We have ordered a sofa from CORICRAFT at the Crescent in Durban - Our sales lady Tarryn Bosch cannot assist us even after explaining the situation.
Firstly they have been extremely unhelpful and not accommodating.
We purchased this sofa to be delivered to an apartment in Cape Town, and even after the very long wait, we were excited to finally receive the sofa - the delivery guys got to the apartment at The Tokyo in Capetown and then thats were our situation begin.. The SOFA DID NOT FIT into the apartment, we tried every angle, every option however it just didnt fit in - the guys then took the sofa back and we have since tried getting helping regarding this, but we are just hitting brick walls, we didnt request a refund at first, we would be happy if they could swap it out for us for the smaller sofa, however they have come back and advised that is not possible as well - so as a customer who regularly supports this brand, it is extremely sad that we are not being assisted - I mean what do we do now? cancel our 3 year lease because a sofa doesn't fit or just walk away from R16668.00?
