unauthorised bank charges
Hi I am livid and confused how I came to get these charges. I have recently looked at my bank statement to find I have been charged £15 a month for a while now and looking at the reference WLY*COMPLET. Brought me here. I wish to speak to someone about a refund of a service I haven't signed up for or have any knowledge of. You can contact me on [protected]@live.co.uk thank you
money taken from me monthly without consent
I found out last night to my disgust that this company has taken money from my bank account every month for a service that I have not agreed to. These payments start in December of 2017 and the most recent one being yesterday (7th of august). Each transaction has been £15, summing in a total of £135 which I demand a refund for as I have never agreed to sign up for this subscription.
I have no words to describe how I feel about these scammers taking money from my account without my permission.

money taken from my credit card monthly without authorisation
WLY* Complete Save, I have no idea about this company. And this company takes £15 from my account monthly without any notice! That happens since last September, and I lost£150. l find out this problem last month and went to bank, I had to change a new card because of them. I just received an email asks me to find out more about my membership. I've never given my details to this company nor agree to any email from them! I didn't receive any email with a form to sign or anything to become your member, and I have never used your services! I did not agree them take money from my account, such a FRAUD! I want my money refunded and this company investigated!
not sign up for the service and they deducting 15 gbp for many months.

It goes back to 4/10/2014 where I fell into signing up trap as part of cashback trainline.I was very surprised I fell for that.
This cost me 2 + 12 +12 +12+12+7 = 57 Month * 15.00 GBP = 855 GBP.
I like to complain that I have not signed up for this service in conjunction with trainline service. (Cashback trainline).
I just cancelled subscription: "Your cancel confirmation number is: s-[protected]. Your last fee was processed on 04/07/2018. However I like 810 GBP refund for service I never use. "
I have emailed to them
Sir/Madam
Today I discovered it has been leaking 15.00 GBP since 2014 for the service I never use. After checking my email and found it was associated with trainline cashback which tied to this subscription since 4/10/2014 which has been deducting for some time until I cancelled today. I would like to ask for 855 GBP refunds dating back to 10/2014 with interest. You may find I never benefit your service or any app in my phone for this, which is the reason why you must refund 855 GBP with interest for this clever website trick that I fell for.
In addition, I have cancelled the membership.

taking money
Good morning, I would like to express my deepest concern that I am so very angry that I have had money taken from my account this morning and nothing was ever said about a monthly payment after I brought of Debenhams online! I want my money back as soon as possible! This is fraud and I won't be dealing with this gently if I do not get my money back!
such a big fraud
I have come back from bank with such shocking information that I have been paying every month 15 pounds from my account since september 2016!
So how is that possible that without my permission, signing up any forms this has been happening.
I have emailed this company asking about full refund and removing my details from their database for good! And of course to stop this fraud with an immediate action!
unauthorised charges
Complaint reference: 2018/124203 is the Online Complaint I have registered. I have called their 0800 number this morning. They cannot find my account - so could i get my bank to do a 'three way call?' - err no. 22 months of £15 = £330. there is no way I signed up for this - the trick people by slick click and control and then people having to 'opt out'. I have had no email about ' customer account' in 22 months.
So annoyed right now.
Steph - plus just like Viagogo they are located in Switzerland! Dodgy as..

fraud debits every month since dec 2016
I have recently been noticing wly*completesave debits of £15 on my bank statements . When I checked, they have been taking £15 every month since December 2016.
I need my money back. That's a total of 18months that this fraud is happening to me and I'm furious about it.
I will take legal action if my money is Not returned ASAP.
This is ridiculous how some company can debit from my account without my permission.
Let me know if you go need to go ahead with legal action as I too have been defrauded since Oct 2016. Hopefully they will refund you? Tell the page if you do and how they actioned it.
thanks
Steph
Monthly payments of £15 taken without authorisation
My husband bought an item from Argos and was offered a £15 cashback voucher- which he agreed to. Unfortunately he seems to have inadvertently signed up to a monthly subscription (presumably argos passed on his credit card details) and it took me over a year to notice the payment going out each month. Be very careful when clicking on special offers such as this! I don't think I can claim anything back as clearly he clicked on some button to accept the offer - but I object to our credit card details being passed on to a third party. This amounts to a scam and a breach of data protection legislation.
credit card unauthorised dedications
In January I purchased some deducted sale price tickets from GWR
They offered me cash back on my next booking and so I registered.
When I tried to get cashback I could not follow the procedure and thought no more about it! This morning going through my bank statements I noticed a deduction of £15.00 and then realised that they have been taking a monthly fee!
And this because I sought to get discounted train fares because I am broke!
This is what happens when national rail gets privatised - rail companies partner with shady underhand sites and encourage you to buy tickets in a January sale at a discounted rate of £15.00 and then take £15.00 from you monthly!
Surely this is illegal. I have given an unauthorised site £75.00 to receive a discounted fare of £15!
Outraged.
money
I've checked my bank and you have been taking money out of my account.
I am not happy with that especially when I haven't
Signed up for anything with yourself and want a full refund
I feel disgusted as somehow you have got my bank details to take this money from me.
I've had no notifications or emails or anything from yourself so I don't understand how this has happened and I'm absolutely disgusted
unauthorized account charges
I have noticed a payment to WLY Complete save for £15. It is not a service I recognise neither have I signed up to as I am very frugal with my account details unless it was not advised that you would be taking payment. I do remember making a purchase from a shopping site such as Boo hoo and checking a box for discounts, but I entered my card details to pay them for the goods not to pay anyone else for discounts. I can see from other comments that you take these payments monthly and with people unawares. Thankfully I keep a close eye on my account and you have taken only one payment from me. Please cancel and erase my details from your payment systems and kindly refund my £15 to me. I will be phoning in tomorrow first thing.

taking money from my account
Today i was checking my banking app And noticed this charge of 15 pound for wly.complete save
I thought it was a petrol charge as Id recently filled my car
But i put in 30 pounds of fuel
On further investigation this charge has been happening every month
Since last year
Im livid i didnt sign up for anything
Or give my details So how the hell are they getting away with this
Anybody know how to claim Your money back
As my bank said speak to them
And there useless

I have just found out that on filling in details for MyHermes account in Sept 2016, that exactly 1 month later Wly.completesaving.com have been taking £15 from my account until July 2018. This is a £450 total for using Hermes (a cheaper way to courier postal items around the UK) twice.
The freephone number has a message that says, "sorry we are experiencing an emergency" and the line cuts out. I have emailed mary@ as shown above and my bank which is 1005 online has advised me that hopefully I will get my money back as the account is considered a 'recurring transaction' linked to card purchases only; and had it been a Direct Debit the bank could take the company to task and refund me straight away.
I hope I can get this money back! There is no way I signed up for it, i have checked to see if any email confirmation was received at that time or since and I have had nothing in regards to this 'account' being set up. the idea that th only way I could have signed up is by putting in sets of details known only to me at least twice and what not MUST be something that CompleteSave can prove?
Thanks
Steph
unauthorised charges
WLY*Completesave.co.uk debited 15 Pound from my account. I never heard of them or dealt with them. From what I read now it seems to be connected with a train ticket I tried to book and also not received. I can't call them from the UAE so I blocked the card, costing me additional money.
There seems no way to retrieve the money if it is true what others have written in forums so far.

unauthorized payment
£15 has been taken out of my account without my knowing about it or purchasing anything at all. I was checking my account when I realised unauthorized charges had been made to my account without my knowledge and hear this has happened to many other people too. I would like a refund of this stolen money that was taken without asking me and the payments not to continue.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
unauthorized debits from my bank account! won't respond to my emails!
I have written into WLY complete Save to STOP taking debits form my account for over 3 MONTHS and no response.
Stop the debits - they are NOT AUTHORIZED and I have never used the service. This membership needs to be cancelled immediately and please refund me in full for all transactions against my name for last 6 months.
[protected]@salesforce.com is my email - i don't have access to this anymore so please send any further comments to : [protected]@yahoo.com
unauthorised charges to my credit card by complete savings programme
The email below should be explanation in full. These people started taking payments from my account as early as 21 Sept 2016 without either my knowledge or permission. Because it was a relatively small amount £15, I confused this with payment for a mobile phone my daughter had set up for me.
"I have been overhauling my credit card statement in a downsizing effort and am horrified to discover that I have been paying you, a company I certainly have no knowledge of, WLY* Complete Save, who have been taking money fraudulently from my Barclaycard for at least the last 21 months. This is a total of £525.
I do shop online, but never have I joined this Complete Saving plan, in fact I had to Google you to find out who and what you are. My bank advised me to do this and have also cancelled any further payments. At no time have I requested membership of the Complete Save savings plan.
I am a pensioner on a very low income and I am furious that this sum of money has been taken from my account without either my knowledge or permission. Somehow you have acquired my details, but I can honestly state that I have never asked to become a part of this savings plan, nor have I received any correspondence, emails or other documents from you or your dishonest, fraudulent company.
I want my money refunded immediately and believe me, I may be a pensioner but I know what is right and decent and I will not stop until you repay me what I am owed. Copies of this email will be sent to my solicitor, my MP and Martin Lewis, OBE, a money saving expert, an ultra-specialised journalist, a man with media influence. I am sure he will be delighted to investigate your company and your shady dealings.
Mrs Yvonne J Holden
Dear YJ Holden, Have the company back to you?
Steph - I've had money taken since October 2016
unauthorised payment
i have recently caught on that i have been charged £15 from this company which i have no idea about. as a part time retail worker and full time student these little transactions add up and make it difficult to maintain myself financially. it is more aggravating because this company is a scam and just have complaints on their website/page. i have no subscription with them so it is extremely fishy as to how they got my information, since i do very minimal online shopping.
complete save via train ticket purchase
I purchased a train ticket on Greater Anglia and clicked the button for more info and now checking my bank statements you have been deducting £15 every month since September 2017. This is not a payment/deduction that I have knowingly agreed to.
Please refund me in full for all the deductions you have taken from my account since September 2017 - a total of 9 transactions.
I also request that you immediately cease the transactions.
My name is Nicola Searles. I do not have any details of a client number.
unauthorized payments
It has been brought to my attention that complete save have been withdrawing £15 per month for months now without my consent. I didn't recognise the company name on my online banking so I clicked on it - it said to make sure I have not created an account which might have a free trial before a monthly premium. So I decided to try and log in on my so-called account and my email address has not even been registered so I could not have possibly created an account. This is fraud and I will be sure to take this further. I want my money refunded and this company to be shut down.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
