On the 01/12/2023 I received an email saying my parcel was delivered. I clicked straight on the email and it said I had signed for it, which I didn’t. I went out the front and looked a nothing insight.
I then went to the email and clicked that I didn’t receive the parcel. I went onto the website and went to the online chat. It was confirmed that the driver had taken it to the wrong address. I was told it was now with the ‘investigations’ team.
I then received an email 2 days later saying it was with the resolutions team. I responded on the 4/12,5/12 and the 7/12 asking for updates. On the 12/12 saying they are still working on mh enquiry. In between all of that I had been trying to call, but when you call a link just gets sent to your phone and you have to go to an online chat. Was very frustrating as I couldn’t actually talk to anyone.
On the 7/12 I asked where I could make a formal complain, in the response I received on the 12/12 the question was no answered. I sent a reply email saying my question had been ignored and asking how I make a complaint. On the 15/12 I received a response asking me to extend my patience while the situation was being resolved and they are continuously coordinating with the fleet team.
I raised the issue immediately. I was told at the beginning the driver would have to go back and get the package and reliever to the right address. It has now been 2 weeks and the issue is still being ‘investigated’
Why as a consumer as I having to chase around a courier constantly with no actual response, no one to actually talk to. I went to their website to search complaints and there were no results.
Claimed loss: $68
Desired outcome: Package to be recovered, a proper response and a phone call from the investigations team. Why do they have a phone number if you can’t actually talk to someone. Why is there no complaints process in place

I have given them a try a few times and have had multiple problems. These days are now virtually uncontactable if/when things go wrong. I would avoid CouriersPlease at all costs. Probably the worst experience of any company in any domain I have ever had to deal with. You have been warned.
