Credit card fees
Had their card since 2014. Had not used it for at least 2 years. Recently I saw a yearly fee show up of $59.60 cents. Called and told them to close the account.
They offered a new card with no fees, which I accepted. This was offered twice by 2 different people. One week ago I get a notice that I am "delinquent" in the amount of $59.60. They were asking for $41.95 to bring the account current, which I immediately paid (I should not have). I called and asked for a refund. They gave me "credit" for $14.95 and said the account will be closed. Am 76 and have worked hard to get an excellent credit rating. They are shorting me $27.00. Whoever is reading this thanks for your time.
They won't send confirmation emails of conversations and agreements. The
"customer service" will not give last names. It is actually a pain to do business with these people.

Credit One will not let me make a payment if it is not tied to a bank account. I recently had to cancel my checking and savings due to fraudulent activity. I do have other forms of payment but they will not accept. Therefore this will effect my credit and the amount owed will continuously go up. I have tried every way possible to make contact with someone to take care of this issue. I want my account closed immediately as well so it will not continue to go up. I'm fine making payments to what I currently owe but will not pay their overdue fees

Do Not ever consider Credit One Bank to use as a credit card account. There is literally no one you can get to help with resolving payment issues. They literally will not accept my payment but continue to add late charges. In addition there is no way to cancel the account so the amount does not continue to go up even if you will agree to pay it off
Credit one bank credit card
On February 22,2023 my payment was due for the amount of 30 dollars. On February 23,2023 I made an expedited payment of 100 dollars and paid an extra $4.95 because credit one bank app states my credit will be adjusted immediately, $104.95 was drafted from my account by credit one bank on February 23,2023. It is now February 26,2023 and I am still being harassed and woken out of my sleep because my account is past due $30.00. Then I get attitude from the person on the phone saying my payment will be posted in 1-2 business days. It is clear false advertising that if I paid $4.95 that my account will be adjusted immediately. I told them on the 23rd to stop calling me because I made a payment and I’m still being called . Desired outcome: I want my account adjusted and my money back . I also want the harassment calls to stop. I also want the lady who was taking my call to be reprimanded for being sarcastic and saying sir we are not harassing you.

Please stop harassing me! You are being very annoying and has called me over 50 times just within the last month! I understand that I have a balance, but I currently do not have a job and is trying the best I can to pay bills and look for another job! What you are during is illegal and against the law and being a consumer, I have the right to escalate this if it doesn't stop! You can report it on my credit but please stop calling me! Charged added after card paid off/new credit card never received
I paid off my card and noticed charges added to my account. I called about an investigation and asked the card be cancelled. I was sent a message with charges spanning over four months. How can I have charges on the card back several months without ever being late. Then I looked at my credit report and noticed another card added with charges on the new card I never received. I've been charged for charges I never made in the past and paid for them but I'm not going to continue paying for charges I never made. I asked for an investigation and never received any information back and the cards are still open. This is such a scam. I'll be sending information to every new agency, social media, along with consumer reporting agencies to have someone look into this scam affecting many people.
Desired outcome: Close the accounts and take the late charge off my credit report. The card I never received should be deleted along with the fake charges.
Illegal charges
To Whom It May Concern,
I cancelled my credit card in October 2022, as my card was paid off and I received an invoice with a small balance of around $10. I spoke with a representative in Oct, Nov and Dec regarding continuous monthly charges. I have paid each charge in full (fraudulent charges) I have confirmation numbers to provide showing each payment I have made (I never should have had to pay these fraudulent charges). The last time I spoke with a representative in December 2022 I was told there would be no more charges, as once again, I HAVE CANCELLED MY CARD! Back to October 2022 when the charge of $10 was invoiced to me, I spoke with a representative and was told once the $10 was paid, the acct would be closed. That $10 was paid and also was turned over to collections claiming it was 30 days late (I have never been turned over to collections in my life) and has gone against my great credit that I have always maintain. Because of these illegal and fraudulent charges on my account and being turned over to collections (which should not have happen.) I am now having an issue with securing an equity loan for my home. I have exhausted all resources at this time, as I file my complaint to you today. I am contacting the Better Business Bureau and also filing a complaint with the worse of reviews for all to see. I will be seeking legal representation against Credit One along with encouraging everyone who has experienced issues with your company to do the same. Your company is incompetent as is your uneducated employees/representatives.

Fraudulent account
The BBB just recently helped me settle a fraudulent account with Credit One. I received a letter dated 2-4-2023 from Credit One saying they had found the account to be fraudulent and that I was not responsible for any of the charges and that all related fees and interest charges will all be credited and will appear on an upcoming billing statement . They were to also remove all delinquencies related to my credit report . A few days later I received a statement that on 2-6-2023 they transferred the fraudulant account to a new account so I got a bill to pay the amount that was found to be fraudulent . Just when I thought the nightmare was over (as it took a few months to settle ) it continues . The BBB won't help this time because they say it was already settled and I owe nothing to Credit One . And by the way Credit One has reported the new account to my Credit Reports.
Desired outcome: Close account and remove all fraudulent charges

1. Payments are being withheld for validation and verification.
2. My banking institution needs to be verified.
3. Express payments are applied same day for $4.99
I made payment on the 32/09/2023, it has not posted to the account. I was told the funds will not be available to me for 7 to 10 days because it is over100.00 Dollars. This is the information posted on the company webpage, I am concerned something is wrong with the information the representatives are sharing and no one can explain the reason properly.

On my credit report, I have found the following information. Your company has reported a delinquent account with my name since last summer. I am assuming that someone in the USA has been able to access some of my information. That same someone opened this account and is apparently using it regularly because the amount in September 2022 was $636 and is now $854. You should be able to determine where these charges occurred.

Verification authentication
I cannot access my account online due to the authentication process. I understand not being able to make changes to my account online without the process. However, when I call customer service with all my information, they cannot change my primary number or email for authentication. Therefore, I am permanently locked out of my account. I just ordered another card. I will pay this off and never use them again if they can't provide me away to check status and pay online.

A payment that was reversed that I just sent in when I got paid it wasn't reversed to me
I got a notification from credit one that the payment I made of $55 and some change on February 1st was reversed without posting to my credit card account. My debit card is not showing that transaction coming back to me And it shouldn't have been reversed in the 1st place because I had just gotten my money. Your automated phone service is down and I have been unable to change my password and user name, due to issues with a hacked gmail account, they actually wanted me to submit my new information thru the mail, huh trust me I have tried to work with these people b4 and I cannot even get a paper statement, I want a statement and I want it w/o any jumping thru hoops. Yes I been with this card for 5 years on time payment..only thing I did wrong was put the wrong date when I was sending the money on line.when I realized it was the wrong date. I try to cancel it.it would not let me.it kept processing the payment.so then I call them . There nothing they can do . They can’t stop the payment.so now it get reverse back. Unable to reset password or make payment
Credit One Bank AMEX CARD. Unable to make payment on their website. I have my username/password saved to a password locker, whenever I try to log in I get an error mesage that my information is not correct and I'm prompted to reset my password. When I try to change the password the form goes blank or I get an error message that my information is not valid. It is impossible to get anyone on the phone because the recording says they are closed and directs me to call back during normal hours and the cuts off before the hours are mentioned. I have a feeling this is a scam to delay a person making a payment then tack on fees after they call you to "remind" you to make a payment. Does anyone know if these people are being sued or investigated for fraud or theft.

the reason why I am complaining about this credit card company is because I fell like I was lie to by the representative I been having this card for 7 years then one day I was going to make a payment I was told that my account was close because the bank account number came back denied but I did not received a call, not a email are nothing so I made two payment for the month of December and January even thought it was not due i was told that my credit card will be issues a new one so its been a week still no card so i call back again and they told me that something seen suspicious because the my bank account was different I states that I can have two bank account so they was being bias, discriminatory because I have two bank account number I was on the phone for hours still did not get the help I need they also said that I need to send them a copy of my bank statements for what its they fault bad services.

I have a small account with Credit One. I had a payment of $30.00 due on 1/19/23. To be sure it was made on time, I phoned in my payment on 1/18/23. I was given a confirmation number and was told that my payment was accepted. On 1/26/23 I received an email stating that my payment was past due! I now had a $60.00 payment due. They also added a $39.00 late fee. I called to let them know that I had a confirmation # and that I made the payment on 1/18/23 and they said it was not accepted. I made the decision to just pay the account off and close the account. They then told me to call back tomorrow. I told him I wanted it done tonight, since I had him on the phone. They then changed me another $4.95 express fee to pay off the account. I was then transferred to another account rep that pressured me to keep the account. Did not like their customer service, their excessive fees and their 28% interest rate and a $95.00 annual fee. Do not do business with this company. They will take advantage of you.
Desired outcome: Return of the $39.00 late fee and the $4.95 express fee.

I have not received a card for this account. What I did receive was a billing for $95.00 yearly service charge which I didn't know I would be charged for. I called and was told it takes a while for the credit cards to be sent & still no card. I did make my first payment of $30 because I was informed if my payments were late, they would charge me $39.00 for late payment. I need help.
Desired outcome: I would actually just like this card cancelled, my $30.00 refunded & move on.
Online banking for credit cards
can't believe that a company that runs it's business like you do is still in business. I have 2 accounts with Credit One. I set up online account access and I carefully wrote down the user names and passwords for both accounts. Every time I tried to go online to make a payment I was told that my user names or passwords were incorrect. Over and over I attempted to get this straightened out and over and over I met with nothing but confusion. I tried calling in and always got some foreigner that you had to be multilinquistic to understand. I understand that you guys are in business to make money but it sure doesn't help in that regard when you piss off your customer. I know these Indians will work for 50 cents an hour and a bowl of rice but that savings is going to cost you because there are a lot of people like me that won't stand for it. They will tell you just where to shove that cute little credit card.
And, while we are at it, lets just discuss how you make your real money. You take my signature and my Straw Man's SS# from the application and you monetize it for the full amount of the credit being sought. In other words you obtain the funds in advance from the applicant's TDA, whether or not you actually grant credit to the applicant. If the applicant has poor credit, you deny the credit card and keep the funds. If he has good credit, you send him a charge card and keep the funds so that every time he charges an item he is using his own funds and then pays the bank for that use of his own funds. The bank never puts up a dime of its own. You are all bonded not to tell us about our treasury direct trust account that you access in advance for every so-called bank loan. I used to think that garbage collection was a dirty business, but my studies have taught me the banking is by far the dirtiest business on the planet--and the Vatican controlled insurance business is number 2 [[censored]].

I paid 29.99 fpr them and just want that money put back on my card. Tried calling customer service with no live person. It was ordered on 12/16/22. Tracking was on www.track718.com. If you look at those phone numbers it's china numbers. I just want that put back in my card. Also, the 29.99 was taken out that same day.

I, Michael Sloan have had to worse experience with Credit One, cause Credit One has hired customer service employees from another country so they don’t have to pay for the high salary. So with no experience on credit one system and lack of some type of help which they cannot preform. The employees can't even help with resetting a customer password. When ask for or demand for a manager it gets even worse. The manager also does not know how to fix any problems. You even go on the web sites for customer complaints and there is non. Its only takes you back to the same customer service people you first talk too. After several and several attempts to look for help for the simplest problems . You can't get help….
The how can we help……is only a face of what Credit One thinks a complaint maybe. They have a very nice building, but for what "show" on line and presentation. Customers complain and complain about Credit One Bank but nothing gets done on how they take care of their customers.
Then your going to say will what's your card number or we can't help you. Credit One Bank has not help me one bit since I open the account, in which I regret. II call for help after I have confirm my information on the automatic system. Then when I get a live customer service rep. on the phone. I get ask the same information again. On every phone call. But not only that the representative is from another country. They can with out no legal responsibility of them hanging up on you. Not being transfer to a manager was ask. Not able to help at all with unlocking accounts and helping resign into customer account.
Desired outcome: Since they don't want to help their customers. Close accounts and delete accounts off of credit reports.
