Hi! I would like to file a formal complaint about the items that I received earlier this morning for which I paid 499 PHP. It was for my order (Jisu Mini Portable Fan) that I placed through a website I came across. When I opened the package, it contained 4 pieces of wet wipes and a cut paper board. I have pictures and a tracking number. Whoever the seller is that sent this through your company is a complete scammer who could potentially do more things like this! Return refund
This incident is regarding to a customer who went here in our warehouse last August 2024 to complain that she received a wrong item. Then the admin made IR about her complain, and after that the admin was advised to send the IR to Ms. Masola because she was our Finance. The customer waited for too long up until now. The customer called the finance department and she was advised to come here again in our warehouse. And now the work ticket was closed without any resolution/unresolved. As per the customer she file a case against J and T and to the personnel involved with this incident. We cant give a full details abou the parcel since the Waybill was already closed without resolving the problem. Last August we are advised to send the IR to the Finance Department. So his the App we are using right now cant retrieve the file/docs that was sent 3 months ago so we can’t retrieved the file.

Rider steal my parcel
At first rider say he put on top of my postbox since the parcel can't fit into my postbox. Its weird because item is small, my postbox is big. After that he send me photo, when I go to pick up, the item is not there! Plus the feedback link I cant go thru after I told him I did not receive my item. Bad customer service! Bad rider!
I am a seller and I need to ship out my parcels this day and since this will be the last day for the orders.. And since there's no electricity here in our area, I wont be able to print a waybill.. So I asked them to print a waybill, pinakisuyuan ko sila.. And they answered that they're no longer printing. I insist kase nga ngayon lang ulit bc wala lang talagang electricity here sa amin... And they still refused.. And what do I have to do eith my parcels? Hayaan ma-cancel nalang?! Just for the fricking waybill?! Gosh! If I would be able to give u zero stars! I would talaga!

J&T staff stole 9 items from our parcel.
We sent a parcel from Kota Damansara to Sabah. Tracking online showed a photo of damaged parcel in Sabah and note saying receiver refused to accept item, thus parcel will be returned to us.
We contacted receiver. Receiver said no delivery attempt was made. They never saw parcel.
When we got the box back, it was badly taped up. We found 9 items worth over RM100 each missing. We complained. They were only willing to offer RM300 compensation. Parcel never left J&T system in the round trip journey.
We have decided to make a police report because the company is protecting employees who are stealing from their customers hundreds of ringgit worth of items but compensating only a fraction. They obviously know the routine.
Anyone else has this expereince? Everyone should make police report.
Claimed loss: Retail Price 1,365.00
Desired outcome: Full compensation of cost RM 800++ plus acknowledgement that they have investigated and fired employees stealing from customers.

I ordered 1 stuff and i put the address into my university and each uni will have a place send our package items in that MBE service center. However, this time I order, that guy decided to place my package on the table that is located at the main entrance of my campus(basically an open area place). Missing package and customer service respon
I left my goods at Hotel Santika Bukit Tinggi and they delivered it via J&T Express to my address in Jakarta on 26th December 2023. My parcel hasn’t being deliver to me but the system update said so. The system was out for delivery since 6 Dec and later on was updated to attempts unsuccessful, and said I requested to be deliver at other time, while I never receive calls or messages regarding the delivery when I was at the address the whole time. Few of my parcels that are also using J&T courier were delivered to me just fine.
Later on 9 Dec, suddenly someone from the office branch texted me through Whatsapp and asked me to pick up on my own at their office because THE DISPATCHER WAS ON LEAVE 5 DAYS ALREADY. My concern is that, first, the system update was wrong and disinformation. Secondly, how can they asked me to self pick up when they are at fault. Maybe try to find another dispatcher cause the parcel has been delayed? I am at surprise with the service.

The parcel I received was not the parcel I ordered since I just authorized a person to claim the parcel so i cannot verify if that parcel was correct. When I called the authorized person, she says it was a backpack.
The status of the parcel was canceled. Then suddenly, there was delivery on that item so i though it was just a technological issue not knowing I was being scammed.
The tiktok shop of the seller was already closed and I cannot reach it anymore.
Desired outcome: I hope I can claim the money I paid for that bag.

I am very disspointed with jnt service at this moment. I ordered my parcel since 24 nov and the parcel is dispatched from sorting center by 26 nov. But till 30 nov i havent receive any parcel. After that requested my dad to pack the item and deliver to our neighbour, when i got hold of this information i got very angry and started the argument, she even mention we are breaking the law for opening others parcel, which in case she deliver on my doorstep. I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to complain regarding my undelivered parcel. To find out, my parcel was received last September 18, 2023. I did call the assigned delivery man to trace my parcel but we found out that he's not in the company already. We went to Butuan 2 branch last Nov. 25, 2023 in the afternoon. On the next day we followed up, we found out that the tracking number was in the status - Out for Delivery. I never received the Physical Item but the part time delivery man said he already delivered the item. With this, we would like to ask for your immediate action on this.
