Today 1/11/2023 at about 1.30 pm I had a delivery made that was supposed to be delivered yesterday, this delivery was dropped over my front fence by a child aged between 10-11 years of age, there was a woman driving the van she didn’t get out of the van.
I asked if my parcel could be brought upstairs and this woman yelled at me, “ we are not allowed “ then just took off, my delivery label says, Please leave on patio not steps. I am 79 and disabled I have great difficulty getting down my 7 steps to get to my front fence that is readily accessible to anyone. I have been through this before with Couriers Please and wad was assured if I put ,please leave on patio on the delivery label it would be fine, it’s not fine.
The driver was rude and your agent on chat tells me what she dis was correct that includes using a child and being rude, I have asked what do I have to do to have my parcels delivered to my patio. This is the only delivery service that I ever have trouble with all the others are really good and bring my parcels in and leave them where ai can get them
Being disabled I do all my shopping on line because of this I live alone so there is no one here to help.
I find your delivery policy terrible that packages are left where they can be easily stolen by anyone passing by.I will be rethinking buying from anyone that uses your delivery service and I am appalled that the use of children to work as delivery people is disgusting . I’m sure this will fall on deaf ears as my previous complaints have but thought ai would let my feelings be known. I am still upset by the entire ordeal as well as being yelled at by the lady driver sitting in the van while the child dropped the package over the fence I just thank goodness there was nothing breakable in it. I have security footage if this if needed .
Desired outcome: Have drivers talk with respect and follow directions on the delivery label
