Costway Chair defect

I purchased a high back racing style gaming chair reclining office executive task computer Last April . The warranty was for 90 days . About 3-6 months went by and the arms and seat started to wobble . I could not see the problem . Than staples starting falling out . I was finally able to see what the trouble was . I took the seat & legs off and the bar that was welded to the seat frame came off . ( defective weld ) . I contacted the company and they said they do not have replacement parts . I need to get this fixed on my own . How do I fix a weld ? Please let me know how to get this resolved . My telephone # is [protected] . Thank you John Wojenski

Costway Damage item and delivery box damage at door

I received my item tonight by ups on 2/19/2019. Costway 17.6 twin-tub washing machine blue and white. first the bottom of the box fell out, 2nd when check the machine the side hose for the water was badly bent and has yellow paint on it. Also the cover for the spinner does not snap close the electric white cord to plugin is damage with fine cuts, ups # is IZ82v59f0335831339 my Tel is [protected] my email [protected]@Verizon.net. I know that I would need a new hose because I tried to bend it back in shape also there is yellow paint on it the electric cord I can deal with, But the spinner lid does not snap lock and I don't know if it will make the different in spinning. I can not return it in the original box because there is no bottom when it was delivered your 4 straps held together. Please give me a call and maybe we can work this out I sent you the pictures P.S. I have a doctor Appt on 2/20/19 so Friday would a good day to call

Costway High pressure cleaner ep22894re

Just received this item and 2 complaints.. The manual is without a doubt the very worse ever. Not only is it written in broken english, but has no details on assembly of the unit and accessories with descriptive pictures of each part 2. You could have at least supplied the screws needed for attaching the reel to the main body. Haven't used it as yet, but I am holding my breath with regard to the to performance

I purchased the COSTWAY High Pressure Cleaner (EP2289RE).

There were no screws, no directions on proper assembly instructions, and I have no phone number to call and ask for the proper information to make this work. PLEASE ADVISE!

Can't someone PLEASE help me correctly assemble this pressure cleaner!?

I ordered a pink playpen crib with Costway online and they never sent me the shipping tracking number! This is some straight up [censored] that they have such [censored]ed up customer service that they don't even have a phone number to call them at companies like that shouldn't even excist no wonder why their [censored] are going out of business they don't even know how to run a business all I want is my [censored]en tracking number that's it!

Costway 15 drawer k/d storage trolley hw53825

I guess I should have checked this page before I ordered one of your products. Seems you have a very shoddy customer service and product reputation. But, I'm going to give it a try.

I ordered the referenced item via Walmart and received it promptly. It's very flimsy and certainly not worth the $75+ I paid for it.

Four (!) of the shallow drawers were broken on the corners. I would like replacements shipped--well padded--to me. Four drawers were broken, a couple on more than one corner, which is why there are seven photos.

Costway Steam mop

I received my steam mop and set it up. However, the white pad keeps coming off. There is a triangular piece of plastic that I tried to put on, but that only makes a scratching sound across the floor. The instructions aren't clear enough. How do you get that pad to stay on? The unit was received on January 11/2019 and all parts seem to fit together well. It's just that one problem with keeping the pad on. I see that you only sent one pad. Wasn't I supposed to receive 2?

I was sent a defective tree which has exposed wires and sticky with tape. The product is a mess and it was noticeable that this item had been returned by another customer. Inside the box was a note from a woman in Florida requesting full credit. Extremely disappointed with your merchandise. Also missing the so called ornaments (stars). Costway 8' pre - lit christmas tree 750 led lights

I purchase a Christmas tree and it doesn't work. The light won't turn on and the tree branches are broken and some already felt apart and I haven't even started to put it together cause I am afraid is going to break so I imagen that when I spread the branches it will fall apart. This is a brand new tree and I shouldn't have to go through all this problems. I called for over a week everyday [protected] none one pick up it disconnects sometimes. I left messages many times and a Walmart supervisor also left a message about this matter and nothing. I sent and email along with the pictures and the video to service.[protected]@costway.com and nothing. I need a refund ASAP or a NEW replacement that is not broken and that the light work to be mail to me ASAP. I have small kids and NOW we don't have a tree, they asked me everyday about the tree. This is not acceptable

Costway Professional fm transceiver

You do not answer your phone's, I am needing to order an adapter that hooks up to a computer. Please someone get in contact with me, [protected] or [protected]@ gmail.com if we can not order an adapter I would like to return the item. Thanks for your help. I have never felt with another company that makes you go through so many loops to talk to someone, or to deal with a situation. Please just refund our money and you will never have to hear from us again. This is ridiculous!

Costway Portable manicure table

I received my table today. It appears that the bottom right leg was attached at the time but became detached and was put in the box. The leg is supposed to be stabilized with 6 screws but only 4 were in the box. Also as shown in pictures below there is damage to the right corner on the bottom and top. It appears to have been hit but was still placed in the box and shipped to me. I really needed this table and now I have to wait to find another one.

Costway Parts washer

Parts washer was used for approxiamately five minutes and motor seized up. I tried calling your so called customer service line and was put on hold for over 1 hour. I then tried dialing zero as the recorded voice suggested and was cut off. All the while being told how important my call was. I then tried to get to the site service.[protected]@costway.com as the operator option told me to do and no such site exists. What a terrible way to treat customers. If all of your products are as lousy as this motor you guys need to get into some other line of work or hire more customer service reps. Very disappointed in product. Someone from your sham company needs to respond!

I purchased a folding desk from Walmart almost a month ago. It arrived damaged beyond repair. I have asked Walmart 3 times to get some help and they keep telling me that you will contact me in 1 day. Hasn't happened. I aIm getting quite perturbed because I need a desk by October 5th because I start a job that requires a desk. I ASKED FOR A REPLACEMENT BUT NOW I WANT A REFUND. NOW!

Costway I am not complaing. I am looking for an answer. You do not answer your phone

I bought a Cost way Recliner Massage Sofa Chair Deluxe Ergonomic Chair a few months ago. My puppy chewed the remote control and I need to find a new one to replace the one that came with the chair. Costway Costway 9ft patio umbrella patio market steel tilt with/ crank outdoor yard garden (tan)

In the picture on the internet it showed a base as part of the item. When I received the umbrella, there was no base included in the box. Where is my base? Does it come in a separate box? Since the picture showed as base, I assumed it would come with the umbrella. I now have no way of using the umbrella. Please send me the base that was shown in the picture of the umbrella.

Costway Makeup vanity model hw56631

I ordered a vanity and it was missing parts. So I emailed the company since they have no phone number and was told it would take 30 days to get the missing pieces. On top of that the flip mirror is not centered so there is a large gap on the left side. After asking for a refund since it would take so long I have not heard back. The customer service is horrible when this is something that I did not do, but the company is to blame.

This chair is almost impossible to get the together the screw holes are in the wrong place and it's tiny, it's not made for an adult. The green stripe that goes down the back and on the chair seat doesn't even match it's about an inch off at least. The way the back is on the seat it makes you lean forward it's very uncomfortable no one can sit like that.

Costway 12v kids ride on car with remote

Hi,
I ordered remoted control 12 v ride on car. But i received car with no pedal/remote switch to it, but remote has been provided.. i ordered for my kid who has to come back in july.
When i fixed it was working fine, even though wrong item has been sent.
When we opened now it stopped working. We haven't used that product at all.. in walmart.com site it's not allowing to return.
I want refund back for my product.. please do it.

Costway 2 remote control cars

One of the cars did not come with keys and the other did not come with a remote. It has been over 30 days and still no remote. Cannot talk to a live person. I have twin boys and they haven't been able to use the cars. It's not fair and unacceptable. Customer service is very unprofessional and unproductive. My twins have not been able to ride or enjoy the cars. I worked double shifts to purchase those cars.

Costway Costway 6v kids ride on motorcycle battery powered 3 wheel bicycle electric toy

I have ordered the motor bike in walmart for my kid of age 3.4yrs.

Issue1# Its mentioned in the online info the bike is suitable for 3-5 yrs age but for my kid its too small.

Issue2# The battery plugins provided for the charger and the bike are same, so not able to connect the charging as well.

And This is very bad the costway customer care not responding and disconnecting the call while I am trying to reach cost way.This is not good one.Please help me how can I return this product and refund the amount.

Costway Refunds for broken or defective items received

I ordered a desk that was broken upon arrival. The broken area is detrimental to the stability of the desk. I emailed for a return and refund. That was a week ago. I finally got a response this morning. The email offers me a $20 refund and asks me to keep the broken item. $20? For a broken desk I paid $120 for? I want the full refund and to be rid of this paper desk... Full refund per policy... I wonder if costway is up to a class action lawsuit. There seem to be many unhappy customers regarding broken items and no refunds.

Very bad company over all. How come they don't provide direct contact phone number for USA customers?
Every other company out there big or small have working customer service number but COSTWAY don't.
I guess because they know their quality of merchandise.
