Save scheme. I have only just discovered this fraud, and as a low wage earner I am not happy at all, that this unauthorised transaction, and money has been basically stolen from my account. I don't know how the company got hold of my details, but I can confirm that I have never completed any application form to join this savings plan or received any emails or other documents from this company. I've gone onto their site, and entered all my email address, and none of them have been recognised by the company.
I will be contacting my bank to try and stop the next payment going out this month September 2022.
Can you get to them to refund my money, as I really need it back.
Thanks
Desired outcome: I want my money back.

Unauthorized debit card charges
I'm from Nigeria and I do some online shopping with my debit card. I woke up to find out they the sum of £15.00 has been fraudulently taken from my account this morning and it had happened last month as well. I have called my local bank here in Nigeria (Stanbic Ibtc bank) and they were as surprised as I was. At no time did I authorise Wly*Complete save to debit my account. How do I get my money refunded? it is money I cannot afford to pay out. Please can you resolve this on my behalf.
Desired outcome: Please refund.

Money has been taken out by direct debit since October 2021 without permission
Yesterday I looked back at my recent bank statements because the amount of money I was putting in, and the amount coming out, was getting suspicious for quite some time. Upon looking at these past statements, I saw a reoccurring balance from “WLY*COMPLETESAVE.C [protected]” taking out £15 every month without my knowledge. This had been going on since October 7 2021. I don’t even know who complete savings is and there’s no way I would sign up for direct debit for anything so I have no idea how they gained access to my details. I feel so violated because I am a student living in London and have been struggling financially, and all the money that I’ve lost could’ve been used to support myself. I’ve since then terminated their monthly direct debit from my account but I’ve still lost about £150. If there’s anyway that my money could be reinstated I’d be very grateful.
Desired outcome: I’d like to be compensated the £150 that have been STOLEN from me without my authorisation and be put back into my bank account.

Company as a whole, taking my money when I have not signed up...
The company as a whole appears to be a scam. Multiple bad reviews and complaints all over every review site you search from how they are stealing money from people when they have not signed up or have given consent.
It says a lot about a company when you have that many of the same complaints.
on 28/9 Complete savings started to charge me €15 per month for a service I did not sign up for. I don't even live in Ireland so why would I sign up for an Irish company saving "scheme"?
Out an out scam in every sense of the word.
Desired outcome: Refund for the €165 that has been taken from me by this scam
In fairness to the company, they have refunded me my full amount.

Money taken out my account
This morning at 8:30am money was taken out my bank by moneysavings.com. I have never heard of this company and never signed any agreement or membership for them to take £15 out my bank. I am fuming that this as happened as this month I have been on a tight budget with my spendings and need my money.
If it’s possible I would like my money back and for this to no longer happen and would like to know how they have got my bank details to do this as I haven’t given that information out to this company.

Taking money from my bank each month
On the 16 August 2022 this company has taken £15.00 from my account. It happened a couple of years ago for a good 6 months i had to contact my bank for them to make sure they could never do this again. Now its just happened again iv looked into it and it can be refunded but i wasnt aware of that. So i want this refunded back to my account and the other money they took out. I cancelled it and now its starting again.
Desired outcome: Reply asap and full refund

Taking money from bank without consent
Earlier this afternoon, I went onto my mobile banking app due to a notification (unrelated) and looked through my recent invoices to discover I'd had £15 taken from my account on the 8th August 2022. I looked at my subscriptions and had found that I was signed up with what is quoted as "WLY*COMPLETESAVE.C" which I still have no idea what that is for. Having looked back, I realised it had taken £15 monthly starting from 8th June 2022 - 3 payments total. Having looked on their website, it's unclear what service I was "paying" for. Needless to say I'm outraged and need to have this looked into. Not only can I not afford to lose any money at the moment, it's frankly insulting to have someone taking this money without any obvious or clear agreement. Its a bit of a slap in the face
Apologies of this was very wordy for no reason - the website says I need to fill this box out otherwise it won't get any attention
Desired outcome: I would like a full refund of £45 from this mysterious company - 3 total installments of £15 taken from my account over 3 months
I've recently discovered I've had a direct debit of £15 coming out of my account monthly starting back on 8th June. I did not agree to this, and I would like my money back.

Money being taken out of my account
Today you have taken £15 out of my bank with no reason and I haven’t authorised this payment I would like to know why this money has been taken out of my bank and I have read some one the other complaints and want it sorting before more money gets taken out of my bank and would like a refund and there is no reason the money should of been take out
Desired outcome: A refund of the money taken out

Complete Save
I have never subscribed to this company, yet they have been taking £15 out of my account monthly for the last 7 months, January to July, totalling to £105! I never signed up to this which is what is concerning for me, so I would like future payments to be cancelled and the £105 to be refunded. This needs to be investigated as it seems that it is happening very often to a lot of people!
Desired outcome: I would like the £105 to be refunded to me please, and future payments cancelled.

Wly*completesave.co.uk
I had reason to look at my statement to clarify payments that someone owed me in a current Halifax account I don’t use. It is mainly used for payments going in. Whilst doing this I noticed a monthly payment of £15 going back 14 months … when I googled the name it came up on this site as a scam. I have been told by my bank ie the fraud team that I must contact merchant to try to get money back as it was never authorised however I am unable to get in touch with them.
Desired outcome: A full refund

Unauthorized payments
I have just noticed 4 unauthorized monthly payments of £15 a month being paid to WLY*completesave.co.uk. I have never signed up to this company for anything, today is the first time I have even heard about them. So it was a complete surprise to me when I checked my bank statement and noticed they had been taking payments of £15 monthly since April. I have now notified my bank and this company in the hope of a refund and to ensure no further payments are taken. It doesn't help that I am partially sighted and often miss things when purchasing online or checking bills and statements. It's disgusting that companies like this are able to survive by misleading people.
Desired outcome: Full refund

Fraudulently taking money from account every month
I have just found out that this company is taking £15 per month from my account. I only found out as I had an alert for a transaction on my card today - having not been anywhere made me suspicions. Looking at my statements, and making a call to my bank it looks like this has been happening since at LEAST October. At no time have I signed up to whatever this is. This needs to be investigated and I’d like my money back. They have not had any authorisation from me to take money - I don’t even know who they are!
Desired outcome: Refund of all money taken and a stop to them taking mine, or anyone else’s money again. This is fraud
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
Wly complete saving
Even though I asked to be removed from WLY*COMPLETESAVE.CO.UK they took £15 from my Virgin credit card which means I pay interest on the £15 they are taking. There is no where on their website to “unsubscribe” from the their services?
How can I do this? As money is tight and I need every penny. Want WLY*COMPLETESAVE.CO.UK complete savings to unsubscribe me and return my £15, and not to take anymore money from me. They only seem to have a website as I can’t find a physical address.
WLY*COMPLETESAVE.CO.UK offered a reasonably priced pair of Blue Tooth Ear Buds. These cost £15 and came from China, and I could have bought them cheaper from China myself. For this they expect £15 per month subscription. Asked them last month, via online contact, to cancel my subscription but they ignored me and took a further £15 from my account.
