I ordered a package from yes to buy and they used couriers please to have it delivered. It was supposed to be 4 business days (ordered on the 4th of august 2023) to get here. When more than a week went past I started making email enquiries as to where the package was. I was ignored at first. Then I got excuses. More ignoring. Then an email on the 16th to say it was coming that day. It did not come that day. A couple of days later I tried to make contact again. More ignoring me. I made a complaint to the ACCC. Tried again to make contact and got 2 people on the chat box on the couriers please website but they shut the chat down on me as soon as I raised the complaint. I tried a 3rd time and when I was understandably upset by this stage the guy on the chat box was condescending and spoke down to me when I said I was tired of being treated like [censored]. He then kept me waiting for about half an hour and finally said he would put a priority on it. That was the last contact. I have heard nothing from them since. Yesterday the package was still on their site sitting in Brisbane. Now you can't see anything of the package at all. I explained I'm on a pension and can not afford to make paying for items I don't receive. The staff are rude and unhelpful. This seems to be a pattern with them and majority of their reviews are horrid.
Desired outcome: I would like my package delivered by next week. I would like a sincere apology. And I would like for them to pay the $146 for the crate that I ordered for the stress and frustration they have caused me.
