I purchased a Bosch dishwasher from the Court Orchard Branch on December 13, 2023, with Tax Invoice #[protected]. The purchase included an extended 3-year warranty amounting to $1,174.90, and the scheduled delivery date was December 21, 2023.
Unfortunately, the delivery personnel assigned to the task exhibited a lack of experience or competence, rendering them unable to connect or install the new dishwasher in the same location as the previously installed Bosch dishwasher. In response to this situation, your Salesperson, Anderson Leong Weng Hong (ID: 30888), advised me to seek assistance from an external Court’s installer, TLJ Solutions Pte Ltd, at an additional cost of $140.
On Christmas Eve, I engaged an external installer recommended by Bosch, who efficiently connected and tested the dishwasher within just 5 minutes, incurring a charge of $80. Despite my repeated requests, Salesperson Anderson Leong Weng Hong, with approval from his Boss, has failed to provide any response as of today regarding the refund of $80 for not performing a simple task.
I kindly request your prompt attention to this matter, as the lack of communication is causing inconvenience and dissatisfaction. I believe a swift resolution to refund the $80 is not only fair but crucial to maintaining customer satisfaction.
