Money being taken out of my bank without me knowing
I have never heard of this company so when I checked my online banking this morning I was surprised to see that the company had taken £15 out of my account, I would also like to add that I am under 18 years old and find this unacceptable. I would also like to add that I have spoke to my bank about blocking anymore payments however this company is "legit" however I disagree by looking at how many people this has happened too.

I clicked on a promotional link on The Trainline in June 2017 and have just found out I have been paying £15 per month for a service I've never used, and didn't even know about. I have checked my email and have never received a single message from them - £540 for nothing. I certainly have never signed up to this kind of scheme knowingly. They've somehow been taking my money even though my card details have changed since 2017! I want a complete refund for the money taken from me by this complete scam. I tried to sign in just now using their website and they said they would send a password reset email, which has also never arrived.

I don't know who you are or even what this company is. Not once have I gave you my details or authorised any type of payment. I don't even know how you got hold of my bank details never mind take money out! How dare you. I want my money back as soon as possible or I will be taking this further. Disgusting. Monthly subscription for cashback
On checking my bank statement this morning I have come across a debit of £15 which was taken by yourselves on 13/08/2020.
I have since discovered that this was a subscription for applying for cashback on my next purchase of train tickets when booking with the Trainline.com. This has been set up as a monthly deduction.
I did not sign up for this subscription and therefore have cancelled any further deductions with my bank.
Could you refund the above amount that has been deducted and cancel any further payments forthwith.

Just today £15 had been taken from my account and I have no idea why it has, I don't have a account with you and I search on the internet and it took me to this page, so could I please get an explanation and my money back. Taken money out of my account without my knowledge
You have taken money out of my bank account without my knowledge. Why have you done this and where did you get my details from. This is not the first time this has happened either. The money taken out the 1st of this month and for £15.
I would like my money back and my details removed from your system with an explanation. I have already cancelled anymore payments through my bank to yourselves. But still I don't think this is good enough that you can just take money without making it perfectly clear when someone is online shopping. From this experience I will now not be shopping online.

Hiya, today (12/08/2020) I received a notification from my online banking app to inform me that £15.00 had been taken out of my account due to a standing subscription to yourselves which I have not signed up for or authorised for your company to be taking any money out of my account and I'm unsure of how you have been able to get hold of my details for my banking. I have contacted my bank regarding this fraud and they have cancelled any standing subscriptions and I am now taking this further with yourselves in asking for a full refund of the £15.00 that you have taken from my bank account today without authorisation from myself.
I expect a reply and refund within the next few days and if I do not receive this then I will be opening up a dispute and my actions against yourselves will be taken further.

Unauthorized charges to bank account
I've just gone through my bank account for the last 1 year and seen you have been taking £15 a month from my bank account. It takes me long time to figure out why it has happended. Eventually I remember that I have a place an order through completesaving.co.uk in august 2019 and from that time they started to charge me regularly without my authorization.
I am going to my bank to cancel this charge to prevent them to steal more my money, but please let me know how can I get my money back.
