I am so sick of dealing with this company! You people are shocking! Your customer service is non-existent!
The driver attempted to deliver my parcel on Tuesday. I was at home but he basically just stayed for 30 seconds and then left. I ran to the door and when I got there, he was already gone. He literally rang the bell once and I literally ran to the door. It would have taken me 30 seconds to get to the door. So I decided to contact your useless customer service chatline. I have instructed them to redeliver the parcel on Friday because I won't be home the next day. I have reiterated it over and over and over again to redeliver it on Friday so I can receive it. But guess what?! Your dumb drivers tried to deliver it the next day. I have also instructed them to call me when they are outside the door. I didn't get any phone call because again, your people are incapable of following basic instructions.
And then, your resolutions team told me that they can't guarantee that my parcel will redelivered on Friday but if I'm not home to receive it, the parcel will be dropped off at the nearest collection point. And guess what happened?! Your driver didn't drop it off at the collection point. Instead, I received an email advising that they attempted to deliver my parcel but there was no one home. I was also advised to contact you for redelivery.
So what is it? Do I need to keep contacting you for redelivery or is my parcel going to be dropped off at the nearest collection point? Your company is ridiculous! I wish I never have to deal with you ever again! I just want my parcel to be delivered! It's not difficult!
Desired outcome: Deliver my parcel!!!!!!!!
