unauthorized debit withdrawal
Hello,
This company wly*completesave.com appeared on my bank statement and withdrew 15 pounds. i have read many reviews saying that this company is a scam and has been taking money from peoples accounts monthly. that is not okay. i do not know how you got my account details and have managed to take my money without my permission but i will need a refund now. if this continues to appear and i do not get a refund soon i will not hesitate to take to court.

unauthorized credit card charges
My name is Suradee and I'm Thai and not UK residence. My Citibank Credit Card number [protected] has been charged UKP 15 and I don't know what is it. Then I have checked in the website and found that there are a lot of complaints about false charge from your website. I never use your service and already informed Citibank about this unauthorized charge. I won't pay it and will never pay it. Please cancel this charge and I already cancelled the credit card you have charged and will never ever ever ever ever pay the UKP 15 you have charged.

unauthorised credit card payments
I have been charged £15 per month by this company for a service I did not knowingly sign up for. They have taken this money from my credit card without my authorisation. I have complained to the company via email today, asked them to cancel payments and I will be requesting a refund of monies taken. I have reported this action to my bank and have also asked them to ensure any further payments are cancelled.
I am at a loss, however, to know how their actions are legal. I note from numerous complainants on a range of sites that this company insists you have to actively ‘sign up' and complete their application forms to authorise payments. This is clearly not the case.
Has anyone else had success claiming back monies this company has taken without authorisation?

direct debit unauthorised
Hi
Just noticed tonight on my online banking that a 15 pound direct debit from complete saving has been taken from my account, Which I knew nothing about, looked online and read about the company and how many people had been scammed, we did not agree to anything or give our bank details. The worst thing I have looked back on how many payments they have taken and they have been taking out payments for 2 years totalling £360 for nothing.
I am cancelling the direct debit with the bank tomorrow and I want my money back, do I go to the police or can I claim back through my bank.
Thanks
Paul

Can't figure out how this company has got hold of my details but I can confirm that I have never signed any contract to join this company or received any emails or other documents from this company to prove it. I just discovered this fraud and I want my money refunded. Adele Perri

unauthorised debits from my credit card
I have had £15.00 a month taken from my credit card account since August. I do not know who this is. I have not signed anything and I have not given my details to anyone. The only place I used my card in the month in which it started was in Debenhams. They first took 99pence at the end of July then on the 3rd of each month they have taken £15.00. Can I claim this money back?
I would be grateful for any help with the above matter.
Many Thanks

HI, i would like to make a complaint about WLY COMPLETE SAVE.CO.UK. This company have been taking an unorthorized payment of 15.00pounds every month from my DEBENHAMS CREDIT CARD. I have NEVER signed up to subscribe to anything and this is obviously a scam. These payments have been taken out since last MAY 2017 and amount to 135.00 pounds all illegal. I usually pay my credit card payments every month in full so i did not notice this SCAM payment. I have stopped these payment from today after contacting DEBENHAMS .They are crediting me 3 MONTHS payments only but i expect the remaining 90.000 to be refunded? How do i go about getting the remaining money? Do i contact the police for this FRAUD company. Many thanks SARA

unauthorized debit from my account
An unauthorized debit card charge of £15 was taken from my bank account for the last two months.
I haven't signed up for any discount programs.
Exact dates of debits are 01 Dec 2017 and 31 Oct 2017. And the description for thetransaction looks like INT'L ****** WLY*COMPLETESAVE.C EYSINS VIS.
A total of 30 pounds debited from my account.
Could you please help me to get this resolved.
unauthorized charges to bank account
Checking my last bank statement I have realized that, al least in one month, you have taken 15 pounds from my account. As far as I remember, only time I have heard about this company (Complete Savings), it was when I was purchasing a bus ticket, which it was an offer to get a discount next time I would buy a ticket. I never signed for a monthly service (which the "offer" did not mention).
I NEVER gave you my bank details, only my email.
I will go to my bank tomorrow to stop and cancel any further payments. And I want you reimburse me all my [censor] money.

deceitful service
In September I clicked on a link that offered money back on a train ticket I had purchased. I filled out my details however soon gave up on trying to redeem the offer as the process was long and drawn out. Since then you Complete Savings have made two monthly deductions of £15. I believe this company are being intentionally deceptive as it was not made clear that I would be charged monthly. In comparison to any other service in which you would pay a monthly subscription the details of a monthly bill were minimal if there at all.
I would like my money back as I have not benefited from being a member and believe your company has been unethical in the way it operates. I think evidence for this is the amount of people who have been unwittingly scammed out of there hard earned money.

monies taken without my permission from by bank
I have just read my bank statement and see £15 taken by the above named company. It seems this has happened to many other people and this Company needs to be stopped straight away.
I request an immediate refund and will go to my bank tomorrow.
I have recently bought a train ticket and used the tap facility for underground services in london last week. I think this seems to be this Company's modus operandi.
Please investigate

stealing £15 from my account!!
When I check my bank account I find that there are 15 pounds charged to my account yesterday by WLY complete save. I have never heard about it and surely didn't leave any information on its website. I google this case and find many people have the same condition as me. I'd like to ask for a refund and stop the further charge. £15 means a lot to me every month! Thank you very much!
unauthorized debit card charges
Wly Complete Savings has been taking unauthorized debit card charges of £15 a month for 21 months beginning in February 2016. Being such a nondescript amount I didn't notice that the money was being taken out until recently and after contacting my bank I found out that a total of £325 had been removed from my savings account.
This is fraud because I didn't give them my bank details, have never visited their website or received any emails to say that I was a member of the site. My bank will refund £195 and I have contacted Wly Complete Savings who have said they will refund the remaining £130.
I have found out that they got my details through National Express which had a pop up about saving money on my next journey. I didn't fill out any information but they still managed to get my details.
If anyone has been affected by the same company my advice is to contact your bank to cancel future transactions and give you a refund for some or all of the money. Then contact the company on their free customer services phone number [protected] ) to demand you get the rest of your money back. Be very firm with them and they will agree to refund 3 months worth then you can fill out a claim form for the remaining amount. You can also file a report with Action Fraud on their free number [protected]) to make sure that something gets done about this fraud.
unauthorized payment deducted from my account
My husband was checking through our bank statement and noticed that £15 had been deducted from our joint account. I have absolutely no recollection of signing up to this company or anything like this and think it is all a scam.
It seems like this is something they do on a regular basis given the number of online complaints about similar incidents.
This company should be shut down!
Mrs Kettle
After paying 15 months membership fees of £15 without knowing it, I contacted Completesave. They were very cooperative and have given me a full refund as I did not use any of their discount services. They are obviously a bona fide company although I did not agree to the way they surreptitiously signed me up via the Trainline website. It has also taught me a salutary lesson and I shall check my statements more vigourously especially on small amounts.
unauthorised credit card charges
Have no idea what you do or anything about you but one thing i know is that you steal money from people like me £30 has been taken off of my account when i didn't approve of anything being taken off one time it was charged on the 9 October 2017 and the second time it was 9 November 2017 if i do not get my money back by next week i will be taking legal action.
Thank you
unauthorized credit card charges
Date: 03/11/2017
An unauthorized debit card charge of £15 was taken from my bank account due to registering for a discount on my next train journey following a link on trainline.com. No mention of a charge for the 'service' was mentioned while registering.
I was unaware I had signed up for these monthly charges and feel scammed.
I expect a full refund of £15 from the company that charged my card (WLY CompleteSavings).

I am chronically sick, disabled & on benefits! I request an urgent & full refund to my account of all money taken as no authorisation was given or intimated! This is pure & simple theft &/or fraud. been charged £31 without authorization over the past 3-4 months.
In July I bought a Pop Figure from their official site. I then signed up to get £20 back from the purchase. This amount was in my account within a week. I then got charged £1 a day before this amount was deposited into my account. Then on the 4th of September I was charged £15, I didn't notice this until today when I was charged another £15 on the 3rd of November.
I need a full refund since I did not give authorization for this company to take money from my account. I don't earn a lot of money and this amount being taken from me has a big impact. If this money isn't transferred back into my account I will take legal action.
Thank You,
Hadyn

Mrs Catherine Williams
This company has taken £15.00 from our bank account on 23/09/17 and also on 23/08/17 without my permission or knowledge.
I have googled the company and it seems they are well known for taking these type of payment from people.
I have no idea why they are charging me.
Please can you help us with a refund of the £30 which I cannot afford to lose to this company.
Thanks loads Cath Williams
