monthly fee £15 taken without authorisation on credit card
Complete save have been taking £125 since January 2018 on my Credit card, I only noticed this today when I shouldnt have had anything on the monthly statement but this £15 was there, I phoned the number [protected] and asked where this had originated from, the man said it was a pop up when ordering from Debenhams, I certainly didnt sign up for this service and they have taken 9 months payments of £15 totalling £135 fraudulently, I have cancelled this account now and received an email from them confirming the cancellation but how do I get my £135 refunded please.
My contact number is [protected] Mrs Beverley Shreeve
£15 per month has been taken from my bank account without my authorisation - for over 24 months totalling £405
I noticed money has been taken from my joint bank account. £15 per month. Googled the company and rang them. They stated my husband had completed a 'savings' form on Looks Fantastic.com . They had his bank details and email address. My husband checked his email account and had received nothing - ever - from WLU*CompleteSave.co.uk. this is a complete scam.
I spoke to a Customer Service representative called Hector who said we need to complete an online form to get a refund of our £405 as it was too much money for him to refund.
this is outrageous. He said they would check to see if we had used their money off coupons/offers. Absolute rubbish.
I am waiting for my £405 and if not I will contact the police/courts. This is fraud, they are taking money from peoples accounts and gaining information/bank details under false pretencies.
fraud
Like others on this thread, I too have been seeing payments of £15 taken from my account each month and I do no online shopping nor have I ever agreed to use this service.
I am an efficient user with computers and certainly would not have agreed to something without understanding exactly what it is I'm paying for.
I strongly suggest someone contacts me in order to resolve this matter as I expect every payment to be refunded back to my card. I do not use this service and nor do I wish to do, ever.
Regards,
Kyle
fraudulent withdrawals
To whomever it may concern,
It has only recently come to my attention that Complete Save have been taking money from my account without permission since May 2016. Your company have now essentially stolen £420 from me and I would like it to be refunded ASAP, considering as I have never used your services.
If you don't respond to my concerns, I will have no choice but to take further action against you.

charges of £15
Hi I have been charged £15 for something that I don't believe I have agreed on. Just this month I have been charged £60. Other months even more. Please I need this money back. It's a lot of money taken out of my account for services that I didn't signed up for. This has been happening for few months now. I didn't realise until I was starting to be short of money each month. It's unbelievable. I need this stopped and I need refund for all these transactions.
Kind Regards

stealing from me
You have been taking £15 out of my account every month for nearly a year. I have no clue who you are or how the [censored] you do it but I want my money back and want you to stop taking from me. I don't even have an account with you and now I've had to make one just to email you idiots! I don't have a membership number or anything. This is insanely frustrating. I've emailed you and tried to call you multiple times now, take the piss really. Sort it out.
money being taken out from my account without my knowledge
I can't express how angry I am because of this. I usually shop online but never accepted such thing as complete savings to use my bank account and charge me €15 for that. This has been happening since last month, and I just noticed that by looking on the internet for this company. I require a refund and a cancelling for this transactions as soon as possible, otherwise legal action will be taken in consideration
fraud - beware of them
Illegally they have been taking £15 a month (total) £165 from my account since September 2017 which I just discovered. I have written to them asking for a full refund as I have never used their service and/or thought they had by details. The conned me while I was on Trainline (as I thought bit was trainline) and had no idea what I was signing up too.
money taken from my credit card monthly without any authorisation
WLY* Complete Save have been taking money fraudulently from my credit cards since 2016, in 2 different accounts! I do a small amount of online shopping usually with the same four companies, but at no time have I requested to join the Complete Save savings plan. I have only just discovered this fraud, because the amount of £15 per month is a small enough amount not to raise alarm bells! I have now contacted my bank and had further payments stopped, and I have asked today for a immediate cancellation of my accounts. Somehow this company has got hold of my details, but I can confirm that I have never completed an application form to join this savings plan or received any emails or other documents from this company. I want all my money refunded and this company investigated. Simonetta Vacca
unauthorised credit card charges
Dear sir / madamme
I am writing this email, in order to complain and claim back the unauthorized charges of 15 gbp/ month on my amex card.
I never gave a permission or authorization for such charge.
The payment details are : wly*completesave.co.uk 08003896960
My card details are the following:
American express (british airways)
μr d. Papadopoulos
3717*008
I am requesting that the charge be removed or the debit reinstated, that any finance and other charges related to the fraudulent amount be credited, as well, and that I receive an accurate statement of the refund of the total amount of all these months.

fraud
Complete save has took 15 pounds out of my account i was completely unaware until i looked on my bank statement. I have never agreed on any service's from them and i would like a full refund. When i had called the operator acctually then blamed the money coming out of my account from a dead relative amd then proceeded to insult me and call me a liar till they put down the phone. I am currently outraged ar the fact that one of there operator's had the nerve to say all of that
taken out off my credit card I never have given authority for this, how did they get my card details
unauthorised payments taken from my account
So, since January 2016 completesave have been taking £10 per month from my account without my authority. I know this is really lax on my behalf but it has just never come to my attention until now when I didn't recognise the card number. This is because it's an old card that expired 18 months ago but the money is still being taken from my account. I don't even know what or who this company is and I have never signed up to authorise it. It doesn't even recognise my email address and I have only ever had one. It's a scam I don't even know what it is
membership
I have been a victim of the above company who has taken £180 of funds over a course of a year. They partnered with Trainline and through some sneaky material managed to sign me up. I assume there is some sneaky check box on the Trainline form I submitted. I assumed CompleteSavings was spam and never read any of their emails. I have asked for a full refund.
money taken from my account each month without my permission
I recently checked my credit card statements and realised that wly. Completesave.co.uk have been taking 15 pound every month without my knowledge or permission. This has totalled to 75 pounds and I am very angry and annoyed about this. I would like a full refund as I was unaware that I was part of this Company, and did not want to be part of it and did not use any of their services.
Please can you investigate this, I am really annoyed by it.
Thanks

Complaint has been resolved and I am happy with the result
fraudulent charges
So i've never ever used this company nor do I recognise the website, i'm being charged £15 every month for a service I have not signed up for! Feel appalled this is happening, im a student as well with very little money! I've been working 50+ hours a week to save money and I just can't believe this has been taken from my account. Please can someone get in touch with me and sort this issue!

online save
I have had money deducted from my bank account without me authorising it or without notification via e mail or letter. When I called to ask where this had come from all I could be told was that I had signed up to it on line whilst purchasing an item from amazon and then being told that ‘it's not very clear' that your signing up by the person on the end of the phone. I find this concerning as this has happened before to me and I have had to cancel this before with this company last year. It just so happens that this time it was the first time I had used a new bank card on line. Comincidence or not?
I actually feel quite violated and the speed that they agreed to refund was concerning.
I am concerned that they are targeting on line users who may not check their bank balance on a regular basis and will be in effect stealing money from unsuspecting members of the public.

i'm paying for a subscription that I didn't sign for
Last may I bought a train ticket online and after that without my knowledge a monthly payment of £15.00 as been taken from my debit card .
A google search showed me that hundreds have fallen for the same con.
It is amazing that this " companies " are still allowed to do this.
Going to cancel my card and I have sent a e-mail demanding my money back asap, because if nothing happens iI will do anything in my power to sue and publicly what this scam is doing to honest people that probably can't afford this kind of robbery.

Update: It seems that if you by a train ticket from trainline website you fall for this fraud, how can they share personal financial details with another company unless they a are in on it.
unknown
Having gone through bank statements for this year I find unauthorized amounts of £15 being deducted every month from my current account. The account is a joint account between my wife and myself. I have discussed this with her and she too has no knowledge whatsoever of having authorized these deductions. This company must be defrauding thousands of people and fraudulently amassing themselves with millions of pounds in the process.
The 'small' details at the end of their webpage disclose the following information :
Webloyalty International SARL ("Webloyalty"). Webloyalty is a limited company registered in Switzerland, with registered number CHE-
344.043.246, au 23 route de Crassier (Business Park Terre Bonne, Bâtiment A3), 1262 Eysins, Switzerland
So it appears WLY*CompleteSave.co.uk are a subsidiary of the above.
I am quite happy to give my details if required and will try to contact CompleteSave myself and request a refund of all monies defrauded from my account and I will also contact the Police, Fraud Squad regarding this company.

unauthorized monthly credit card charges
I noted a 12.00 a month credit card charge from this company appearing magically on my statements. We had to cancel this credit card for other reasons and obtained a new credit card with a new account number. I noticed the magic 12.00 charge on the new credit card statement.
I then called the 1-800 # provided on my statement to ask if they could please stop charging me for whatever this was and I was asked to provide personal information. I then asked to speak with a Supervisor. I was given a Supervisor who stated I signed up for this service by entering my email account twice. I asked which email account this was under and was told it was opened under a email account I have not used in over 10 years! So of course the next question was how did they get my credit card number and especially how did their charges begin appearing on my new credit card account!
I would say this company is commiting fraud! Beware. Call as soon as you see a charge and becareful what information you give them. They stated they would stop the monthly charge and service (whatever the service really is?)
money taken from my credit card monthly without authorisation
WLY* Complete Save have been taking money fraudulently from my debit card for totalling £15. I do a small amount of online shopping usually with the same four companies, but at no time have I requested to join the Complete Save savings plan. I have only just discovered this fraud, in part because I had a replacement credit card about a month ago and no longer have online access to previous statements, but also because the amount of £15 per month is a small enough amount not to raise alarm bells! I have now contacted my bank and had further payments stopped, I am furious that this amount of money has been stollen from my account. Somehow this company has got hold of my details, but I can confirm that I have never completed an application form to join this savings plan or received any emails or other documents from this company.
