I am giving two stars due to my recent experience with customer service at Courts Tampines. When I first called the hotline, the representative was very patient and attentive. He listened to my request to get a shorter delivery window, as I believed all schedules were pre-set for the day. However, after waiting for over an hour, the delivery person did not call us.
I called again and spoke with a lady named Norain. Although I admit I was impatient and raised my voice, I was frustrated that she did not listen to my concerns and repeatedly provided the same information while I was speaking.
I understand that my behavior could have been better, but I expect customer service representatives to be more attentive and responsive. Norain's approach was disappointing, and I believe she could learn from the first representative I spoke with, who handled the situation much better.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
