I have just found out that this company has been taking £15 a month out of my bank account Since Oct 2017 and I have never signed up for this ? I know I should have noticed it sooner but who scrutinise there bank statements this is absolutely disgusting I have now been in touch with my bank and put stop on this direct debit straight away. How can this happen if I have not put pen to paper and signed
anything, this is awful lot of money over years, , , £15. How many other people have they done this to. So so annoyed that I have only just noticed this but with shielding you begin to look at bank details online a bit more now. I'm 62 years old so if they can do this to me how many older people have been conned

I want to complain about WLT complete save they are taking £15 out for the last 2 months I didn't sign up for nothing i an not getting any customer service off them so why does it give them the right to take money from my account please can you help I have noticed a lot of people have complained about this company should I go to my bank and try to get this resolved and my money back what would you're advice be many thanks Russell Birch

Money taken out of my bank account un authorized £15 in aug and another £15 today.. Why have you taken money out of my account... This is fraud and will be reported if money is not put back into my account... Will contact police and ban about this

I have never signed up to this. Never completed an application form. I have cancelled this already and still your taking £15 a month on my credit card. Put a stop to this and refund my 2 months of payment. £30. I'm a single parent with serious health issues and I can't afford this but I never signed up to it in the first place. I will take this to tribunal if I have to
You can’t access it as it shouldn’t exist. I didn’t sign up to anything but I want my money back and I won’t stop until I get it. You can contact me regarding this matter as it isn’t my fault. I’m not wasting money on my phone bill. If you do not contact me by telephone I will take to a small court to get my money. IT IS FRAUD AT ITS BEST

I assume from getting cash back on a train journey which I don't remember even doing - and I need you to cancel the account and I feel I'm entitled to some money. Upon looking at my bank account this morning, it appears I have had £15.99 taken from my account yet I haven't signed up to anything. Please can this be resolved. I don't recognise the address and nor is this a direct debit as morning has been taken from my account from this company beforehand. On the 21st September I was seeing that £15 has been taken out of my account by WLY COMPLETE SAVINGS I would like to have a refund full money back !

Unauthorised payment
You took £15 off me and I did not authorise this transaction. My name is M A Bowes. I would like this money refunded and no other money taken out of my account. As this money is pending my bank cannot do anything about it but when you take the money the bank will step in. I have been charged £15 per month from this company without my permission on or around the 20th of the month quite a few transactions have come out right now I can see from June but believe it could be more. Wly*complete savings have taken £15 from my bank and a following £15 is pending for them I am fuming about this as this is fraud I want my money back now, I am absolutely fuming as it is leaving me very short for bills and other necessities that I need, this is disgusting behaviour let alone infuriating to fine when looking at your bank statements.

Taking money from my card
I awoke today to a text saying I have gone into my overdraft, obviously confused because this card isn't used for snitching over than emergency reasons I am completely baffled and furious that a company that o have never heard of has my details and has taken 15 pound from my account. Payments taken without knowing I have an account
WLY have taken the £15 from my account without me even knowing I have the account. I have never received any emails from them saying I have an account. If I had I would have cancelled right away! I spoke to a gentleman over the phone and he said I would be refunded but when I got my email regarding cancellation it shows I will not be refunded. This is just not acceptable! If we click on the link but don't give card details they shouldn't have access to our accounts! I have never received any information from this company until I contacted them myself so how would I even use there so called benefits!
