Dear sir/madam,
The completesave.co.uk has been taking £15 from my bank account without my authorisation (since september 2017). I just contact my credit card company to find out how did they manage to set up taking money (15£) every month since sept 2017.
I could not remember that I used their services or entered to any transaction on their behalf. I would like to investigate this for breaching the data protection act and for fraud.

I've been having £15 taken from my account for who knows how many months and I don't know how to get it to stop, but I'm fuming! I'm a student and that's a very valuable amount of money in the given state of the economy at the moment, I want this fixed, refunded and cancelled! I've never heard of this company before they popped up unknown on my bank statement, thank goodness I checked who they were, I've been reading that in other scams they've been taking £15 monthly out of accounts, this is the exact amount they have taken from me! Unauthorised credit card charges!
Woke up this morning 14/6/20, looked at my bank account suddenly to find £15 has been taken out of my account, now for someone who's lost there job due to covid-19 money at this time is very hard, important and extremely stressful at the moment! The fact that I have no clue what kind of business you are nor have I ever seen your business and yet you've managed to take money out, this baffles me! Please sort this out! I would like a full refund as soon as possible please.

The first transaction was in May 2017 with £15 being taken every month since then.
Santander has refunded me 12 months worth and your company an additional 4 months.

I've been having money taken out of my bank account since January possibly longer, this is money that I actually could do with. I wouldnt have known about it if I didn't look at my bank statements! £15 a month may not seem like a lot but for me it is, I would like it to be refunded! I barely ever shop online, and at no point have I signed up for this service - as such, I am curious to know why £15 of my money, which I cannot afford to lose is being taken out of my bank account every month.
I am on Universal Credit and a student, so any help or recouperation of funds would be fantastic, this transaction which I did not organise has left me in unarranged overdrafts and is in dire need of resolve.
Below I have attached images of just a few instances - in one month you can see more than one charge has been taken - I did not ask for this nor did I sign up for this service.

I have never received any ‘cash back' or made use of a single one of services (having not known you existed) I am demanding a full refund of all money taken.
I discovered yesterday that a payment was taken of £15.00 from my credit card. (reference # [protected] [protected] - CHE). I then investigated further and to my absolute horror have learned this company has been taking a £15.00 monthly charge from my credit card account since August 2019.
I have never signed up to Complete Savings. I do not know who they are as a company or why they have taken money out of my account and have access to my personal information.
I called the number given under (option 3) cancelled the membership which I don't even know what it is?
Please help me get my money back I'm happy to pay you if there is a small fee to pay.

I have just seen I am being charged £15 a month when I never signed up for anything or even put my card details anywhere. I've read a recent complaint and it seems a lot of other people are experiencing the same thing. I never got any email confirming any information about £15 being taken from my account or anything. Purchased train tickets
In November 2019 my father, purchased some train tickets through TheTrainLine.com.
After the ticket purchase page he was presented with a screen that appeared to be part of the trainline.com, he entered his information but decided not to click through and claim the discount offered.
We now understand this page was a signup for CompleteSavings, though this was not clear from the page. He neither wanted, nor agreed to sign up to your services.
In May he emailed your customer service to cancel the service, a confirmation was received on the 19th of May (cancellation number provided).
On the 20th of May a further sum of £15 was taken from his account by CompleteSavings.
He has requested you refund these sums to him via email previously, and has not received any response or refund.
Please can you refund the money you have taken from his account totalling £105 within the next two weeks.
If we do not receive a response to this email or a refund within the next two weeks we will take up the matter with the bank and seek a chargeback for the payments you have taken on the basis that they have been fraudulently taken from his account.

I have sent a message before to say that I have had £15.99 taken from my Bank Acc and I have not knowingly signed up to WLY*COMPLETESAVE.CO.UK! This has happened twice so I would kindly ask that the company refund these unauthorised amounts and reply to this message and remove any of my details from their system.
There have been two consecutive payments in April and May and when I call the company the recorded message says that I cancelled the membership in September when, presumably, I called last! However payments have come off since then!

Unauthorized debit card charges
I rang my bank to enquire about a regular monthly payment of£15 coming out of my account which I hadn't authorized. To my horror I was told by my bank that this payment has been ongoing since February 2019, the bank was able to tell me this transaction was from when I have made a purchase from online shopping with Debenhams. I have not signed up for this, nor would I as I'm not a regular shopper and also I'm on a small income as I'm retired, so I would like to be refunded, as the amount taken without my consent or knowledge. I hope you can help me with this
