I have recently found that this company have been taking £15 monthly from my account. Reading all these complaints I can see I am not the only one, this is disgusting! They hide the fact that they automatically sign you up to their subscription through the terms and conditions (that no one reads) from another website. Like someone else said, legal action take place!

I'd like a refund and my subscription cancelled!

Complete Savings / Complete Save Money taken from my credit card monthly without authorisation

I have just noticed for the last 4 months WLY*COMPLET had been taking £15 out of my account each month. I have contacted my back to stop any further payments but I have no idea what this even is.

I do shop occasionally online especially at the moment with COVID19 around as I am a carer and limit my exposure outside work and home. I am extra vigilant with what I sign up to and know I have never signed up to this.

Complete Savings / Complete Save There is a figure £15.00 per month being taken from my family without consent

Amount totalling £45 - £60 has been taken from my bank without permission.
I have idea what service if any I get from this company can you investigate and arrange appropriate refund please
I am also going to contact my bank to put a block on this account.

Complete Savings / Complete Save About yourselves

Hello,

I'm filing a complaint about yourselves as I never signed up for anything to be charged £15 a month, I would like to cancel it as these £15 I would rather spend on my baby than for something I don't use, please resolve this issue ASAP or I will take it further.

Complete Savings / Complete Save WLY complete save

Hello,

I have had £15 come out of my account without knowing why.
I would just like to know if I can get this money back. I am a student and need it to eat otherwise I cannot do my food shop this week.
If I need to unsubscribe or remove my email to prevent this for happening please let me know.
If I can speak to someone this would be ideal or someone reply to this to have a private conversation.

I have only just noticed that there has been transactions of £15 each month coming out from my bank account? I did not sign up for this so please can I have a full refund? Yeah have attached my bank statement to prove this but that's not the only month it's been every month !

Complete Savings / Complete Save Unauthorised bank charges

i'm a 15 year old girl and i've checked my bank statements to see that 15 pound had been taking out my bank for no reason from this company, i have never gave my bank details out anywhere and know that i have not agreed to this scam, i would like a full refund in my account or i'm taking the company to court as this is fraud and the company should seriously be punished for it, i'm only 15 so 15 pound means a lot to me.

Complete Savings / Complete Save An unauthorised subscription and payment

On the 6th October I have had £15 taken out of my account from you even though I have never agreed or given my bank details. I will be getting in touch with my bank unless this so called "subscription" is cancelled and I receive a refund. My name is [protected] and my email is [protected]@gmail.com I have attached a screenshot of my bank statement. If you need anymore info please get in touch. I just want my money back and for my subscription to be cancelled even though I never agreed to it.

Complete Savings / Complete Save Money has been taken out my account and i’m not happy about it

15 pound has been taken out my account unauthorised and I am not happy about it ? As it had been taken out my account without warning or telling me and I needed it in my account I am really not happy about this and want this back in my account, as I am on phone to my bank now as it has been taken out my bank without notice, I want to know why it has been taken out my account ?

I've never even heard of this ‘ WLY complete save ‘ account let alone entered my card details into so i'm very unsure as to why £15 has been taken out my account and would like an immediate refund. I am a student and i need this money to buy food and it's been stolen from me.

Hi, sorry to be a pain but I have just seen that I've got a monthly payment of £15 coming out each month and as I student I cannot afford this, therefore I was wondering how I could stop this/ get my money back as I haven't used it in anyway

You have now been taking money out of my account for over a year 15 a month x I b contacting my bank again to stop this x it was for cash back on a next order an u av ad over £ 200 from me, n I would like a refund

Complete Savings / Complete Save wly* taking money out my account without authorisation

For the past three months WLY have been taking money out of my account without authorisation. I have all the evidence and it's resulted into £45 gone missing. I know it might not seem a lot but I am a student. I've never used this website and I have no clue what you do. I'd expect someone to be in touch with me within the next 24 hours or I will be contacting the higher boards to show my proof along with others and how your stealing money from us.

Complete Savings / Complete Save Deducting money

Today I checked my bank account and saw that Completesave deducted £15 from my bank account without any authorisation! How am I supposed to stop this from happening and get my £15 back?
I will not accept it to continue this way as it may keep deducting £15 or who knows even more from now on! That is unacceptable. I really need to tackle this problem as soon as possible as I am only a student and I do not need this kind of things to happen to me!

Complete Savings / Complete Save Unauthorised transaction

I have never even heard of this company before and I have just figured out that £15 has been removed from my account today for the first time! I would like my money refunded immediately and do not want this happening again. I haven't subscribed to anything nor have I even asked for this to happen. As it's such a normal transaction my bank hasn't noticed and I want my money back.
