While I was putting my information into the meter, the agent came up and told me that I should use the meter on the inside of the building
While I was putting my information into the meter, the agent came up and told me that I should use the meter on the inside of the building. I went in and waited in line, then paid for a ticket. In the time I was inside, the agent went and issued a $25 parking violation on my car. It's really frustrating and disappointing.
Concord Parking is a great place to park your car
Concord Parking is a great place to park your car. I recently parked in a spot designated for small cars only on *** in Burnaby. Unfortunately, I didn't notice the small print near the curb that stated it was strictly enforced for 15-minute parking. As a result, I received a ticket.
I've tried to pay for parking several times, but this company doesn't offer other payment options
I've tried to pay for parking several times, but this company doesn't offer other payment options. They only accept credit cards, no cash or debit, which makes it really hard for people who don't have a credit card. It's frustrating to spend a lot of time worrying about parking when you should be enjoying your trip. Concord Parking has let me down every time.
Dey got a website wif a dispute section dat's easy to use
Dey got a website wif a dispute section dat's easy to use. I know from readin' dere reviews dat dey get a lotta bad rap. Some peeps were complainin' it was hard to get through to dem in da past. In my case da guy workin' was quick on da trigger (I saw what he did.) and dat happens. It don't mean da whole company ***. It's tough to judge parkin'. But anyways, shoot dem a message and be nice in yer words, dey're just regular folks like us. Just state da facts and be reasonable. I wanna take da time to post dis so dey can get some good feedback and let 'em know we appreciate their understandin'. Praise should be given more often to those who deserve it. Thanks to da person who replied so fast to my email in da office! I appreciate ya waivin' da ticket!
I parked at the Concord Parking Ltd
I parked at the Concord Parking Ltd. at the *** mall on Jan 26. I was only there for less than 2 hours when I left and came back for another hour. To my surprise, I received a ticket for 80.00. The next day, I had more business to attend to at the mall. Once again, I left to pick something up and came back, but this time I parked in a different spot. Despite the change in location, I received another ticket for 120.00. I decided to file a dispute, but after reading other complaints, it seems like this is a common practice for them. It's worth noting that in their dispute section, they show two photos of my vehicle. The first photo was taken at 1:52 and 18 seconds, and the second photo was taken at 1:52 and 27 seconds. The same thing happened with the other ticket. It seems like they are just taking two photos of different vehicles within minutes of each other. It doesn't make sense if the photos were taken at 12 noon and 3 pm. That would be a span of 3 hours, but it's clear that something fishy is going on here.
I parked at our local Gym on Jan.20/2022 and as required entered my license number for 2 hour free parking
I parked at our local Gym on Jan.20/2022 and as required entered my license number for 2 hour free parking. My license number was entered correctly and the same way for the past 5 years. I received a violation for $50.00 indicating that "vehicle was not registered". I had a witness *** I immediately disputed the ticket and also sent Concord confirmation from the Gym that I had checked in. The check in was at 9.59 am and I left at 10.59. The ticket was issued at 10.49 a.m. less than an hour after my arrival. I have since sent 4 dispute notices asking for the ticket to be cancelled because I entered my license plate and was there for one hour. I keep getting frivolous e-mail replies and my violation has not been cancelled. Totally unacceptable service
We got a ticket at the *** parking lot in South Surrey
We got a ticket at the *** parking lot in South Surrey. They said we were there for over 3 hours. We borrowed my parents' truck to run an errand and stopped at the *** parking lot to pick something up. When we came back to the truck after 15 minutes, there was a ticket on the windshield saying we had parked there for over 3 hours. We checked Concord Parking's website and saw the ticket and the 2 photos they gave as proof. One photo was too bright and the other was too dark, like they were taken at different times of the day. The photos showed several cars all in the same spot. We emailed Concord to argue the ticket and told them we weren't there for 3 hours. We also said that the other vehicle in the photo parked next to our truck was ours, and it didn't get a ticket for being there for 3 hours either. Concord emailed us back asking for receipts to prove we weren't there. They said the first photo was taken in the morning and the second when they gave us the ticket in the afternoon. We gave them the receipts and asked for proof of the time stamp on their photos. They canceled the ticket and sent a photo of a different truck at a different parking lot they patrol, with the license plate on the ticket. Then we realized that our license plate wasn't the one on the ticket on our windshield. The first 4 letters/numbers were the same, but the last 2 were different. We're disappointed that we had to email twice and give receipts to prove ourselves. *** How many other people are they doing this to? What if we were old and that was our only trip of the day and we didn't have receipts to prove we were somewhere else? This is not how you do business. Putting random tickets on people's cars.

I was at the mall, bought stuff, met folks, but got a parking ticket at Central City mall 'cause I parked for too long!
I was at the mall, bought stuff, met folks, but got a parking ticket at Central City mall 'cause I parked for too long! Violation # *** I can't dispute it on their website. Both the violation # and license plate show up as invalid. I emailed them, but no response yet.
On Saturday, October 8, 2022, my card got charged with 4 $5 payments
On Saturday, October 8, 2022, my card got charged with 4 $5 payments. I already registered my car and paid $174.43 for a semester parking pass. I got an email confirmation on September 11, 2022, at 7:53 PM. My parking pass will be good until December 31, 2022. Why am I getting these unexpected charges?
I parked my car at *** King George Blvd Surrey BC for less than 1 hour
I parked my car at *** King George Blvd Surrey BC for less than 1 hour. That day, I was taking my newborn in my car. He was crying, so I had to pull over and park at this location. I walked my baby to Shoppers, got him sunscreen, and came back to the car. To my surprise, I received a ticket for parking over 3 hours, costing me $80. This is absolutely ridiculous.

I am extremely disappointed with Concord Parking Ltd
I am extremely disappointed with Concord Parking Ltd. I registered my car with them, but I still received a ticket. I even provided them with proof of registration, but it seems like they didn't bother to check. I went to the mall's admin office to sort out the issue after receiving the first ticket. They assured me that the ticket would be canceled. However, to my surprise, I received a letter stating that I owe $800, including late fees for the parking infringement.
I contacted their dispute department and explained that there might be a mistake since my car was registered. I also mentioned the conversation I had with the admin office at the mall. I kindly requested them to waive the fee, as I did not commit any infringement. As a one-time courtesy, I hope they will consider waiving the fee.
I park at the concord parking lots in the **** district every day where my office is
I park at the concord parking lots in the *** district every day where my office is. The parking lots are for 3 hours at a time however facilitators constantly lie about what time people park. Ei) I arrive at 1030 and leave at 1230. I would receive tickets as they would say I was there an hour prior to the actual time. I would also get multiple tickets on the account for the same violation written in at the same exact time. I was double charged so I emailed asking to refund my payment as it was unjust. They required me to send my credit card over email which I did, they then completely ignored my emails and did not process a refund after saying they would. I have not heard from them in weeks. I am extremely upset ***.
I went to *** to pick up documents from someone there
I went to *** to pick up documents from someone there. I pulled into the underground parking and saw a spaces reserved for ***. As i was going to ***, I naturally assumed that these were dedicated spots for the tower and were labeled to make sure mall goers didn't use spots for people going to the tower, just like every business park and mini mall has spaces that indicate what business they are for throughout the lower mainland. I got my documents from the person i had a scheduled meeting with and even informed security when i came in i parked there. I came back to find my car ticketed. I filed a dispute giving the name and department of who i was visiting and they denied it, no explanation. I did a follow-up as to why and i was told i was parked in a "permit only spot". There was no signage that said permit required. How can you tell someone its permit required in an email yet not post a sign?
This is about a parking ticket I got from Concord Parking at ***
This is about a parking ticket I got from Concord Parking at ***. I got there around 850AM and went to the parking pay stall. I've parked there a few times this week already, working as a *** for the *** event on April 30th. I paid for one day, and the 30th event day was free parking. So, I know how to use the payment system. Today, I tried using the correct App again, but it kept saying I couldn't register for paid parking and to check the signs. But there were no signs on any of the four machines. I went upstairs and used the kiosk near the elevator to register for the complimentary two hours of parking, just to try and use their system. Later, about 2-3 hours later, I tried to pay again. The same messages came up (can't park/see signs). I took screenshots of both the morning and afternoon messages showing that the system wasn't letting me pay, and I also took photos of the four payment machines with no signs. If I made a reasonable effort throughout the day, but the machine was acting up or maybe still set on the free parking from the event the day before, so it didn't allow payments by default, it's not fair to give me a ticket. Thank you.
I just started working at a business in Surrey Central Mall on June 20, 2022
I just started working at a business in Surrey Central Mall on June 20, 2022. One day, I had a dental appointment, so I drove to work and got a ticket. I disputed it, and luckily, they waived the $80 fee. Another day, I had another appointment right after work, so I parked in the mall parking lot again, and this time I got a $120 ticket. I'll just pay that one. I did some research and found a letter from Concord on our staff bulletin board that identified the staff parking areas. I parked in one of those areas and got another $120 ticket. I went to the mall's Guest Services and they gave me the same map, showing the green shaded staff parking areas, confirming that I was parked in the right zone. I disputed that ticket, but unfortunately, it was denied. I have two issues with this situation: 1) The letter from Concord doesn't mention that the staff parking areas are paid, and there are no signs in the lot indicating that it's paid parking. 2) The ticketing people put all three tickets in the space between the front windshield and hood, as well as on the passenger side of the vehicle. The tickets are white, unlike other parking ticket companies' tickets that have a fluorescent side, making them easier to see or secure under a windshield wiper. Concord doesn't do either of those things. It feels like Concord is trying to hide the tickets and benefit from their practices. I think that's completely unfair. Here's what I want to happen: ~Concord should create a new letter with a map that clearly shows where the staff parking zones are, the fees associated with them, and the process for purchasing parking. ~Concord should waive the $120 fine I received when I parked in the designated staff parking lot on July 13. Thank you.
On February 18, I went to Richmond Centre Shopping Centre, where Concord Parking took care of the parking
On February 18, I went to Richmond Centre Shopping Centre, where Concord Parking took care of the parking. I had two trips that day. The first trip was from around 1025AM to 1040AM. I parked in their upstairs parking lot, close to the food court entrance. I went inside to get some takeout from ***. After that, I left with my car and exited the lot from the ground exit near ***, onto Minoru Blvd. Later that day, around 250PM, I returned for a second time and made a purchase at ***, which is right under the food court. I parked in the same area as in the morning and entered through the food court entrance. I left around 325PM and noticed a violation ticket on my dash. I exited the parking lot. The ticket claimed that my vehicle had been parked for more than 4 hours in their lot. I went to their website and tried calling them, but all I got was an automatic message telling me to use their online complaint/dispute form. So, I made an account and filed a dispute. I gave them all my information and even asked if they could check their security cameras to see that my vehicle had left the lot in the morning. My total parked time didn't even reach 4 hours, not even half of it. I received an email back from their department saying that the time starts when I first parked at their lot and it doesn't matter if my vehicle left or not. They also said that if I return to the parking lot, the time still counts from when I first parked. I find this response unacceptable and illogical. I made two separate trips, and even if you add up the parked time, it still doesn't exceed 4 hours. I wanted to respond and ask for clarification, but they replied with a Do Not Reply email address, blocking any further communication.
On December 15, I parked in the underground parking area near *** at the base of the
On December 15, I parked in the underground parking area near *** at the base of the ramp in a designated parking space. I got there around 0915h and had a chat with a friend who parked right across from me. They told me where to find the pay station, so I went there and bought a ticket for three (3) hours, which cost me $6.00. I have the parking receipt with serial number *** and the associated ticket number ***.
After about 2-1/4 hours, I returned to my car and found a notice-of-violation ticket from Concord Parking. They charged me $50 for parking over 30 minutes. They issued the ticket at 11:35h, and I was really surprised because I had paid and there was only one sign near the ramp exit that mentioned 30 minutes of free parking. There were no other signs to indicate any additional rules.
I decided to dispute the ticket at 1330h on December 15, using the online dispute mechanism. I provided all the details mentioned above, as instructed on their website. They said they would respond within 72 hours, but that didn't happen.
After a week, on 2021-12-22, I checked online and saw that my violation was still active. I tried calling and left a voice message with my name and phone number, but nobody returned my call. I checked again on 2022-02-08, and the violation was still there. I left the same message at the contact number they advertised.
I have a photo of my car, the parking receipt, and the notice-of-violation. The time stamp on the image is 2021-12-15 1241h, which supports all the details I mentioned earlier and confirms that I had paid and was still within the allowed time.
Interestingly, my friend who arrived in a pickup truck and bought a ticket just before me didn't receive a notice-of-violation. It's impossible for the attendant to have checked the parking ticket machine database and issued a ticket without any reason. There's definitely something very wrong going on here.
